Is it time to buy back in yet?

We have entered a new era.
Mintpal has been taken over by Moolah. Bittrex only cares about quick coins, and quick cash. Poloniex on the other hand is to slow adding coins. Cryptsy... Well, i call it the LTC exchange.
I've watched all these exchanges taking launch, getting bigger, getting biggest. Now the time has come that new exchanges will rise up, and the big 4 will get left behind.
That's the way economy works. Don't blame bittrex, they'll end up blaming thereselfs one day for their greed. I have more trust in smaller exchanges now than i have in bittrex. Removed most of my holdings there.
This is the next MtGox. Doomed to fail. One day i'll wake up reading on twitter the feds seized all there servers to investigate. Mark my words.
I've thought that about Poloniex after the string of failed IPO's they hosted. That's why I don't keep my btc or coins on the exchanges. If I'm selling I move my coins to exchange - sell -withdraw btc. If I'm buying I do the opposite. I don't want to wake up and find out my funds are being loaded into a black van with a US Government license plate.

Oh good grief! Quit your damn crying. Of course the exchanges are in bed with the scammers. They are getting paid to list these coins. Do you expect them to turn down money?
I have a better solution. Quit mining or buying shitcoins. It's pretty simple. I've called out plenty of shitcoins only to be attacked by fools like you. I'm usually proven right a couple days after the dev disappears after selling the coins they instamined/premined.
You clowns mine anything and everything based off of some vague ANN and a bunch of promises. Anyone with a brain can see what's going on.
Scammer dev creates ANN
Morons make posts like "Good coin", "I'll mine this", "To the moon".
Scammer dev either has hidden premine or purposely screws up the launch so them and their buddies can mine all the coins at low difficulty
Scammer dev pays exchange to list coin
Scammer dev dumps coins as soon as possible
Price crashes because people realize coin is Scam and dev has disappeared
People like you start stupid thread because you have to blame everyone else for your stupidity.
Scammer dev launches another shitcoin and you and the rest of the idiots mine it or buy it as soon as it's listed on exchange
You lose your money again
You never learn

Lets see. New coin already listed at bter with a 900 satoshi buy order on a 1.84 billion supply coin? That is a red flag for me already!
Ha ha. Of course this coin gets listed right away. That was the plan from the beginning. Nothing new here at all. Standard practice these days.

Another big update for RC4 which is currently still in development and being tested here : https://darkcointalk.org/threads/rc4-testing.1830/page-29From Evan : ****** RC4 update 10.12.8 ******* - Masternodes now reset themselves when they give "entries is full". Not sure what's causing it but a client will just try againWouldn't the correct approach be finding out what this is being caused by? Not just make a workaround and hope that this can't be exploited into something bad? I SERIOUSLY doubt it's going to be solved with a WORK-AROUND This is still TESTNET and not mainnet. Testing takes time and things are goning to fail. When things fail lessons are learned. Fixes will be applied and then the next bug squashed - etc etc I took what you said to be FUD You guys are obviously having a bad day. One Darkcoin supporter calling another a fudster. And just how was their post fud?

I just wanted to see what you lot think, We are seeing scam after scam.
The Exchanges are now adding coins with not even a block explorer, No source code review, nothing at all.
I personally think new coins should not hit a big exchange until a certain time limit. I also think Exchanges should review the coding of the coin.
It has come to a point now that i believe these coins are run alongside a exchange (Maybe even to dump on there own users, I don't know).
Luckily i have not been hit hard yet by a scam, I always mine withing reason.
What is your opinion ?.
I think you mean protect their prey. Exchanges are in this to make money nothing more. They really could care less about what they list as long as they make their trading fee's and in many cases are getting paid to list the coins on their exchange. The people that you call customers are nothing more than dollar signs to the exchanges.

