I don't see how it is possible to force banks to work with Bitcoin businesses. It's their decision.

Perhaps the Gox bagholders have realised they won't be seeing any of their coins again.
They now have no choice but to rebuy at market price, if they want to be on the Bitcoin train.

He clearly only likes receiving dividends, not giving them out.

Buffet only really goes for companies that pay a dividend. His stance isn't the slightest bit surprising.
