CCO mean Continuous Coin Offer in this round only institutional and big companies can invest. This is not a public sale event the team has plan to keep running this on monthly basis and all unsold token will be burnt. 

So, they will have one more ICO round? Why? Usually, private sale starting before public sale... And here all conversely?

Your wallet does not make a difference what you received your PCL for, so all PCL have to be unfrozen.

5th February this market will be open for trading dev has confirmed this so that we have to wait till that moment. In future it will be listed on big exchanges at has good potential.

BTW, you can still buy or sell your tokens on etherdelta
I see it's been trading there for sometime now though it's very cheap at the moment, it's trading about 0.007 usd at the moment

Well, it will at least go above the ICO price threshold because nobody is going to sell their ICO tokens for less than they paid which will hike the price of it overall.  EtherDelta is hit or miss.  The true test is when it hits a 'real' exchange.

I also heard it would take little more time to trade on hitbtc but I personally don't like that exchange due to deposit problem and they are charging fee for it. I think when it will get listed on big exchanges than it will make this growing process much faster.

It is always best strategy to wait for bigger exchanges which off course will be at some point. Why it is good because etherdelta will be used for those want to cash out or simply can't wait for price to go up. Peculium team surely is aware of this thing as well as this is basic element of success to take your token at bigger exchanges where liquidity is available.
