just for the record, I had to force the official site darkcoin.io to use https just now. as my tinfoil-hat-ometer has just gone from a flicker to a 0.5, could someone please check https as I got that on both my pcs  Firefox loaded https://www.darkcoin.io/downloads np for me just now on a Mac, edit: but Chrome only loaded http://www.darkcoin.io on a Windows PC, even when I put https in. edit 2: though Firefox loaded https://www.darkcoin.io np on the Windows PC, so maybe it's a Chrome issue? edit 3: Chrome loaded https://www.darkcoin.io np on the Mac, so perhaps it's a Chrome/Windows PC issue. |

Seriously, if I was Otoh I would have bought them darks already under 0.01  Just remove those walls, put some hidden orders, wait for the price to drop. +1 But that would be manipulation surely  edit, or perhaps not without a big ask wall  0.01111 is the new floor, the walls will not get removed or lowered, enjoy!  Have you managed to pick up any more DRK during the recent pull back? People were camping out with bid orders in front of my 0.01 walls so I didn't get any there, I got 4,296 DRK on Finex with the $2.50 wall, I did buy some at market as well though as the price was moving away from me. I moved that wall up to $2.55 now and made it a little larger. |

Someone planning on selling 280+ BTC worth of DRK on Cryptsy or 345+ BTC worth on Bitfinex? the buy wall can not be eternal, previously it was at 0.012 now 0.010.... next? 0.009...0.008.. I've already stated that the buy walls will neither be removed nor lowered from 0.01 regardless of any selling volume in to them. |

That's a very kind offer and much appreciated, but honestly it is not needed, crypto has been very good to me even with the odd slip ups, I'm still in the fortunate position of having more than I'm likely to need, in fact I'm looking forward to mounting an exciting DRK promotional give away in a few months time.

lol, mintpal got me too, though I did get some back, bitstamp also but that all turned out very well, so hopefully will this time round with BTer, but it's just a risk one has to accept if one is going to trade on exchanges atm, so it's a bit unfortunate timing but doesn't upset me as it was my choice to take those risks.
I had a bunch of silk coins on there....did you ever get a contact to help deal with the mintpal? The silk coins are weren't worth much..but its the principle of it. Man...I was talking to one of the guys...and I was wondering if there was a may of using our MN system to come up with an exchange/processing model. This whole thing of depositing fiat to some shady exchange somewhere...buying BTC then transferring it to another exchange to trade is not going to fly with joe public noob. its a real hindrance to this whole ecosystem getting traction. I was able to withdraw all of one coin, it was a lot, but lost all of the other I had there, no contact at all, not even an apology, nothing, bad experience for sure, totally unprofessional and they didn't care less. |

Otho wall was in CNY. Yep, first time to use BTer since April last year, sent 100 BTC there yesterday, sold to CNY and put wall on DRKCNY, at least my funds aren't in BTC & that's all that I had on there, putting walls up on exchanges doesn't come risk free  In other news 2,341 DRK got bought from my wall on Finex DRKUSD @ $2.50 & the wall was neither pulled nor lowered, same as all the other ones, so the couple of people apparently so sure that they would be have been are proved wrong, thanks for the coins!  |

Maybe. I still see plenty on the bid side on Cryptsy though. This looks like a normal correction to me. I mean the price just did over 2x in the last month. right. nevertheless i don't like the artificial touch this rise had driven by huge buy walls by a single person. smells a little like manipulation if you ask me. buy walls weren't touched and everytime the price got near those walls they were pulled and set a little lower. There are walls on Cryptsy DRKBTC just off the visible chart at 0.01, Finex DRKBTC & DRKUSD, also as of yesterday on BTer DRKCYNYou don't like them which is fine, plenty of people do though and if the price retraces to 0.01 then they will not be pulled or moved down what ever the volume, I'd consider that a healthy correction after the last few weeks of rises and especially the jump up from 0.008 to 0.016 Anyway they are what they are so you may as well accept that or move away if you can't, as it's unlikely that you can do much about it apart from whinging. |

Otoh, the way I see it, you rode the first wave to the max with bitcoin, and are good at recognizing cycles, particularly with the starts and potential burnouts at the end. And this is the second wave, and you have jumped from the crest of the first straight onto the rising wave of the second. Thanks for your updates btw, it makes for great entertainment and learning Glad that you're enjoying, looks like the walls would have been best left where they were at 0.012 after all and then I'd have picked up a few on the retrace, I thought perhaps I'd land some cheaper but there seems to be little desire to sell there or under after all, I'll leave the walls where they are now anyway for at least twelve to fourteen hours and decide if and where to move them after that, when I do move them it will be with a market buy first I expect.
