By the way, while i was typing this, my body started the process by itself, the prominent "hot spot" has slowly widened and moved to my right thigh by the time. It's an old Zen trick, and you gave me the opportunity to share it EDIT: Sometimes it's difficult to start. Just rest the palm of your dominant hand over the spot (...no, not that one, again! the belly one!). Like “Power of chi!!!” Or “chakras”....? Indeed I heard about it or similar techniques before too. I remember once some massage therapist was telling how to find this spot. I forgot how to find exactly but it was something like put your palm below the belly button and mark the spot, Now put the four fingers on the spot up towards belly button, now that middle area between belly button and your hand is the spot that need to be massaged. I guess you are talking about the same spot. This massage also good for ladies who want to conceive. But it needs a lot of patience and practice and focus is the key to achieve the results. Well to be honest I did try but nothing happened I mean I didn’t feel any sudden energy or relaxation. In fact the other spot yes little down and just a little massage brings more relaxation hahahaha By way the I remember my grand mother used to do similar massage to my niece and nephews who were crying at night because of constipation so there is something behind it. Well here is my personal technique which works for me... a hot shower... not warm but hot. Of course one shouldn’t make it a habit as it will dry your skin. It feels like it's just on the inner side of the skin, and all that chi and yoga (chakras) stuff share these spot, among some others. Still there are slight differences. By putting your attention there, in form of "feeling into there", the spot gets warm. ...or you "discover" it, because it already feels warm and you grasp it by sensually attending? When you lay the palm of your hand onto it, the warmth radiating from the hand is perceived through the belly skin, which feels exactly the same. When you remove the palm (you don't have to), the spot keeps glowing in a more dim way, but the more you keep your (felt) attention on it, in a relexed way, it becomes warmer, wider. Doesn't feel like you would imagine "chi energy", or "opening chakras", just glowing warmth, like a cat lying on your belly (just that it's your own hand now). When you get used to it, you just start it by attention and it slowly goes on by itself, moves around a bit etc. As soon as you know how it feels, you can sense it throughout your body. Just let your attention move around in your body, until you feel this deep, dim warmth quality somewhere just below the skin. Then rest there, avoid following distractive thoughts, it will go on by itself again. |

All I see is positive news but the price is meh. I know I’m being ungrateful & greedy, if you told me last April we’d be in the mid $50,000’s a year from then I’d have been delighted. I keep expecting an imminent, explosive move up but nothing doing yet.
Thanks to the back&forth game of "whales" with options/futures, OTC buys and spot sells of BTC. Thanks to leveraging degenerates, not to forget "paper hands", the type of bitcoin "hodler" lately flooding the markets. SOMA-rant FTW! This it what helps me most of the time: 1. stop checking the price a hundred times a day 2. if i check, i always zoom out to 3d and weekly candles after. 3. If i checked, i calculate my holdings in fiat equivalent happy hodling I have tried but then this happens!!! Still waiting for news from the insurance, which took money back in the height of my tax refund, which they paid me too much six years ago. Now it's about extending the insurance payments for another year or getting kicked out again, but the court will usually sort this out, until my brain works good enough to work in the IT inDUSTry again.
