102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another billionaire just invested in bitcoin on: November 19, 2020, 03:10:01 PM
We are getting more people to invest in bitcoin and it's gaining more attention nowadays which I can say is a good thing for us. And the fact that he invested 10% of his liquid portfolio means he has a trust in bitcoin that it will do well in the next coming months or years. If this will continue, it can also attract other people but I just hope that these people who are keeping their eye on bitcoin to invest should know how the market works and how to deal with it.
There is bad and good thing about this.
The good thing is that those billionaire did really drive the market into a positive moves.
Of corse they have a big influence as they splash a lot of money not only thousands dollar but millions!
And the bad thing that should concern each of us is that this kind investor wontstay forever, they wont stay for long enough as whenever they see it is enough, they could dump it all at once without thinking thercould be a serious damage caused.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 19, 2020, 02:03:12 PM
9 Inter Milan players positive Covid-19
Skriniar, Gagliardini, Ashley Young,  Nainggolan, Bastoni, Hakimi, Padelli, Kolarov and Brozovic.
I wonder how on earth Seria A still continues. The reported cases of COVID seem higher compared to other leagues, not to mention they already allow fans to be present at the stadium right? Well, hopefully, it won't get any worse than this.
Are those cases in football causing people to die?
I wonder also that if the league stopped , italy back to locking down for longer now , is there any guarantee the virus will go away and the deaths number decreased? Nobody can guarantee this.
So live must go on but with different way with a health protocol , strictly.
Germany, england, france and any other top european league have the same problem about having a lot of new cases on players , we only need to get used to this new normal.
I was also annoying to see all of these covid drama but now i think i know what is the best to do.
104  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Will Cause Bitcoin Crash on: November 19, 2020, 01:30:26 PM
I think that defeating the virus, on the contrary, will lead to the growth of bitcoin. Bitcoin directly depends on the global economy - if everything is good with it, then it grows, if a collapse occurs, then it falls. I think all remembering the March events. This fall surprised many people, but it was logical as the global economy was crumbling and the outlook was very bleak.
This gonna be a complicated situation
I mean indeed when the united nations announced that covid 19 is officially a pandemic in march all of the financial market crashed suddenly included bitcoin.
With this logic people will assumed that when the good news about vaccine to come , the market will gained even more as investor found the full confidence.
But on the other hand it is makes some people worried that the money invested during pandemic into an assets like bitcoin will get withdrawn and back to invest in real life assest like properties.
This is the reason why bitcoin could crash.

Yes, everything is really confusing from the very beginning - I wrote about it back in March. On the one hand, bitcoin is an anti-crisis protective asset and it should not have fallen like a stock market during the crisis, but should have grown. But everything happened differently than expected in theory. A similar "inconsistency" may occur here - perhaps investors, on the contrary, will increase their investments in bitcoin against the backdrop of good news and it will start a bull market in crypto.
My concern gets even bigger now with the bitcoin price looks so bubble.
Could explode anytime and especially when the vaccine distributed and feel works handling the virus
That is the moment where everything decided.
Will the investor remain confident in holding bitcoin? Or leaving completely to move into a promising real estate business like they used to?
I am preparing for the worst scenario , holding half cash is a must , you dont want to miss the moment where everything dropped like in march right? Cash is god for now at least until everything backup completely to normal.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 19, 2020, 01:12:51 PM
I think Guardiola’s contract with Man City is finished in the summer. There are rumours that he will move to Juventus in the summer, we will see how it develops.

Seems as if he agreed to a contract extension until 2023.

Sky Sports just announced it so I believe it's legit info.

