PSA: Four months ago I had 534 masternodes, including those that I manage for others, http://imgur.com/i7udTYIBefore that I had up to 640 approx iirc. Right now I have 429, so I have divested a lot by selling directly to private buyers who I knew wished to make masternodes, the MN count has been going up and my proportion of it has been going down, though I still hold over $1MM worth which is my sweet spot for what I consider the best investment by far in the risky but potentially high return and positively disruptive field of crypto currencies.  |

Otoh, I respect your right to make investments however the size of your investment in DASH gives you a lot of power. This is something I believe is holding potential investors back.
I believe this was meant to take control away from any one person or entity and you are engineering a system where you have total control.
I will continue to hold DASH for the foreseeable future because it's simply not worth it to me to sell.
I hope you don't ruin my investment with greed or the inability to see the forest from the trees.

Ah yes, happy times those, for those curious I presently have a 33 BTC buy wall backstopping at 0.00575 on Polo, all the recent buying action and the more front line walls have been by others, in fact I sold a few thou as a friend needed to cash some of her MN out for stuff, she also let go a lot of BTC that I was holding for her a few weeks ago, not great timing in either case but needs must sometimes. I suspect that we have at least one new hungry whale building up a DASH stash as I did in the past, no doubt inspired by Evan and the team's presentation and marketing in Mexico and in anticipation of Miami to come.

So, whats going on with DASH lately, from one of the strongest, most innovative coins down to today's stagnant price. Is there more development in the works? Something interesting on the horizon perhaps?
It's up a stagnant 10% plus the last couple of days, most investors would be delighted with that over one year, how about doing a little research yourself before condescendingly trolling those that you are asking to enlighten you. |

Request if you could have alarms to be able to be set for x% up/down from the current prices like Bitcoin Checker App does, then if you have it on one time notification it will let you know of each 2% (or whatever you set it for) move without needing to reset the alarm price, also their vocal price alarm which states the price is very handy I find, many thanks!

I'll update on Cryptsy withdrawals tomorrow, it has slowed to a trickle, but that's better than nothing I guess, it's certainly a pain, in other news, yep doing good and prospering thanks :-) On the 26th Nov I got 100 + 20 DASH out, but since then only 10 DASH in the last 12 days, my withdrawal limit was zero instead of $2,000 per day, recently it has reappeared and I have a few W/D pending but the 10 DASH one is the only one to have been processed, they still have 2,970 DASH & 16.9 BTC of mine frozen for over two months now and continue to ignore my support ticket and emails, I would not advise anyone to try and arbitrage there. |

We start a staff fund where we take xyz amount from our weekly sales and buy real time some DASH for cash either through visa, debit card, PayPal etc etc... We are looking to do this as a weekly staff thing.

Cryptsy withdrawals update, today I received another 600 Dash requested a couple of days before, now just 3,100 Dash & 6 BTC to go, it's slow going but is getting there, even despite their apparent "Server Failure" yesterday. |

i was not able to get out my funds from cryptsy. Withdraw for BTC, LTC and DASH has "issues", wathever it is.
DOGE was the way to get my funds ( it was a bit lowert han 1 BTC ) out of the exchange.
For sure it was a 10% loss in the end but better than nothing and beeing goxed in the end.
Which is now the best way to enter the DASH market ? Poloniex ?
The mods here seem to think that talking about the issues Cryptsy is having and how they are being resolved is off topic for the Dash thread and they deleted my post about outing that exchange on social media in order to pressure it to release my funds, I can only conclude that the mods have been infiltrated by trollerios as they show next to no interest in moderating their attempts to drown out this thread with constant repetitive irrelevant negativity and sig hawking of failero. I did manage to get some more Dash out from Cryptsy and even a BTC or two, will update later when I've checked what has gone on in the last 24 hrs. Edit to add: I have 3,700 Dash & 6 BTC still stuck there, I did get a single BTC sent on 20th Nov, along with a few thousand Dash on the 19th Nov as previously reported, my other BTC withdrawals were canceled by them unilateral, it seems the strong hint is that one needs to buy alts in order to have any chance of getting one's funds out, the same clue that Big Vern gave on twitter, I guess the reason is that some powers that be are looking closely at their BTC ops and they are not allowed to actually say this, but not so much at what they do with alts atm. |

The post you screencapped was deleted since it was part of a discussion of an exchange in a coin thread. It was off-topic and didn't directly relate to Dash. Talking about an exchange in context of a coin is fine, just discussing issues with certain features of an exchange is not. Also, the "Bitcoin Forum" user is merely a replacer for the moderators username when sending out automated messages. It's to avoid harassment of the moderator who acted upon a post. In case a user has concerns regarding moderation, he should contact the admin theymos who would then either explain or contact the moderator himself.
I would like to appeal this to Theymos as it is so totally wrong. It is of the utmost interest to those following Dash what is happening on our prior largest volume exchange by far, people are following my reports of attempting to withdraw money from them, I had 80 BTC worth there, by far the most of anyone and if and how I get them back is very important to Dash holders and investors as I am the largest by far of these and if I put up a 80 BTC wall on Cryptsy or another exchange like Polo then it is big news. Just a day after someone asked if I got my funds out safely or not: Yes there on cryptsy is problems with withdravals to all people, I m happy -couple weeks ago go out of there... Anybody had a successfull withdraw over the last days ? OMG, after a short research i found the otohs reddit, missing 76 BTC Did he finally got them back ? Fingers crossed ! So really if you think that a coin can exist without exchanges and that people don't care about their money being trapped on them or stolen by them then you have no clue about Crypto. Another post just deleted re my visiting Asia or the States, this was in answer to a post about if I was attending the upcoming conferences in Miami & Mexico, yes some holders of Dash do have an interest in my attending these or not, maybe they wish to meet up there or just care what efforts to support the coin the largest holder is making atm. |
