I don`t read the thread but i`m sure that the members gave all interesting casinos. I have another question. Why the OP don`t want to spend 10 minutes and make his own research? It would be easy to find information himself and don`t believe unknown members. And it would take more time to read this thread.

I'll post all the information instead of just the link so that people can easily find the ANN thread, promos and contact information.

Add Weiss.bet (2023) to NR with a KYC rating of 4.
383  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where should I play? Asking for recommendations. on: July 15, 2023, 05:12:45 PM
Firstly, you should be prepared to submit KYC at any point of time in literally every crypto gambling site out there for various reasons. Secondly, you will find similar issues that you pointed out with Stake in many other popular alternatives too.

I do agree with your opinion about Stake going to shit these days. Sites like Crypto.Games, Bitcasino, Rollbit and Duelbits are great casinos with less issues in comparison.

For sportsbooks, I recommend Sportsbet, Pinnacle(KYC mandatory) and Fairlay(Crypto betting exchange).
Recommendations would be everywhere for sure. There are even similar threads to read sich opinions and reviews. People would ofcourse be biased of the sites they have experienced or the sites they are promoting. If it is just KYC which is the issue, I would say complying qon't do you any harm if you are engaging to right gambling sites; simply those which are reputable in this industry. You may indeed go to those who does not but if those would be new ones, then think twice. Indeed there's risk with KYC but to think how long it is being implemented in this industry means that it is serving a purpose.

KYC ranking of some of the sportsbooks. 0 is no KYC while 5 is mandatory.

Roobet's KYC level might have to be around 4 or 5 because when I opened my account last year, I was required to complete the level 1 KYC verification (no IDs needed and it was all personal info).

Also, can you please add 500casino/csgo500 back to the list, they're previously listed under the D rated books.

Thanks as always ralle! 500.casino has been reinstated as "D". Roobet listed with a KYC rating of 4.
385  Economy / Gambling / Re: Where should I play? Asking for recommendations. on: July 14, 2023, 11:43:54 PM
Hello, I been a long time sportsbetting player and have using Stake the last two years, I almost only play sportsbetting, but sometimes I can play maybe Slots & BJ to.
Sine it's impossible to win on Slots & BJ on Stake.. its not an option, but since they had their good monthly bonus so I always got back some money is the reason I did choose and was loyal to Stake.
Now when its more important for them to have Drake streaming and "throwing away money" then give back to their customers I am gonna stop play there and start a journey on another website.
(Since now everything is nerfed on the website I cant even call Stake for a online casino anymore)

Since I been member here for couple of months, you see many sportsbetting website using this "KYC argument" when players want to cash out big winnings, so I don't want a casino that allow me to gamble and deposit but not withdrawal my earnings, be honest and you will get honestly and loyalty from me as a customer.

So now I am asking all people on the forum, where do you play and do you recommend me to play there to? (You can link affiliate is totally OK for at least me) but be honest in your intentions!
I am not a high roller, but I play quite a lot monthly...

This gives links to promos, their BCT thread as well as a KYC rating.

Stake.com KYC ranking lowered to 4.

There may be times when KYC is necessary even though some books do it rarely. There is currently a case where a player submitted his KYC information over 3 months ago and Stake still hasn't made a decision. While looking at Stake's ToS their KYC requirements can be extremely invasive. Not only this but Stake says that they can share this information with any entity. https://help.stake.com/en/articles/5328395-acceptable-documents-for-source-of-funds

Betnomi (2020) downgraded from "C-" to "F". Reports of no pays along with the sports book being inoperable.
390  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: July 01, 2023, 06:09:52 AM
What a nightmare! I didn't even know you needed all this stuff for an online casino. To combat money laundering, I suppose? How much is the minimum? If you bet 10 and win 1000, do you still have to make a kyc?

Yes, these are AML Compliance measures, and measures to combat the "financing of terrorism" in general.
In general, you also have minimum wages, and you can't withdraw money immediately after a deposit. Often, for online casinos, you need to have gambled between 15% and 30% of your deposit for your withdrawal to be accepted without concern.

KYC depends more on the regulators (ANJ in France - as you are French, but it could be BGC in Belgium for example, no matter), and the laws they apply. A casino regulated in the Cayman Islands will not have the same KYC / POA / EDD policy as one regulated in the UK. Unregulated casinos sometimes ask for documents too, on a case-by-case basis.

As regulators and local laws become increasingly complex to avoid, and the penalties incurred are very heavy for casinos that don't comply, it doesn't surprise me that we've seen a general tightening of these measures in recent years.
When a casino asks for endless KYC it's rarely(never actually) because of AML compliance measures. If they had concerned about that, they would have asked him to complete KYC once he had deposited his funds, not when he wants to withdraw them.
Weirdly we never see them asking KYC++ to losers, they never need more documents to take our money when we lose...  Roll Eyes
Sadly Willowbitcoin seems to be a winner, and has been flagged as good bettor(sport bettor I guess), so they will find the most ridiculous excuses to not pay him.

