Well, if I lose this, I also win $1,000 from another bet

Ryan Air fly to Berlin, ie from London-Stansted to Berlin, eg in Jan 2014 it's £40 return, or just 0.0644 BTC at $1000, now it's 0.25 BTC approx.
I agree, some form of escrow is essential, handing over > half a million dollars in BTC an indeterminated time in advance = not a good idea.
Berlin is symbolic to me for freedom, Ich bin ein Bitcoiner, etc - more edge & buzz & BTCs. Frankfurt more symbolic for finance & banking - still fun, but less 'happening'. I'd choose the first.

Litecoin's Horoscope for week of November 7, 2013 In the coming week you will probably have more luck than usual if you play keno, craps, blackjack, bingo, or roulette. People who owe you money will be inclined to pay you back, so you might want to give them a nudge. I won't be surprised if you find a $20 bill lying on the sidewalk or if a store cashier accidentally gives you way too much change. In the wake of these tendencies, your main assignment is to be alert for opportunities to increase your cash flow. For example, if you wake up in the middle of the night with an idea for boosting your financial fortunes, I hope you will have a pen and notebook by the bed to write it down.

Bitcoin's Horoscope for week of November 7, 2013http://www.freewillastrology.com/horoscopes/tarot_cards/tarot31.jpg At the 2013 Grammy Awards, actor Neil Patrick Harris introduced the band Fun this way: "As legendary gangster rap icon Katharine Hepburn once said, if you follow all the rules, you miss all the fun." Everything about that vignette is a template for the approach you can use now with great success. You should gravitate toward festive events and convivial gatherings. Whenever possible, you should sponsor, activate, and pave the way for fun. Toward that end, it's totally permissible for you to tell amusing stories that aren't exactly factual and that bend the rules not quite to the breaking point.

"Public Note: 2013 11 30, 2013 12 27, 2014 06 17, 2014 10 02, 2015 06 17, 2016 06 17 -- Equus This kind of disrupts all the monthly block-guessing, but I just realized that each ticket to this game is costing me $10. Thanks for the fun."
Equus 0.06 btc paid (on 2013 10 29), added now. I'll keep a better eye on the blockchain from now on.
Nice choices, makes it more interesting, good luck!

Thanks sgbett, adding you now, good luck! Just spotted that there was an entry from Equus on 2013 10 29, so I'll do that first & add any days that he may have got in July to the next available dates after the 31st July for you sgbert, hope that's OK, I haven't looked to see if he did choose any yet, will edit. Cool seems he didn't pick any in July 2013 so all is good, adding you both to post #2 now. https://blockchain.info/address/1ThousandAF3VeVnQtteX6htvjZoREs35

Bump for this, still the whole second half of 2014 up for grabs, see post #2 for available dates & OP for instructions. I see that BTC China has now overtaken Mt. Gox for highest volume.

Wow, 26,565 ltc wagered on ltc dice 1% yesterday alone, $62,700 on that edge alone, seems to be taking off since the site was translated in to Chinese.

Excellent! Added it to my intro info site, good work!

For the record.
So the total value of BTCMC is stated at 123.56 btc or 0.012356 btc per share, my 500 shares that I paid up to 0.80 btc for, maybe 300 btc odd, now worth the grand total of 6.178 btc to be paid on 2013 12 04 if I agree.
What happens if some of the 751 btc, $152,450 worth atm, that was sent to Bitcoinica gets returned in the future? There is ongoing liquidation I believe & some assets that may be reclaimed, or has that been abandoned?

Otoh, can you explain how I would mine these 11 requests simultaneously? Are you using oclvanityminer, or vanitygen, and what is the command-line string?
Sorry, I have no idea, I just request these, that's my public key.

You are completely missing my point. If there has to be other cryptocurrencies, there is no particular reason it will be Litecoin (or any of those other gimmicky forks). There isn't much special about it.
sure it gona be some LTC crap clone with no network at all and with 20% premine you hold, ffs! LTC is ONLY alt coin with it his own network which is stable for last year or so!, any other crap coin can be forked by anyone anytime! That is why Litecoin gona survive and be next big thing, 30Gh/s + stable network, most popular by far as any alt coin, new more secure algo, faster block time, gr8 developer team! +1 http://coinmarketcap.com <--- Market Cap of different crypto currencies. A reddit user "chrystov" had a great comment about litecoin: "I'm definitely keeping my eye on Litecoin as a secondary vehicle. It will never pace up to bitcoin, but I see it as the most viable in the landscape of altcoins, not because its technically superior necessarily, but because of its positioning. Value is an agreed-upon perception validated by a critical mass of market involvement. Litecoin has a good tinderbox signature."
