565  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: February 27, 2017, 04:13:54 PM
i think it was possible in past but now it is becoming difficult. because the users of bitcoin are now increasing and now it is becoming difficult for a single person to manipulate the price of bitcoin. in fact bitcoin is a decentralize currency and not under the control of any person or state.
That is not entirely true, it cannot be controlled by a certain person but it is controlled by the Chinese miners, it is true that bitcoin is decentralized but 70% of the user base is located in china and that makes them the ones who control the price if they decide not to sell or hold and that is what is happening now.

i will said maybe bitcoin price is manipulated by one group with larger of funds and they are trying to make panic in the market, because i see its happen on polo when dump and pump is already happen in almost one month ago. but they can not controlled bitcoin price as they want, because all things that happen in the market is because of the traders and people which want bitcoin price is up or down.

yes and more than that, take a look to exchangers. they are pumping and dumping the price with their bots Smiley it's so simple

as long the BTC market will continue to be unregulated(with unlicensed exchangers), the BTC will be nothing than a tinny shit

567  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange with USD EUR GBP JPY CAD BTC LTC XRP NMC XDG STR ETH on: February 16, 2017, 09:44:02 AM
First they hold the money.
After I COMPLAIN to support, they tell me: give us new ID & answer, then you will immediately get your money.
After I give ID and answer, they tell me: we need to decrypt, hold on.
After they surely have decrypted the ID and answer, they say thank you, hold on.
After some more days after I complained again and again, they say: sorry, "compliance", we cannot tell you anything, but will one day.

All my questions about:
- where can I complain about the situation (company & external)?
- what court to contact in case of disputes
- which ways of defense are present and how to go them

Are ignored. I can SAY anything that sounds nice, like "because of compliance reasons we cannot tell"... compliance to WHAT exactly?
Quote it, Kraken!

They LET ME trade, no problem (just like MTGox), when when I want to withdraw my money, then all of a sudden, they cannot let this happen, and cannot tell me why, first ID missing, then compliance then...?... I want to see the law forbidding them to tell me why exactly they hold my money and which, exactly, steps I can take to defend myself.

to be continued...

that's why the people should always use a financial licensed exchanger.
568  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange with USD EUR GBP JPY CAD BTC LTC XRP NMC XDG STR ETH on: February 12, 2017, 03:04:20 PM

[...]

In case that you want to answer, tell me what exactly do you mean with: "and we cannot release funds until we have this updated information".

A) why you CANNOT? What law is applied that hinders your company to behave like a serious company? Tell me the evidence for this "CANNOT" - until you will do so, I believe that kraken just decided by own decision, that they WANT NOT. Most likely to put more pressure on the customers.

B) in the case that you would NOT receive updated information by a user, will you confiscate his funds? If so, please show me the paragraph in your T&C and the law of your country allowing you to confiscate funds of people you let trade, but later decide that you need more information about/from them and they do not want to deliver them to you.

There is one simple reason to hold your funds: AML (anti money laundering) regulations. Kraken is required by law to put withdrawals on hold if they are not sure about the ID of the user. Why your ID is suddenly not clear is another matter and i have no idea what caused it. But does it not make sense to you that if someone is laundering money, that the logical thing to do is to make sure that person can't withdraw the money and disappear with it? Nobody is saying you're laundering money, but this is why that regulation exists and you somehow became tangled up in it by mistake.

what law? Kraken is not license so with what right do they require documents? Smiley

Kraken is operating out of law.

all the exchangers have FAKE volumes so BTC price is manipulated. Smiley
570  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: January 13, 2017, 04:13:33 PM
Better get used to it, noone ever gets caught. Even when taking millions from an eschange, and even when everyone can closely watch the coins move. I too am puzzled about this phenomenon.
Heck, with MtGox, noone even knows if those vanished coins even existed to begin with.

Ente
With the Bitfinex hack, it has been alleged that the stolen BTC has been moved to very specific addresses via specific transactions, the inputs of which could all be reasonably traced back to bitfinex.

Regarding the MtGox hack, the coins were likely stolen over time, both via people exploiting what Gox claimed to have happened, via gox erroneously processing a withdrawal multiple times, and with Mark misappropriating customer funds.

Any more details, I'm fascinated by this case, how easy it was to do.

yes, tens of millions diapered in their pockets   Cheesy

574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SegWit must be stopped! on: December 08, 2016, 06:01:27 PM
BTC will die if it won't be updated Smiley
Maybe you are right you are right, but if SegWit be actived something will be happening with bitcoins
1. SegWit and lightening network would freeze onchain scaling.
2. Lighting Network will cause centralization in offchain payment nodes, then the government could easily apply regulation.
Must use other ways except Segwit for updating and the miners won't be support for segwit.

there is already a BTC centralization  and regulation too.
575  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 【LakeBTC.com】Bitcoin Exchange on: December 02, 2016, 05:56:09 PM

579  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coindesk is now a pure trash propaganda outlet and must be destroyed on: November 21, 2016, 01:26:16 AM
I think this coindesk is been paid for all the content they published, it looks like they are only there for profit objective because I saw it on the site where they charge $199  for single press release publication not to talk more of featured news.

they publish alot of shits because there are no real subjects. of course, they have an agenda. their investor's agenda Smiley
Which is saddening, in my opinion, since they were decent a few years ago and would put out actual news stories from things happening around the world. Been a while since I've read their stuff, but it sounds like it really has taken a tumble from where it used to be.

Has the news within the crypto world just become so platonic that it sucks to report on any of it?

there are no real news or they are not daily...that's a fact.
