As he has locked the thread, here is one for investors waiting to hear what's going on. Note quote is from 2013 08 16 & not the 8th, but still well over 2 weeks of no news, anyone had an email/heard anything? Hey all.
I am locking this thread, and will correspond with all partners through their registered e-mail address. Look for something regarding the liquidation in the next 2 weeks.

Many thanks, for those that didn't see: IT'S OVER NOW - FINISHED - NO MORE FREE MONEY

Boelens has decided to cancel his 2 tickets & has generously donated his typo 0.02 BTC to the Hannah charity fund, I am offering the buyer of ticket #02 the chance to either swap his ticket for #00 or #01 &/or to buy either or both tickets as well if he wishes, I've given him 24 hours to decide & then I shall offer the same chance to MRKYLE depending on what ticket holder #2 decides to do. I have sent him a small tx with a message attached to check this thread post so hopefully he will see this. So for the next 48 24 hours ticket sales will continue from #04 onwards, but then will then revert to the lowest unsold numbers available from #00 onwards.Edit: Didn't hear from the holder of ticket #02 so these first two have now been offered to MRKYLE, just chatted with him & he want to keep his original ticket so the next tickets sold will be #00, #01, then from #04 onwards.

Well the OP is very clear about how this lotto will work & that there's no way that I can cheat it should be obvious, so I assume anyone who enters it agrees with this, as some ticket buyers will be anonymous one can never prove not to have entered oneself but as the whole point here is that I commit to covering the full 10 BTC prize moneys by buying any remaining unsold tickets & ppl know this upfront I don't expect to get any flack whatever the outcome, apart of course from expected joshing & trolling if say one ticket or something remained unsold & that won. If anyone wants then I can post some of my rep here which includes provably giving away many, many more coins than are at play here, see PRIZES in my sig for some of these ie 20 BTC & up to 410 LTC in two free to enter competitions, plus donations to both the Bitcointalk forum 10 BTC, Litecoins devs 1 BTC & 3 LTC, a Litecoin essay writing contest 250 LTC & Sean's outpost Florida homeless charity 50 LTC, not to mention making it rain a little on Just-Dice 2.33 BTC & 0.091 BTC recently. Donation of 1.23 BTC to the British Museum's display Casascius 1 bitcoin 2012 11 04 Circle of trust games/experiments 1 BTC passed on & 100 BTC passed on. Hopefully ppl will see that it's fair & impossible for me to cheat, ideally I'd like as many tickets or preferably all to sell so that others like yourself will be the prize winners.

Kyle hi, I'm not worried about winning any of the tickets especially if the majority go unsold as I have no way of spoofing the winning lucky numbers, if I could do that then I could just bet on JD for max wins, also I let players choose their own ticket numbers for a 0.01 BTC extra donation & won't get any myself until the pre-draw selling stops at 5 mins before the draw - not that this changes much except that the players get to choose which tickets I'm left to cover so any physics out there can rule out any potential psychic picking by myself.
Entering you now for ticket #03, many thanks & good luck dood!

Oopps, I didn't spot that Boelens sent 0.02 instead of 0.2, as this was an obvious typo please to send the balance of 0.18, many thanks. PMed: Hi Boelens, I just noticed that you sent 0.02 BTC instead of 0.2, please to send the balance of 0.18 BTC or if you prefer I will refund your 0.02 BTC & cancel the tickets, many thanks & sorry for not spotting this sooner. Otoh Edit: he replied & is sending the balance. Edit, Edit: he decided to cancel & donate the 0.02 BTC instead, see post #18.

You decided to make one too? Great, Great. Sad thing for me is that 0.1 per ticket is a bit too much Yep, sry it's a bit steep for many unless you go in for a group ticket with others, but I didn't want to steel Kyle's players. 00:25:57 (50298) <KingofSports> OTOH if u are here, please consider offering 3 winners 00:26:04 (50298) <KingofSports> 5, 3 and 2 BTC for your drawing. 00:26:08 (50298) <KingofSports> it would be more fun that way. 01:12:50 (77777) <Otoh> KOS just saw your suggestion, 5, 3 & 2 is good, I'll stick with 10 this first time & ask for feedback in the thread re that, I expect to try it next time anyway & see which does better, many thanks. 01:16:39 (77777) <Otoh> also all 3 winners could be picked simultaniously by the same Lucky Number, 1st two, 2nd two & last 2 digits, neat. I agree with KoS, more rewards, although smaller, is better OK, I agree & as no tickets have yet been bought as yet I will change the OP to reflect this, brb... done, changed by popular demand. 01:42:27 (11) <Banker> possible for one ticket to win all 3 prizes? 01:55:05 (4085) <dronf> 01:42:27 (11) <Banker> possible for one ticket to win all 3 prizes? < yes if the luckynumber is something like 50.50.50 02:16:31 (77777) <Otoh> interesting yep & 1 player could win all 3 prizes, if they bought the corresponding numbers on different tickets too, ie tickets 00, 01 & 02 then the lucky number 00.01.02 in any order of pairs came up
