1321  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: January 19, 2016, 08:28:17 AM
Control of the use of weapons is a good thing. A person who is permitted to use weapons pshicology should be tested to see if he is worth using weapons.
What kind of a test would that be?  Huh

Psychiatric assessments. Do you want someone who is suffering from a mental disorder holding a gun?

Do you want someone who has a worse mental disorder - a psycho-logist or greed-crazed politician - deciding who has mental disorders enough that they can't have a gun? Maybe they will decide on you.

Smiley

I want people who know about a person's psychological entitled to say someone worth using a gun or not.

The ends justify ANY means.

1324  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: January 16, 2016, 10:14:19 PM
In Singapore, no one is allowed to have gun - only the authority (police etc) can have. Thus, there is no need to be afraid that someone would came into your house and start shooting. You say the police? Well.. Singapore wain the top ten least corruption list 2014..

So, I think other country should implant the same law Singapore have. No one should be allowed to have gun.

This. It's just statistically proven that countries with more gun control have less fatal crime, America is the only country with so much mass shootings and you're straight up delusional if you think gun control wouldnt actually reduce that.

Citations needed.

If the counterparties to the escrow know 100% how 2-of-3 or 3-of-3 multi-sig works, they can grill any potential escrow agent to test their expertise. It's not so much that they're trying not to find a thief, it's that they want someone who can't be bribed to collude with one counterparty. The legal contracts and real-world identities would deter bribery.

Rothco Forced Entry 8" tactical boots with side zipper

Click for full-size:

Xmas gift lightly-worn for 2 weeks. This was my 3rd pair of these in size 11, but for some reason, I'm the 1 man out of 3 in my household (but the only one with the same size feet as these boots) whose one bone in his right foot hurts when I wear them. Can't return without losing at least half their value to having to pay return shipping, original shipping, and restocking fee.

$80/ plus cheapest USPS shipping within the U.S. (including to an international shipping forwarding service of your choice) TBD, or you may pick up in San Diego, CA.

Hello, how to ensure safe transactions on Paypal by preventing reversible requests ? Does sending money as a friend&family gift work ? Does that garantee the buyer cannot ask reversible transfer? What about the note left while purchasing through paypal, should it be left empty or mention something such as "i, the buyer, honor the fact that this operation is final and will not be reversible". If these were bluetooth I'd be interested. With Apple announcing the exclusion of a headphone jack on the next IPhone, vast numbers of plug-in type headphones will become landfill layering.

has this announcement already been made? I thought we were far from this yet. It's not trivial to reproduce the quality of cables through blutooth

Bluetooth EMF>cable EMF
Bluetooth battery consumption>cable battery consumption

Pretty sure this is unobtainium, unless someone's willing to pay the $49.99 then demand a refund under the 100% guarantee.

Sealed new. 14 pouches, each with 1 upper and 1 lower strip. Once a day formula (so will last 14 days). Enamel Safe. “Best if used by expiration date noted on carton” (08/2014)

But expiration dates are almost always set too soon to get you to buy more product, per a physician of mine. I used a long-"expired" heating pack and it lasted as long as the package said to leave it on.

$3/, plus cheapest USPS shipping within the U.S. (including to an international shipping forwarding service of your choice) TBD, or you may pick up in San Diego, CA.

every person has right to defend himself. for that reason, it cant be restricted but we can limit rights to have a gun .

You can only illegally limit rights and turn them into privileges, because the right is to EFFECTIVE self-defense, guns, the current pinnacle of human self-defense invention, not ineffective, "bring knives, bats, fists, whistles, harsh language to a genocide" effective suicide.

I like living in peace and calm. So yeah, i support gun control

Gun control only creates peace and calm for the lives of violent criminals.
1340  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: January 05, 2016, 10:07:55 PM
Buying somewhere to live is the best thing you can ever buy. Just don't buy an overpriced house, or a flat in a big city that would be surely sold at an unfair price. This may depend from where you live but if you live in Western World, houses are most of time really really expensive, so it would be smarter to build it. Imagine, the newspaper could say : "Bitcoin build houses. Nothing can stop the rise !" Grin ! Also, consider that if you're young, you should invest it and then use the income flow to buy or build it. This would be what I would do.

Unfortunately, totalitarian governments multiply the cost of home building by requiring nonsensical permits, taxing the fuck out of it.
