Hello;
I want to suggest a feature for static ping pong strategy.
After starting the bot, we can replace the order
but it will be much much more effective if we can change the buy-sell limits while bot is running.
Instead of replacing orders, replacing the limits will replace the orders, and follow our limit strategy.
Otherwise I stop strategy, change the limits, start again and my orders refreshed.
I hope it can be done because static ping pong is not making background calculation like margin-maker.
Best Regards
Nice idea! We'll take a look at it. Remember that you can adapt a current bot order by clicking and dragging it But I like your idea...

I want to inform a bug that I faced, I made two indicator EMA 60 days and EMA 6 days and save them as default for a pair. Then I restore it at for another pair window, leonardo crashed.
When I want to open again and continue the same session crashed again. I opened only polo account (not continue the last session) with a different pair and leonardo opened.
Running strategies lost but orders was staying, cancelled the orders I made two indicator EMA 30 days and EMA 6 days and save them as default for a pair. Then I restore it at for another pair window, leonardo crashed again
I do not know the others but indicator save and restore feature create problem in my computer.
Thanks for this. I could reproduce it and we will work on a fix now. Best wishes, Jonathan

Hello;
Exchange account was 0, and all the balance was at margin account. When I tried to move from leonardo it gives error and no transfer happens.
When I did same at poloniex there was a confirmation window of telling about my margin account balance will be %70 Maybe this confirmation is preventing.

it would be a good idea to have a seperate window for all open orders to see in case of a crash.

Thanks for the details. We'll look into it for you. Best wishes, Jonathan

Don't forget that leonArdo's Tools window allows you to configure the GUI to just how you like to have it. So for example, if you want to view the order book and transactions at the same time, no problem I found the free trial and downloaded it. I am using the Polo demo. I found that what I thought was dynamic tracking and adjusting the orders was just the Bollinger bands that I saw in your screen output above. I was able to turn that on so I can see my screen now appears more like yours. I wish that the buy/sell tracked with the bands. Right now it appears that if I am not watching what is going on the market drifts away from my buy/sell points. Or in the case of a big move the market could move away rapidly from my buy/sell points. I am new to trading so take this as ramblings of a novice trying to understand how to use this tool. Is it possible to get the margin engine to track with the Bollinger bans? Others have already commented and asked for it, but I will throw my two sats into the pool. I would love a profitability dashboard to show where I am right now with my trades and total balance sort of thing at a glance. After letting Leonardo run for a while I am having a hard time determining what has happened and if it is actually in the plus or minus category. I see my BTC balance is down, but I am not able to determine if that is due to positions it is in or if it has just lost that much in the market. I also have not seen the active positions portion of the screen ever indicate that I have any active positions. Not sure if that is just because I am in the demo mode. I would have thought any time the bot has completed a buy order that I would have something appear in the active positions until the sell order is completed or am I misunderstanding what that part of the screen does? Thanks! Thanks for checking out leonArdo! Did you use either of the Automatic strategies? We will build a strategy editor that will allow you use leonArdo's indicators to build your own strategies in a user friendly way. Then you could build your Bollinger Band strategy! Yes, a number of customers have asked for better profit/loss reporting and we will add this soon. You don't see any active positions in the demo because positions relate to margin trading which is not possible with the demo. When you place an order it shows up as an active order in the chart. You can grab it and move it to a different price etc. Once it gets filled it will show up in the competed orders table. All the best, Jonathan

Is there a way to link 2 instances of Leonardo to work off the same data?
Ex.: Leonardo running on a 'server 24/7', but I want to administer and change things from my laptop . Is there a way to do this, or it can only be done from the main 'Server' it is running on primarily.
No. You cannot run two instances of leonArdo that use the same keys to connect to your exchange account. If that happens the exchange will block your account. We hope to offer a VPS service soon so that you can leave leonArdo running 24/7 in the cloud and connect to check in on things as you like. All the best, Jonathan

Actually it's not the GUI that causes the issue, but having many bots running at once does increase CPU load. How many bots are we talking about here? Talking to the guys here we just came up with an idea about how we can reduce the load. We will add an update as soon as possible. Thanks for your continued support! All the best Jonathan Uhm.... I have 7 bots running all of the same time hehe! I believe the runtime error has something to do with the CPU usage as well. What runtime error?! Tell me more please... I believe this happens mostly when I lose Internet connection. I can't provide any other details. However, just now, I'm a having problem signing in. Do you know what these message mean? It means you somehow provided too many characters. Re-click on poloniex in the dropdown menu and double check what you have entered in the secret field.

