461  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: July 17, 2017, 03:16:05 PM
Good day,

when is the deposit through USD again open? Is there already a date?

regards and THX for your answer.

Bitfinex is banned for using USD. They will hardly find a bank to work with,
462  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex "Awaiting Approval" Withdrawals on: July 16, 2017, 11:04:05 PM
A couple of days ago, I had withdrawn all the money I could from Poloniex, and the only thing remaining in my account were the two withdrawals they had been holding hostage ("Awaiting Approval") for a few weeks. I opened up maybe 5 new tickets, referencing the old ticket numbers, and basically telling them that I was going to sue and that, at this point, there was also grounds to start criminal proceedings. Those new tickets were all marked closed within hours, without a single response to me. But, lo and behold, about a day later, they simply processed the withdrawals that had been "Awaiting Approval." Therefore I am glad to report I was lucky enough to actually get all my money out of Poloniex. Needless to say, they are never going to see a penny of mine again. Good luck to those of you whose funds are still being illegaly withheld by Poloniex. Be vocal, organize, hit them hard.

what bank are they using?
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmed potential hard fork from bitcoin.org on: July 16, 2017, 12:16:27 PM
I am not very technical but ETHEREUM had a hard fork and both ETH CLASSIC AND ETHEREUM have gone up in price since the hard fork, so why not Bitcoiners benefit even after a hard fork? Why is there a lot of doom and gloom looking over a Bitcoin hard for issue?
Whether it's a hard fork or soft fork, it should be done so that we can go along with our lives, it's eventually going to happen and there is nothing to be done about it,

GREAT POINT !  Who cares about hard shit or soft shit? Shit happens anyway !
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Confirmed potential hard fork from bitcoin.org on: July 16, 2017, 12:14:44 PM
How can I be sure my coins are secure? I don't want to get a transaction lost or coins dissappear. What do I need to do?

withdraw and you will be safe. it's simple Smiley

why would you keep BTC these days when you can buy later?
465  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value prediction end of July on: July 16, 2017, 12:04:54 PM
a lower price(150-200) is very good. many people will afford to buy.  anyway, the BTC charade won't last too much. as the previous e-currencies, it will sink(no value).
466  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value prediction end of July on: July 16, 2017, 12:07:22 AM
Doesn't matter. If the price is lower, I'm buying a decent amount of bitcoins, if it's higher HODL. Why are you even here if you don't believe in bitcoin for the long term?

speculation.
467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cause of Bitcoin Drop (7/14/2017) on: July 15, 2017, 08:04:48 PM
The drop is because bitcoin is useless..

Perhaps I should say welcome back to planet earth, because you seem oblivious of how Bitcoin  have pioneered a revolution in the financial sector that ICOs could now so easily raise hundreds of millions of dollars all too soon they're up for grabs regardless they're springing up like mushroom everyday.

Now a landmark event is in view for Bitcoin and evidently the steam is turned down as most bitcoiners are marking time and evidently you can see the spiral effect on the altcoins. If Bitcoin were half as useless as you hinted, one would have expected money to flow into altcoins from Bitcoin, but what do we have - common heritage. Whatever affects Bitcoin goes to affect all.

ICO = the new ponzi schemes/HYIPs Smiley)

nobody will make any money except those who issue the ICO.

there are many, many idiots on this planet.
468  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value prediction end of July on: July 15, 2017, 05:06:13 PM
150-200 USD would a good price  Wink
469  Economy / Exchanges / Re: POLONIEX is about to get scam on: July 15, 2017, 04:59:49 PM
- They have gone through series of DDOS attacks.

- Many people got their balance wiped out when market crashes dramatically on the time of DDOS.

- They have promised to compensate all the losses due to those dramatic crashes.

- They got lots of tickets that's why they have stopped their troll box to move moderators to support with ticket.

Now they are having withdrawal issues, all this have just created panic among polo traders. Now I have finally moved all my coins into other exchange platforms and in my own wallets from poloniex.  Wink

what bank are they using?
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cause of Bitcoin Drop (7/14/2017) on: July 15, 2017, 02:16:56 PM
Stoop looking for causes, the market just goes up and down, ignore it. If you belive in bitcoin you believe in it regardless of the price.

bitcoin  is not GOD to believe in...  Grin

bitcoin is an e-currency which is manipulated by the biggest exchangers with their bots. it's a fact and everybody seems to ignore it.