The new way to instamine. Give your buddies working builds and source so they can mine. Post nonworking builds and source for everyone else. Ignore requests for working nodes so that nobody else can sync up to the correct fork. Claim everything is perfect. I wouldn't have these thoughts if it wasn't for the amount of people. Many of them long time members having problems compiling or getting synced up. Then DEv says they have only mined 2 blocks themselves and all is good. No relaunch. It's your fault you used the binaries provided that won't sync to the correct fork. You wasted your time? Oh well. Me and my buddies have most of the coins. We're just waiting to get listed on exchange so we can dump and run.
The coin launch was a joke and a relaunch should have happened.
Dev says spent tens of thousands on development and launches with non working binaries and buggy source code that people couldn't compile.
Like I said earlier. Could have been good but now it's just another shitcoin mined by a few people in on the scam.
I don't have many friends on this forum and I'll likely have even more enemies after this post but it's clear as day what's going on here. This was a planned unfair launch so a few could get a jump on mining while the difficulty was low. Even a blind monkey could see this.
There was a thread for over a month where the developers were working on the code and everyone had a chance to help out and get things running smoothly on their computers. It's a completely new tech, and yet surprisingly easy to get running on Linux(not that different than bitcoin itself). Please don't over-exaggerate the two hours that the Windows miners were locked out. For weeks there was a test Linux client available to all. For those of you who joined today and are just in it for a quick profit, move along. For anyone else sincerely interested in getting some coins, there's already a good trading thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=713718.0What about all the posts from people that couldn't compile the source? These were not new members but people that know their way around compiling source. I tried on three different boxes and got build errors on all of them. Also, why did the requests for a working node go unanswered? I was sincerely interested in mining this coin but there were some serious obstacles that many people were having. The Windows users that wasted hours trying to mine this coin will likely feel different about being "locked out". Then there are the ones that were mining only to find out that the coin was forking and all their coins were worthless or disappeared when they finally got on the correct fork after the difficulty was so high that they couldn't get any coins. So I don't think I'm exaggerating at all. The first few pages of the two threads for this coin says it all. But like every other shitcoin there will be a base of fanboys claiming it's the best thing since sliced bread. Nothing new here.

There's no reason to buy this coin. Right now is't simply a fork of Bytecoin. Until the developer releases a website and lays out a road map, being on an exchange only hurts it's chances of adoption. The longer it's on an exchange without trading activity the harder it will be to gain momentum if/when the developer is ready to promote it. Exactly. People mine these coins that offer nothing other than a different name and all they care about is getting listed on an exchange so they can dump for whatever price some fool will pay. With all the scams going on as of late people are finally becoming more cautious. Wasn't this coin initially launched by that kid that launched three or four Cryptonote coins in a week just to abandon them all? If I remember correctly this coin was broken until a pool operator fixed the code. Probably the best thing for this coin and dozens more is to just fade away.

Have problem with windows QT. Downloaded from site. It is working but on wrong chain, when type getinfo in console it shows diff 1.0000. Is there nodes or something doing wrong.
No you're not doing anything wrong. This is part of the plan. Launch coin but make it so the majority of people can't mine by releasing crappy binaries and source. Then while everyone is trying to get things working the dev and his buddies are mining away with working binaries and source code. The hashrate alone should tell people that something funny is going on. Most likely a GPU miner being used by dev and buddies that they are not sharing. This is just another scammy shitcoin with an unfair launch.

Don't forget that any coin carsen kock is involved in is a scam.

Give it some time Its not a P&D.
Not P & D..just D ..This coin has been dumped from 1300 right down to 100 satoshi. No buy support provided.I will keep and eye on this to ascess if investor has been misguided.Have a nice day. Time will tell, dev created a clean coin and this is most important here. The code works flawlessly, has just launched phase POS. There were only 0.8% premine, who was not even thrown. Time will tell;] I agree premine is very low compared to other well known coins. WebCoin has a good name, wallet looks nice, works perfect, transactions are very fast and the coins are very cheap. At least the dev is honest and doesn't promise you all kind of things he can not deliver.+1 Good grief. The dev is carsen kock. All he does is make promises. He's nothing but a shitcoin scumbag.

i suggest that everyone start to report mrTrolls post as trolling...
What are you afraid of? I asked a simple question. How is it an independent review when the person reviewing has contributed to Darkcoin code. Pretty straight forward question. No FUD. Just a question. Sweet!! I love that panel ! Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. This is serious business for DRK

So I ask again.
Maybe everyone has you on ignore so you can keep asking and asking but no one's gonna see it. Or they just don't wanna help you, which is, sorry to say, quite likely. Well you obviously don't have me on ignore Which should enable you to make a wild guess which group I belong to. (hint: it's the one with bolded letters) Will the real illodin please stand up. Why did you make these posts when the coin was launched? It would be so hard to realse a coin with compiled wallets? Oo
No but it would be hard for dev to instamine with them. wut.. no premine but you have 5k to throw?