Ok, so I took the plunge and got the interface. So far, I'm liking it but there's a couple of things (minor, I'm sure) that I'd like a little clarity on.
1. Is there a Raspi version? Something that could be put on a raspberry Pi and left to run round the clock taking almost no power would be fantastic, compared to a PC.
2. Is there a way to monitor the total gained from the bot? In other words, say I start with 10 BTC and it goes about trading and doing its thing. In a week, could I pull up something that would show everything it's done BUT show me the actual profit I've made by combining the coins currently in play? For example, say the bot buys XMR, BBN and a few other coins, trades those coins throughout the week. Could I see what the gain in terms of BTC it's made???
3. Does the bot make adjustments to the lows and highs so as to not buy a coin when it's low but then be unable to sell if the coin starts to crash or something of that sort?
I'm kinda new to trading and I know it's a gamble but I figure, what the hell. Give it a shot, ask questions, see what you can make of it... That sorta thing.
Thanks,
P
All good questions Percivul. First off, thanks for taking the plunge! >> 1. Is there a Raspi version? Something that could be put on a raspberry Pi and left to run round the clock taking almost no power would be fantastic, compared to a PC. We agree and are looking into adding support for ARM architecture devices. >> 2. Is there a way to monitor the total gained from the bot? Does the bot make adjustments to the lows and highs so as to not buy a coin when it's low but then be unable to sell if the coin starts to crash or something of that sort? No! Please ensure you set stop loss orders as this is currently not supported by leonArdo, except on bitfinex which has it available in its API. This is also something we hope to improve on in the near future. Sorry that I don't have more positive answers to your questions, but we are working hard on improving leonArdo all the time. All the best, Jonathan Ok, as to question 3, perhaps you guys could implement a hard stop in the program itself that would act like an auto cutoff feature. It could work like this: Say you have a 3 hour window used for your analytic and in that 3 hour window, it shows that the last 1.5 hours indicates a decline in volume or in price. The bot could take into account something like a percentage cut off at the 1 hour mark and send a stop order to the exchange or cancel any current buy order and freeze it until the user takes a look and decides if it's something they want to gamble on. Perhaps if the coin has devalued more than say 30% in the bulk of the analytic window, it automatically stops any buy order in that coin and freezes it until the user comes to the table. Just a thought. Other than that, you guys seem to have a pretty solid look program here and if you and your team intend to keep developing, then I personally will have nothing bad to say about it. Thanks Percivul. Sounds like a good idea, but instead of us developing many new strategies we have decided to create a strategy editor where such IF-ELSE-THEN statements will be possible. It should be easy to setup and you will also be able to make use of leonArdo's in-built indicators. This is one of our main goals for the next evolution of leonArdo. All the best, Jonathan

hi is there any way to see the profit/lost graphical since last day/week etc. ? e.g. like this Nice idea. We could add a tools window widget. pls urgent needet because after a few days you have a lot of trades, most of BTC are missing, alts have collapsed but do not know if in the end you have gain or lost... thx We hear you ewibit! This is my biggest gripe, reviewing trade logs or trade overlap for performance is annoying at best. Is there a better way to see performance? I mean it could be simple as showing the total BTC or USD(or relevant currency) value in the coin list, or as advanced as ewibit suggested. As I told ewibit, we are aware that this is a feature that people want. There are many feature requests though and we are a small entity with limited resources. Therefore, you will have to wait a bit. We are constantly working on improving leonArdo. Thanks for your input. Jonathan

Thanks Biege, Yes, we know that it is suboptimal to not have stop loss orders directly in leonArdo for all markets. Hopefully Poloniex adds it to their API and then we would immediately support it. In the meantime, we are working on a leonArdo emulated solution to this. For the take profit case you can use leonArdo's prepare order functionality (see video: Margin trading with leonArdo)) All the best and thanks for your support! Jonathan Wow! Honestly, I didn't understand the video at first but when I watched it again I understand now how you prepare an order properly. Because of this I'm gaining more compared to my previous orders. Thanks a lot, Jonathan! You Rock, Man! Somehow I missed this great comment. You are most welcome biege! Hi, Jonathan. Question, I've noticed that if I have multiple bots it's using a lot of CPU power, is there a way we could turn off some GUI graph animations so that we could avoid getting heavy CPU usage and lag? Thanks! Actually it's not the GUI that causes the issue, but having many bots running at once does increase CPU load. How many bots are we talking about here?
