Just reading the comments above. I can't stress enough, thank you everybody for your support of iCoin so far!! As we all know, cryptocurrencies (successful ones) require community support, and we're certainly trying our hardest to EARN that as we speak. iCoin is the people's currency and all this small little initial team can do is accurately set the stage for a successful future, and let the snowball build. I'm so excited to see what happens in months to come!  Myself and the other members of the iCoin Team have been working diligently the past 48 hours to wrap up final copywriting and design work for the website, among other items  All I'm going to say is that the reason I was initially attracted to iCoin, and ultimately joined it's team was because I fell in love with the name, the design work, and the longevity. I'm telling you - the name and the longevity are definitely still there... more than ever, but when it comes to this new website layout and design (and more) I now truly believe we have a global competitor here. We understand that unlatching a currency like Bitcoin and Litecoin is rather unrealistic at this point, and would require a perfect series of events to fall into place, but personally we will be unsatisfied with anything less than 3rd in market cap (for the time being) and our mission is to emerge into a globally recognized dominant player. We're about to unleash iCoin 2.0, look forward to collaborating with everyone tomorrow! Set your sights high! Frankly, I don't think the Litecoin devs have done anything exciting since the coin's inception. They seem to be satisfied just resting on their laurels. That #2 spot is still up for grabs as far as I'm concerned. Recently, even Doge has had the Litecoin devs sweating, and iCoin has a lot more potential than that. |

Interesting trades occurring on the exchanges, was expecting ICN prices to dip with the mining promotion.
This is by far the best coin to mine and dump atm.
Every other coin on coinmarket.io has gone down hugely in value.
Lots of mixed emotions within the iCoin team, that's all I can say. We hope the changes will be well received by the community. Why mixed emotions? I got the impression you were fully positive about the stuff you were doing.  We are definitely positive but as humans we don't know if what we think is great for iCoin will be what the community sees too. You could always bounce ideas off the community, even if it has to be done privately. |

As a miner, I'm sad that the days of 2-3 difficulty are probably gone forever. As an iCoin supporter, I'm happy.

Thanks folks, I had some 5830s and one of the fans seized so I bought an R9 290 TRI X, its running at 68 degrees my 5830s were running in the 80s so im happy with the temp. I plan of shutting it down every now and again but that being said im not opposed to buying another now scan.co.uk accept bitcoin. You can buy some replacement fans for the 5830s on ebay. It just takes a screwdriver to change it out. I've still got one running as well. |

I've had some 5850s running 24/7 at 100% load since early 2011. Temps in the mid to upper 80s. I've yet to have one die, but the fans need to be replaced every couple years.

OP, many of us feel bad about what has happened with WDC. I'm a bagholder as well, and I even got scammed into buying some Scharmbeck shares. But your coming here and trying to deliberately pump WDC just makes you look like a fool. It has become crystal clear to the entire community that WDC is a scamcoin.
And yes, it's fast, but there are faster coins now. Yes, it has a large community, but there are larger and more active communities. Also, most other coins have some sort of leadership behind them. WDC seems to just drift from scam to scam.

Lol look at the gains we've seen in the past year alone, most who invested and see nice gains are sure as hell taking some money off the table during the exponential run-ups (30, 266, 1200 etc.)
All I can say is that I've been here since 2011 and I wish I would've listened to the permabulls back then. Not as much has changed since then as it may seem. |

Yeah iCoin is cheap now, but prices should rebound. Twice as many iCoins were being mined the last couple days, and I think a lot of outsiders were attracted to mine this coin, so they could dump it for some easy money.

So many bad news in the last days...  There was a time that i really thought this coin could get something special... but now, i don't know what to do with my bag A lot of us are in the same boat. I view WDC as a series of pumps and dumps now. There's a crisis every couple months to drive the price down, then they come out with some big news to make it skyrocket. I'm gonna hold on and hope something pumps the price back up before I dump. |

You can say that Scharmbeck is not WDC, and WDC is not Scharmbeck, but that really isn't the case. The Worldcoin Foundation was pimping Scharmbeck like crazy, and frankly, Scharmbeck was the only thing WDC had going for it. Without Scharmbeck, WDC is just another Litecoin clone.
WDC has absolutely no PR, and nothing even vaguely exciting on the horizon. There's just a small, devoted community who live in an echo-chamber. Even the 500 BTC Scharmbeck prize was almost completely ignored by the larger cryptocurrency community.
Anyway, WDC has survived through a lot of crises and fiascos (51% attack, realsolid, UNOCS), but I think this may be the one that ultimately does WDC in. Even though they're techincally separate entities, the fates of WDC and Scharmbeck are very tightly bound.
