1401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Blockchain.info - Bitcoin (Change Address) Sending to (Watch Address) on: April 14, 2013, 04:44:42 PM
Where does your "change" go to?

Yes, I could test myself; however, I would like to find out without playing around.

When you have a wallet with, for example, 5 addresses...  And, you send coin from one of them (except the default), the "change" will go to the default.

When you send from the website, you have the ability to specifiy the "Change address" which is by default set to "Any Address"

This is strange in that I might be "Watching" other addresses.  Will blockchain.info send change to one of that "Watch" addresses since it is listed as Any Address?
I understand that is should NOT; however, I can't find where it specifically states this on any searches and/or the website.

1403  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Only 2 keys/sec added with importprivkey ? on: April 05, 2013, 03:41:16 AM
Is this really a problem that you would need more than 2 keys per second.

I am curious as to why anyone would need to import 10000 keys, let alone more.
Seems like something you could just script to have done by morning.
1404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why BTC Code sux on: April 05, 2013, 03:34:23 AM
I don't believe having just anyone vote for the direction the code moves would be a good idea.

Voting based on paying to an address is also a terrible idea.  It would only allow for the richest person to vote in their favor in the direction they want to code to move.  So, there is no democracy in that method.

So, you do you think that 15% stale is acceptable?  And, the site shows over 2000% stale?

I am working on nushor now with a 1.9 to 2.0 % stale

Thought I would try my hand at litecoin.

Is there a problem with the site?  It is taking up to 50seconds for getwork, and 8-30 seconds for share submits.
Computer is hashing at average 800kh and showing about 15% stale (probably because of the above delays)
Website; however, is showing "Round Shares: 2677 (2235.1% stale)"

Try another pool to see?

1414  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: {WTB} $500 in Bitcoin. on: December 07, 2012, 06:01:12 PM
The issue is timing for your payment.

I accept other forms of payment as well.  NOT CC or PP.

You're welcome to PM me for a deal, but others are going to give you more BTC for your dollar than I would.

if i order a sc single now, aprox when i expect something since i'm going to be at the bottom of the list?

No real way to know other than you will be last to receive it since you are last on the list.

It's all speculation at this point.

whitephantom, I assume you are renting the office with utilities included ("full service") - didn't the landlord get suspicious when you had your extra power lines installed?

I have 25 singles and one miniRig spread out across (currently) three offices, and use approximately as much $$$ in included electricity as I pay in rent, but plan to shed one office when I receive my two ASIC-rigs.
Nah, I know the landlady and the office is right across the street from where I work, so that's worth something.  Electricity is normally included, but since I'm using almost as much as I pay her for rent, I agreed to monitor my power usage and to reimburse her for anything over the average of her other tenants.

Why are you rending office space just for the mini rigs?  why not just have them at your house saving you the rent?

And now the race for asic.  Smiley