Jokes aside, great business by City to tie him down. Messi next? Grin

Oh damn, just checked various news outlets & it is confirmed. This is good news for Man City fans but perhaps bad news for the rest of the EPL Cheesy

Messi is a weird situation, with the wages he might cost & his age is it a good deal for somebody to sign him? I know he’s one of the greatest ever but at 33 is it a good signing? I suppose with the amount of shirts he would sell maybe it is good. I just don’t know if signing players at the end of their careers is a good idea.
Look at cristiano ronaldo transfer , his 540k pounds weekly wage feel worth it , the club gets instant effect with cr7 shirt sales.
They gets popularity boosts and many more benefits.
Sign these two GOAT will always healthy for the long term business , so if you ask me is it good signing players at the end of the career?
Yes for me it is. I still imagine messi and cristiano ronaldo to play side by side , will we see this to happen?
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: November 18, 2020, 09:48:15 AM
Luis Suarez got positive Covid-19 test during international break and most likely he will miss game against Barcelona. It's huge loss for Atletico. Well, it make Barcelona task easier, but personally I would want to see them in full squad and it would be very interesting to see Suarez playing against us. I think he would be extra motivated.
Surprisingly the odds for atletico madrid hasnt dropped even with suarez will missing the match.
Bookies did makes barcelona not favorited to win this clash.
As with super defensive strategy , atletico will only use a counter attack as usual and probably hold it draw.
I believe there will be no winner too ,  a draw is more likely the fairest result for both.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen for Amazon to accept Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2020, 09:16:54 AM
As far as I know, Amazon has no ideological issue with Bitcoin. But they don't want to deal with the volatility, legality and tax related issues which can come up if they accept BTC payments directly. And this is where PayPal comes in. Hopefully by mid-2021, PayPal will make it possible to make payments with BTC. That would mean that users would be able to do the same in Amazon, using PayPal.
Yess , take facebook libra as example.
Complicated af , everything looks hard to legalize and applying crypto in the mainstream universe where a lot of interest involved, especially banks.
Amazon wont face that , a free tax they got is enough they wont get in touble .
Too much risk must be taken , for now i cannot see it happening , they maybe will wait and see.
But of course it is gonna be a next big step if amazon do accept bitcoin or any crypto.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 18, 2020, 06:29:37 AM
There are 16 players that tested positive for covid19 in premier league since the last test from 9 to 15 november.
Some of them not disclosed but we know mo salah and havertz is one of them.
This numbers could still increased with tonight matches that will be played which of course at risk to get infected.
We should not believe there is a favorites side this season i guess , all the teams has equal chance to win draw and lost. Too much key players missing out for premier league important matches.

110  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Vaccine Will Cause Bitcoin Crash on: November 17, 2020, 09:11:31 AM
I have not read a concrete evidence that suggest that the market will crash if there is already a vaccine for CoVid, actually it's already a done deal, we have CoVid vaccine coming within 3 months that is a guaranty, but look at the market, they are still doing great, if the speculation is true the market should start crashing now, but it's not happening and I don;t think it even if the vaccine is out.

I think that defeating the virus, on the contrary, will lead to the growth of bitcoin. 112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL ₿itcoin for Life, not for Lifetime. on: November 14, 2020, 11:44:40 PM
The market price is naturally volatile, thus, holding will give you nothing. Holding alone is not enough. If you are aiming for profit, you should know when to hold and when you will sell your holdings. Deep market analysis therefore is also needed. The market value will not continuously increase as months or years are passing by. There will be times wherein the market is low, which are also times wherein investing is a good thing. Also, not because the market price is continuously increasing, selling will be a bad thing to do. It does depend on your situation. It is advisable to hold but sell if you must, as simple as that.
You shhould do both hodling forever and do buying selling periodically.
To have a couple bitcoins that meant to not sell forever important to makes yourself feel better when the price up as when you hve nothing to hold , it will makes you in pain that the bitcoin price continue moving up but you cannot afford to buy it.
And on the other hand is placing your hand at the bottom to bag some cheaps bitcoin whenever there is a dump .
With this method you will never feel regret no matter the market get dumped or pumped.
It is a simple win win solution.
HODL for life!
113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost more in the process to recover ? on: November 14, 2020, 11:17:03 PM
When such thing happened to me, I don't give up at the moment than to give myself courage not to give up for the losses. It pain when someone loss like 3 to 4 times with a big amount of money to bet the game and the end no single profit come out. When gambler start to they experience those things show that your surprise is very close to you,  that will make you recover all your losses in the gambling.
You better and should give up actually.
There is a limit for you when things have become worse than what you can expect l.
I mean when you have lost too much and getting into a deep debt , that moment you should never motivate yourself to chase what you have lost.
And simply give up instead.
114  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC $100K-288K before Dec2021 ? on: November 14, 2020, 10:57:33 PM
Keep dreaming like we used to.
The last time we were dreaming about how bitcoin price could move from $500 to $10000 become a joke for some people who really thinks bitcoin as a scam thing and would disappeared instead.
Then voila! Here we are riding through $20000 like it is nothing.

