Sorry guys but it seems like our data collection is down for Bitstamp and Bittrex. We are looking into it now.
You can continue to use leonArdo, it will just be missing some data from earlier today...

Some nice new features including key encryption Having a problem using Polo's trusted IP feature for the API. leonArdo doesn't seem to agree with the IP Polo is seeing. I've tried adding the local IP to the list but no luck. Am I missing something here? EDIT: Ok, got it, my bad No bother. The poloniex interface is a little confusing there. But yes, you just need to add the local ip address it picks up and it works!

Love the redesign. Q: Is there a way to save the trading strategies, so I don't have to set them up all over again after a restart or software upgrade? Cheers one4many Hey one4many, If leonArdo closes correctly, they should be saved to a state file. Then it doesn't matter if you upgrade, they should load again. But we have to admit this is not very robust. In view of that we are going to implement a solution by which all GUI changes are immediately persisted to a DB and this should make it bullet proof. Sorry, if as I guess from your mail, the save didn't work for you this time. Best wishes, Jonathan Ah ok ... It actually never work for me. Quite frustrating sometimes. The ability so save a some and/or all of them would be great. If I can add the X-mas wishlist, a preview before loading (mouse-over, showing a selected strategy) would be awesome. Regards one4many The fix is in. Now if you close leonArdo and re-open it, all previously loaded strategies should be there in a "suspended" state. If you right click the "suspended" label you have the options to stop it or resume it. Clicking on "Update available" or "Up to date!" link on leonArdo's login screen will take you to the download. Thanks for the heads up on this one4many All the best, The leonArdo guys

Regards one4many Hi one4many, I just checked and it is also not working for me!! Will work on a fix. But it definitely worked before. What should happen is that when you log into leonArdo again, any strategies that were running are in a suspended mode. You then have the option to delete the strategy or to simply re-start it. But you are right! It is not working now! Best wishes, The leonArdo guys

do you allow multiple users to install the software? lets say a friend bought the software and he also share it to me so i can also install it. just wanted to try the feature of this version http://marginsoftware.de/leonardo-ultra.htmlHey electronicash, your license is bound to your API keys of the exchanges you trade on. If you don't mind sharing a money account with your friend everything should technically be OK. However: a) competing strategies from two or more separate computers/people will definitely lead to loss of profits when using one account (for example one strategy could not be executed, because of lack of funds which was used by a trading strategy on another computer). b) personally I think it is too risky to share money accounts with friends. My recommendation: ' Don't do it!'. From a license (legal) perspective I leave the answer to the Margin guys. Hope that helps one4many Thanks for your input one4many! We agree with your assessment. There is another consideration. Calls to exchanges require the generation of a nonce (an incrementally growing integer). If two instances of leonArdo are running simultaneously while connecting to the same market, it is quite likely that the exchange will reject the API key. So please do not do this! If you want to try out the features of leonArdo you can download the demo version Just head over to http://www.marginsoftware.de and click on Products. It is full featured and lets you practice trading on real data from the exchanges. Best wishes, The leonArdo guys