It is a legitimate account so I was more worried about account sustainability and getting limited rather than having my balance "stolen".  I never considered it a possibility.  The annoying this is, I had plenty of opportunities to withdraw as that figure represents a grind over time from a $750 deposit to $6000 ( helped by bitcoin appreciation )
Im sure the OP bet on sports and he was a winner. .. Actually i dont think it has anything to do with AML.   i noticed when someone bet on spoelrts large amounts or won large amounts in sports then they start a lot of KYC things. I dont know what nature of deal a casino or stake specially habe with the sports odds provider probably its a revenue share deal so this KYC comes from the sports provider same as Rollbit a lot of issue with Rollbit banning custumers and most  of that customers bet on sports and winners . it makes me believe its the sports odd provider who flag the accounts.
While some guys who bet on inhouse games rarely get a KYC triggered.  Same as in Primedice its also owned by Stake but they never required any KYC even for large amounts  and its also a curacao regulated.  So you guys stop talking about AML.

This is a very sharp post. I don't think this case has to do with AML.

However, this is stake.com, a reputable sportsbook. What reputable sportsbooks do is limit the account of someone who they speculate might be a winning professional sportsbettor. I ask again, why would stake.com harm their reputation for only $6000? This is a very small amount for them which they can pay very easily.

Also, @Willowbitcoin also mentioned that he used a VPN when he went overseas in a banned jurisdiction. This might be a something similar to a breach in stake.com's terms and conditions.

Stake is a good book and I have no opinion as of yet on which party is right. I just feel that Martingaleboy made good points in that odds providers are the ones that set limits and flag accounts. He also said that the case isn't about money laundering. The OP is a grinder. He's not putting money in at Stake and then transferring that money out without action.

393  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bet999.io on: June 28, 2023, 01:35:19 AM
This thread  looks funny to me because it seems more of a joke than something serious because I see no reason why someone just hops into the forumwith an Ann  thread that looks jovial  and then disappears right away, that is disheartening  and one thing I know for sure is that the forum has helped my gambling life so well that I have to look up every casino I wish to try first in the forum to know if they have an active team or a representative  over here because I wouldn't want to fall victim of any form of scam out of my personal ignorance.
Whatever the case might be, this thread has been dormant for a long time and im sorry you're having this issue  and I hope.you get it resolved soon.

You can find books that are safe here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.0

bit555.io seems to be gone with player funds...website does not load anymore. Edit: Same goes for mysticbets.io and bitgame.com

Regarding betplay.io I must submit excellent feedback: very friendly in livechat, super quick payouts and zero KYC despite fairly big winnings for me so far.

Congrats on the winnings at betplay.io. Thanks for the updates on the 4 books. Really appreciate the input. Hate to see 3 more books gone. It seems two got away with money while one paid.

Bit555.io (2022) downgraded from "D" to "F"
mysticbets.io (2022)downgraded from "D" to "F"
bitgame.com (2015) downgraded from "D-" to "F"

Note to all: Only "A" and "B" books are recommended. Stay away from "D" books.

Add kineko.com to NR

Which are best stake alternatives
I search for good casinos with similar original games
List of every crypto sportsbook https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.0

its not clear list, here aren't fortunejack, betzus, and simmilar casinos.

Fortune Jack is B- and Betzus isn't rated but listed as NR. 48 crypto books are rated, 10 aren't rated (most opened in 2023), 44 listed as F that have either closed or are scam books. Two posts were needed because of the size of the table.

If you see a book not listed please post in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=717790.0

Coingambling has reported to a moderator here at bitcointalk that I'm lying about him in calling him a Professional Gambler. Here are his words:

Hello,

I would like to inform you that my Piwi247 account got blocked today as their game provider are currently investigating my account.
Had a deposit last Saturday of around 10k€ and ran really hot on the exchange on multiple tennis players backing/laying them in consecutive matches.
All the markets I had won big had a decent liquidity on Betfair between 100k€-1 mio. € and all bets got graded by Betfair.

I was transparent right from the start with Piwi247 and I was not scared of hiding the fact that I am a professional gambler.
I also offered them that I will explain my thought process behind each bet in detail to show my support on the investigation - so far no response on this offer.

I will keep you guys updated about the progress.

How do you know my situation has not changed since then?
Do you have a proof that as of June I was still a professional gambler?
you are a very dishonest person whether it be a complete lie or lie by omission. I really don't care what you have to say or who you report me to.

edit 1 : It wasn't my intent to post back to back within 24 hours but Coingambler deleted his post "How do you know my situation has not changed since then?

I would like to ask for a careful review regarding the rating of the company Betcoin.ag based on the latest scam accusation:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456682.msg62421591#msg62421591

Coingambling, thanks for bringing this to the attention of the thread. Betcoin says that it's just under review at this point. No decision has been made. I wouldn't worry too much. Betcoin is a strong book.

So a strong book is confiscating a 7,xk USD balance stating it is clear that the player has violated the Terms of use and does not provide any proof behind the accusation despite multiple people asking for it?
If this is a strong book then what is a weak book?
I was in contact with Betcoin. Nothing has been confiscated. As I said in your thread, your case is still under review. As I also said in your thread, all rating guides here at BCT have Betcoin and Nitrobetting as #1 or #2. That’s a strong book. It’s not just my opinion. Post number 2 here under other resources shows other guides. I’ve just been made aware of this and this seems reasonable.

Edit - I just read your thread, got my answer so made an edit here.

Edit 2 - case going to mediation. I wish you would have waited since you were going to get your deposit back and now it's all or nothing. You are a professional gambler that was going to get his deposit back at worst pending review. That scenario is no longer possible.

Quote
Everything that we have said prior about you getting the deposit back, as long as there are not multiple accounts will be null and void.