So I ask again.
Maybe everyone has you on ignore so you can keep asking and asking but no one's gonna see it. Or they just don't wanna help you, which is, sorry to say, quite likely. Well you obviously don't have me on ignore and since you've been around Darkcoin from the beginning why can't you answer the question? I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering how an independent code review can be conducted by someone that has contributed code to Darkcoin. Sweet!! I love that panel ! Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. This is serious business for DRK

we are trolls but what we really do is lower the price and get more DRK
You trolls are disgusting. But I hope you work harder for your master. Cause daddy need more DRK Instead of calling people names maybe you can answer my question. How is it an outside audit if the auditor has contributed? It's a simple question that nobody seems to be able or wants to answer. Is GhostPlayer just making things up? Because that's who said that this K. Atlas has contributed to the code. So I ask again. How is it an independent review when the person reviewing has contributed to Darkcoin code. Pretty straight forward question. No FUD. Just a question. But you guys refuse to answer it likely because you know what the answer is and it isn't what you want people to hear. Sweet!! I love that panel ! Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. This is serious business for DRK

Excellent article. I hadn't considered this in such terms: there is only one chance in 1.3 trillion for someone with twenty five masternodes (an investment of around 160,000 usd at today's price) to control the eight involved ones and trace the transaction. Yeah great article/propoganda. From the author of the article: Disclaimer: I own a significant amount of darkcoins and I am quite involved with the Darkcoin community. I'm obviously biased,The article is from another Darkcoin fanboy with a platform. It's more of an advertisement than anything. Nice try though. I know I shouldn't quote you, but I'm the fanboy/author and I have to do it. Yes, I'm a darkcoin owner and I'm proud of it. Yes, I'm biased. So you are. The difference is that I'm open with everything, you hide behind a pseudonym and I can't know your motives. Don't bother to answer, I'm out after this message to keep on with my life. You should go get one. It was a very well written article Fernando. Thanks for taking the time to write and publish it. Bobsurplus, Shojayxt and Coolstoryteller the nature of your postings that are so desperate in desire to put DRK down, only indicate the high levels of fear you're harbouring that you're most likely on the wrong train. You'd be better off spending your time assisting the dev's and people working on your preferred coin. All of human history will show you never ending examples that the process you're employing here isn't going to do anything except make DRK stronger. Nobody's harboring any fear. If I wanted on this train I can get on anytime I want. I can still buy DRK if I wanted to right?

Good God Bob, do you not know what an ass you're making of yourself? Seriously, you sound like a 12 year old (when I'm forced to read what you say because people keep QUOTING you, eh-hum) What the fuck is your problem? Do you think annoying us is going to lower the price? Why am I asking, you're obviously in need of attention. I guess my real point is, please don't quote bob. I don't mind your answering him, but I don't want to see his dribble, it makes me depressed about humanity, honestly. Please don't quote, or quote and put something humorous in place of his dribble, that's always fun Thank you Oh, and same for Shojayxt please. Sorry Tante. I just want people to know that these 2 clowns have an agenda and are trying to pass misinformation to investors. I respect you and i'm going to try to snip out all the crap these 2 clowns are trying to spew so you and others dont have to see this dribble. PM if you have any ideas on how we can clip these dorks from continually making asses themselves. How am I passing misinformation to investors? It was a member of your community that said Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. I asked how that is an impartial code review and not one of you is willing to answer the question. Sweet!! I love that panel ! Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. This is serious business for DRK

Sweet!! I love that panel ! Kristov has already "contributed" a little to the code too. This is serious business for DRK So you have a guy that has "contributed" to the code getting paid to review the code? Wow. That doesn't make any sense. I thought the code was going to be reviewed by an outside party. DRK is good enough to draw the best outsiders in. That should tell you something. How is someone an outsider if they have contributed a little to the code?
