This community thing sounds like cool idea. Creator of logo is same artist who created pinkcoin logo ?  lol; it's me :p made it in 15mn because i needed a logo fast. I'll open a logo contest soon too; and a wallet redesign. If someone can make a mac wallet; we will consider adding a bounty to that too. I may be afk a bit today; i spend my week on DB relaunch; so except if there's problems; i think i will chill a bit today if you guys can excuse me :pLegendaryAnvil will take care of the test giveaway today i think; he will be back later for that. I ask him to make this public with a google doc. I want transparency with that coin. We would need to find an escrow and a protocol for the community to claim coin from him. I thought about making a foundation; with like 3 people elected; to keep an eye on DB future project and to keep things transparent. If i can (slowly) go away from the head team; i think that is better for the coin and for the community or I'll be harassed by trolls and FUD spreaders. I think someone with a scrypt asic has taken a liking to hemp for some time, on and off .... 50Mh 1 unit is my guess
It's crazy, someone sold their coins for only 5 satoshis? How's that profitable? they are basically losing money and giving away their coins for free. Maybe scrypt ASICs are already starting to have an impact on coins. Maybe Hemp should pull a CAI and go THCx full pos, lol. How many did they sell? Someone is going to make out on that deal. yesterday i bought 8277.37196900 THC @ 0.00000005 on cryptoaltex. *shakes head* That's awesome for you!!! very silly of the seller.. lol ya I don't understand who would sell them for so cheap.... I was very lucky to grab 175k yesterday at 30 satoshis..... I put the order up just in case someone wanted to dump all their coins, didn't think it would actually happen though. I really like this coin and would buy a tonne more, especially at that price. new compile for the windows wallet works like a charm too... Thanks Hempcoin. |

Lets think of a way to not look just like pot and dope with only a cannabis leaf. Is there a way to combine the cannabis leaf with the products that define hemp( oils, building materials/fibers, cloth, rope )? Great work ! I like coin logo designers That was my original goal, just couldn't find the appropriate images that would define hemp AND work on a small scale. People weren't enjoying just the medical side of it so I went to the leaf but I agree. I'll get back to it later tonight, just going to wait on more feedback. I found a picture that accomplishes exactly what your looking for..... I don't really like it, but hope it may poke out some ideas... anyone having issues with the windows wallet on Vista 64-bit?
It seems fine until i point one of my rigs at the wallet..... then I get the following Visual C++ message:
"
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information
"
so I follow the instructions and post here. :-)
I get a duplicate error messages anytime one of my miners connects to the wallet.
oddly enough when I ignore the message, the wallet stays open and I can mine blocks successfully.
As soon as I click ok (or anywhere within the wallet GUI), the wallet shuts down.
I updated my Visual C++ to the latest version and same thing happens.
Any help is much appreciated.

are u using port 12055 or 12005 ?
thank you, but i receive this message "no suitable long-poll found for 127.0.0.1:12005", this is normal?
I solo mine hempcoin on port 12055. I always get "no suitable long-poll found" no matter what coin I solo mine. I don't think this matters. I have no problem solo mining. if you put one of the hempcoin pools as a backup pool in your config, your wallet will get the long poll from them and this message should disappear. It should also say "Connected... with LP" in your miner. |

Guys we've detected another problem with the blockchain... can a dev please contact us via support@ or irc? We have disabled the wallets again... We've detected what looks to be a doublespend again. Just curious what the block time is supposed to be for THC ?
The OP says 30 seconds and it always 'seems' like the network is trying to make the block times 30 seconds, but never seems to get it down.
From Hemppool.org, i always see something like this...

Judging by the estimated next difficulty, it seems the network is trying to get the block times down.
But the block times pretty much always end up being around 60 seconds anytime I look at it.
I understand if the network hash increase a lot at the right time, someone can manipulate the block times to end up like this... it just seems to happen a lot since I started looking at it.
Is this just some very persistent person/people 'playing' the network really well to their advantage all day...

What's up with network health? I just checked the pools in OP.
There are a LOT of orphans all of a sudden.
Is everything okay?
what the heck your right... i only see them on thc.mine-coin pool, the others seem fine..... but i just realized i got 8 orphans in a row in a span of 2 hours ( 1 hour ago - 3 hours ago ) solo-mining, but have gotten a good block since that batch..... richie from bittrex just posted about seeing something like double spend not too long ago.... maybe related... this goes beyond my knowledge of the blockchain. |

The network hashrate is so low now. Just notice someone that hit a 1750 THC block on his own. 4 days ago i had to mine 1 day for this amount. Great Job. From the moment this coin will have 10 times more hashrate the price will move higher. Maybe 500 sats.
been solo mining for almost a week now, I switched to the pool when the hashrate jumped last weekend (I think), but right back to solo when it dropped back down. been doing pretty well, hit two 15,750 blocks and almost twenty 1,750. Is it really a 1% chance to hit the 1750 and 1% chance to hit the 15,750 ? from my observations it looks a lot more like 5% and 0.5%..... i know it deviates, but i am usually not this lucky. I posted a while back about the bonus blocks not showing up in the windows wallet... well they are starting to show up now, it seems it takes them about 3-5 days before they show up in the history (GUI). they show up right away when I do a listtransactions from the console. must be a windows bug or something.... either way, coins show up in wallet just as they should. i would love it if it hits 500 sat... but kinda want to continue my run at solo-ing this coin for a while longer, 205k and counting.... forgot to mention... I noticed that every single bonus block found happens right after i find a regular block (consecutive blocks on the chain)... it has happened too many times to be a coincidence. I assume other solo miners out there are seeing the same thing? |

I have no blitz. How could I buy in the easy way ? There's no blitz market on bittrex right now.
It will be open between may 8-11 ?
How much time will I wait to have my DB and will DB be tradable somewhere ? bittrex too ?
What price for blitz do you expect before swap?
I love the losing casino; i think it's a good idea as you will need coins to claim more coins playing.
My pb is this big premine hosted by Slavo alone; how do we know that he won't run away ?

I'd trust slavo more than a zero post dev with 1-10% premined. He wouldn't give up his name for some coins that he tries to make good. I completely trust slavo as well... but understand most will not feel this way. As a community we could all agree on an escrow(s) to hold the funds. Whatever the community feels is the safest and most trustworthy manner of holding the coins will be taken into consideration. We need to ensure everyone involved with this project have a complete sense of security. Thanks. |

I have already PM'd most involved in the original IPO for Blitzcoin, didn't get very many responses. We have asked anyone involved to PM us for details. I can't wait to see how the casino/gambling site turns out. Gambling is addictive enough with it setup so the house always wins... how addictive will it be if the favor is in that of the gambler....
