Forum auctions end in an arbitrary time. Sometimes, they end before you can rebid.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=294878.msg3221172#msg3221172

That seems like a pretty good reason to me, provided you actually willing to part with that kind of BTC. But yeah, my pants caught on fire when I saw that bid.

Sorry if I have to play the devil's advocate, but from an investor's perspective it doesn't look at all realistic (in terms of expected returns) and is far more likely to be a ponzi. If you at least released some details about how you are going to make this kind of return it would put some of these concerns to rest.

I'm happy to fulfill your request. I assume that it's USD right?

EDIT: I assume you've already completed your trade (since you posted it in Maidak's thread).

omg half a million "cpu" miners!   Roll Eyes

Haha, CPU miners sounds about right to me. Probably makes a grand total of 0.01% difference to the network. Yipee...

Sara is my favorite already done for her  odds good and I hope today she must done upset

Darn, I wish I could offer you good luck, my unfortunately I placed a bet on -2.5 on Kvitova, considering her consistent record over Errani and that she was quite likely to get at least over 3 games lead. Personally, I'm starting to think it was a mistake betting on such a tight game but oh well.

Any opinion on the Li vs Lisicki and the Nadal vs Kohlschreiber (I know Rafa will win, but I'm just wondering by how much)?

EDIT:
Picked
Li vs Lisicki - Li ML 1.344 / -291 WON
Nadal vs Kohlschreiber - Under 20 LOST
Kvitova vs Errani - Kvitova - 2.5  1.724 / -138 WON

I understand time zone can be an issue, i'm in europe myself but sometimes line movement dictate a bet than wouldn't have taken place otherwise. So make sure you can check the thread up until an hour of the games.
I'll do my best to publish everything in one go in any case.

I can more than understand, being in Australia myself which is rather out of the way in terms of time for most other countries. Do you have any opinion on the upcoming Li vs Lisicki tennis match?

is the offer still open?

Thanks for gravedigging a 25 day old thread! No, it's probably not still open.

No-one is helped by you gravedigging threads.

Considering that he bothered to necro the thread, he's probably the only one who benefited via you giving him an answer to his question. Anyways, I think one could quite easily come to the conclusion that it's no longer open judging by the date (as to why he did not come to that conclusion himself IDK).

I'm probably just talking to myself, but by any chance would anyone have an opinion regarding the upcoming Errani vs Kvitova game? The odds are highly towards Kvitova's favor, however she had a big scare on the first round and both their encounters this year she has won albeit in three sets.

1772  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: My first scammer on: October 02, 2013, 09:35:41 AM
Welp, looks like everyone beat me to the punch "Don't sell through Paypal". Chargeback fraud is so prevalent you'd probably be better off finding another way to convert to fiat, or at worst deal with PP with one of the forum's trusted trader. At least then you would be able to give feedback regarding the transaction.
1773  Economy / Services / Re: Sports betting tips on: October 02, 2013, 09:13:53 AM
Well that's a great start! 3 games, 3 wins. That couldn't be better (well yes i know 4 games 4 wins but still i'm happy enough with this :-) )

Nicely done Smiley Pity I was still asleep when you posted those. Anyways, good job so far and quite impressive!
1774  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stay away from gambling, newbies! on: October 02, 2013, 09:11:33 AM

The irony is that most of the fun from gambling comes from winning the money. You feel happy when your ahead of the house and not so when your behind.

I don't know where you're betting on, but I have been using bitbook.biz, and they are pretty good. They have about the same, sometimes better than Bodog.eu.

Yeah, I'm on Bitbook as well and I'm really enjoying their service. Anyways, back to the topic, I'm going to follow it and see how his picks turn out, if their good I might consider going with him.

Has he actually made any picks yet? Or just given out advice?

Don't think so, so far it's just been advice. I'll wait for his picks and see how those go.