471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cause of Bitcoin Drop (7/14/2017) on: July 15, 2017, 01:51:01 PM
Have bought BTC at this price..If fall more will by more latter.

150-200 usd would be a great price Smiley
472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cause of Bitcoin Drop (7/14/2017) on: July 15, 2017, 12:48:59 PM

473  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: July 15, 2017, 12:37:41 PM
I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins?
You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.

So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?
Easy to pay and easy to send money and more versatile than others.

easy? you have to wait hours to receive payments. more versatile than others? can you name the others? Smiley
474  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: July 15, 2017, 08:14:48 AM
I think it's much safer than creditcards.

really? how is that? I can get the money back if someone is stealing them from my card. try to do that with BTC  Grin
475  Economy / Exchanges / Re: POLONIEX is about to get scam on: July 14, 2017, 07:18:22 PM
as long as you sustain unlicensed exchangers, you deserve to lose money Smiley

you make a BIG detriment to everybody.
476  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex "Awaiting Approval" Withdrawals on: July 14, 2017, 07:15:41 PM

477  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wire Transfer deposit to BTC-e on: July 14, 2017, 07:03:09 PM
The money still is not be credited  my account, I sent it by Wire Transfer on 6th June.

47th day!

Damn it
This is your fault now you have 2 things to do one just forget about your money and try to use some other reliable exchange and second just send them emails or try to contact support on site with all details this will take some time but could be very useful for you if you are really interested to bring back your money never use exchange like this which have too many problems

...or he can complain to police...I think it's the best option. a bank wire cannot be...lost.
478  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Kraken government-backed in the US? on: July 13, 2017, 11:53:32 PM
If Kraken gets hacked, is your investment protected by government regulation? If so which one?

No, Kraken is running an illegal business. They are not registered as MSB.  Avoid websites like Kraken, BTC-e, Bitfinex and similar others.

Use only financial licensed exchangers because they are insured ! Smiley

Lol Roll Eyes and you have absolutely no agenda here right? You sure seem to hate Kraken for some reason. What could it be? Would you care to enlighten us?
'
it's not about hate for Kraken  Grin Grin Grin

Poloniex is in the same position.

it's all about being fair. few companies invested A LOT to comply with the law, being MSB(financial licensed) and others are running illegal businesses. That's why BTC has a bad reputation everywhere and that's why the banks are closing the users accounts.

a regulated market (by having regulated exchangers) will bring a lot of investors.

479  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Kraken government-backed in the US? on: July 13, 2017, 11:29:29 PM
You sound like a broken disk. My answer above asking why Kraken is still open is still valid. They're not hiding, they're not on the dark web, how come authorities haven't closed them if they're doing something illegal ?

because the authorities are moving slowly but the end for Kraken will be the same like many others. i think you have a brain to put questions. why does Coinbase, Gemini, Itbit need to be MSB and Kraken doesn't even it is in USA?  Grin

Also, why doesn't Dargo(Kraken employee) respond about that?

It's not only Kraken. There are many other US exchangers who are facing the same "destiny" Smiley

480  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Kraken government-backed in the US? on: July 13, 2017, 04:33:17 PM
If an exchange gets attacked, is the USD in your account any safer than the BTC do you think?

If we're talking about an attack by hackers then yes. To store money you need to use bank accounts, and bank accounts are protected. If the exchange assets are seized by a government, that's another story.

Kraken is not licensed. it's running an illegal exchange service. Smiley  it's plain simple.  yes, they may offer good services or they may be good guys but the facts are like what I am saying, they are out of law. their company is registered in USA and according to FINCEN, any kind of "exchanger" MUST be MSB. Kraken is not...

See, Itbit, Gemini, Coinbase. They are registered as MSB, they have a financial license. It is not fair for ones to comply with the laws, to pay a lot of taxes, bonds, etc and others to do the exactly same business without any investment and responsibility.
