https://explorer.byteball.org/#XOYBGCKAWMAT4L4RLRXFR73UZ6I2BS4N doesn't show a balance for that address.
Edit: 666 bytes sent.

Thank you, I'll buy black candles for this amount.

My node has synced but I see no old balance despite of using exactly the same passphrase as on the previous node. Could someone send just 0.001 MB to
Code:
XOYBGCKAWMAT4L4RLRXFR73UZ6I2BS4N
so I would be able to check that the balance changes properly?

Please answer me why you think

habraken
Krypt
Jean-Luc
me

is troll? you are genius. Are you Stephen Hawking

habraken - doesn't look like a troll, just an uneducated person playing social justice warrior role.
Krypt - well-known IOTA hater hosting russian IOTA thread.
Jean-Luc - not a troll.
me (facenew111) - troll, the proof is presented upthread.

You should stop posting the misinformation. The case is outside of ISRAEL INTERPOL scope yet, only the police can be involved.

blah, blah, actually your brain still not help him.

See? "blah blah" shows you don't have counterarguments. Try to say something in your native language, I'd like to assess your real level of IQ.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA manual claims tracker (UNOFFICIAL) on: July 18, 2017, 06:34:19 AM
I think I have brain more than you. oh, are you the one to purchase it?
I am sorry with you.
or are you DEV? go to WORK.

Relax, you take posts of a stranger on the Internet too close to your heart.

haaaa 0 then...

Why do you think the price will be 0? IIRC people were buying MtGox liability at ~10% of the price from the end user. Here we could see something similar.

Better be adults, boys, process the claims, with no mistake, and damages will stop to grow

- Reputation damage will be reversed.
- Discrimination damage will stop to grow.

The reclaims will be processed in due time.

For an unknown reason this post was deleted, I think it should be reposted:

At least you admitted that the bet hasn't happened yet, I see some result of our message exchange on this forum. Let's address the issue of DB compressibility now:
SQL database engines prioritize performance, so they add a lot of metadata for service purposes. Time-space trade-off leads to high redundancy and increases compression ratio. If we pay 1000 byteballs for 1000 bytes then it doesn't mean that the DB grows by the same number, it may grow by 2000 bytes keeping the ratio always at, for example, 40%. This doesn't mean that Byteball data can be compressed well, it means that SQLite trades space for time. If we stipped out all meta data (to get only Byteball-related data) we would be able to do the measurement proposed by you. Can I expect that you will do that?

Has the centralized Coordinator been turned off yet? End of July soon.

First of all, Coordinator doesn't lead to centralization, it just protects against 34% attacks. Second, switching it off would mean that IOTA team made a centralized decision. Instead of that every users will be given a choice when to abandon babysitting from Coordinator, this is a truly decentralized approach.
WARNING Iota has a Coordinator. Your transactions are not safe without it! Be warned! WARNING

To release the tension a little:

Its actually cfb who has a vendetta against me, it began when I asked in iota slack "PoW on IoT? srsly?", "why no auto-node discovery"? and "why does a coordinator exist if its so secure", back in 2016 december, then he banned me from slack and came here to harass me.  Roll Eyes

My memory tells me another story.

PS: I answered your question, did you see my reply?

Silverbox, as CfB is more trusted than me, legendary status, why do you allow him to spread FUD about Byteball in here?

Frankly saying, I can't recall posting FUD. I did post challenging questions coinciding them with replies to you to taunt you a little. You should understand that not all proofs from the whitepaper are sound and my questions are the questions which will be asked by other engineers once Byteball goes to the open world. I don't insist on getting the answers right away, I even spend my time on getting these answers myself. If you still think that I spread FUD you should post here links to that FUD.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: July 16, 2017, 06:55:56 PM
No, you can not redefine what the "Byteball database" means when you realize you lost a bet.

Very poor, and weak effort from you to now explain why your were wrong and your FUD was weak.

When you FUDed and claimed "Byteball database grows in size" and called me a liar, then the database definition was different from the one you are trying to use now.

Just fuck off to your iota thread looser.

I explained why your method of measurement can't work, just that. Instead of 1:1 leverage SQL DB gives 1:N making things worse, i.e. by spending 5 GB I'll increase the DB by 5*N gigabytes. High entropy data still leads to worse compressibility. While you picked 30% out of thin air I'm going to measure it in practice, just need to wait for the syncing to finish.

It does take quite a few blocks for the difficulty to change

1008 blocks in average.

IOTA dump?  Huh

I pray for that too waiting with BTC on BID side. If BTC collapses below 1500 I'll just buy at market. IOTA is the only green coin in Top 10 on CMC, looks like traders are about to realize that the exit from blockchains to fiat is not the only option and the exit to tangle should be considered too.

I am not trying to convince you, I am laughing at you.

Got it, it's your typical behavior when you lose in a dispute - distraction.