There's no such thing as accurate prediction when it comes to predicting the price of Bitcoin in a market at a given date or even year, only newbies will believe this even those who started out in Bitcoin cannot accurately predict the right price at a given date, even if you are good in reading chart or data, you can predict some period but you cannot go fast 50% of your prediction accurately, it's time for people to get the fact.

My wallet wholeheartedly disagrees with you.  Bitcoin has been the most predictable asset I've ever seen in my lifetime.  I've sold the top and bought the bottom of the last two bubbles.  I'm now getting ready for the 12 month ride of my life (for the third time).
Noted.
See ya in the next 12 month and we'll see how much worth it then.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Asking About Riobet Casino on: November 14, 2020, 10:30:18 PM
So none of us have played at this casino before! I have joined there after watching this thread and luckily made 52.98$ from free spins Smiley. As per condition I need to wager 20× of bonus money by making deposit to get the freespin win in my main balance. The minimum deposit amount is 10 usd there. I'm not worried about it but I don't have good experience with slots game. And I have no idea about wagering strategy of slots game. For this I don't want to make a deposit

Well this is a better review for me
Rather than making a baseless speculation on whether is this casino legit or not.
With this at least you can figure out , you will have a perspective tht this free spins promotion is just like any other offers in any casino that requires a deposit to trigger the bonus.
Classic marketing strategy .
And i personally think this kind type of promotion is not worth the time .
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: November 14, 2020, 10:08:38 PM
after two missed penalties, Spain just scored, and it is now 1:1 with Swiss
as of now, all teams scored at least a goal in League A, expect for Portugal
Those 2 missed penalties from Ramos today really surprised me, he always scores them for Real. First one was a good defense from the keeper while second one was taken really badly. They deserved that late goal, were much better in second half.

That goal from Croatia makes it for really interesting last day of Nations league in this group, at least for us Smiley
Everybody must be angry at him
Especially if you put your money in spain to win
2 great opportunity and gave it all away for the draw , lucky for me to not place any moneypine bet for spain as  i was have a feeling this gonna be either draw or Switzerland shocks spain which it is nearly hppened if only was not for that red card and the late goal from moreno.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I accept Bitcoin for payments on my online store? on: November 14, 2020, 09:41:21 PM
It deserves to try, why not?  Wink
If you apply it, it makes people who have Bitcoin be easier to pay. On the other hand, you contribute to make Bitcoin be real as a payment tool. I think it will be interesting, you start to make people realize that their Bitcoin is very useful now. So, people are aware that Bitcoin is not only for investment or trading, but it also can be used for payment purposes. FYI, there are already many people who are trying to accept Bitcoin as the payment of their stores. So far, it is quite successful, buddy.

Yes it is
When people have the same thought to initiate setting up their own business to accept bitcoin or any other crypto , that is the sign of a mass adoption getting closer .
I believe people will do aware about this and compete to have bitcoin as their payment method soon.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2021 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifiers! on: November 14, 2020, 06:00:46 PM
^all eyes tomorrow on Portugal - France  Roll Eyes my prediction is a draw here, but the ticket I'm trying to catch is CR and Mbappe to score @5.73

Ronaldo is almost a given I'd say (penalty) and I love Mbappe but I keep seeing Giroud getting the goals so it makes me shy for picking this. Still think you'll win though, so nice!

I've just bitten the bullet and put a small bet on France + Croatia parlay at just over 9/1. France super good value even on their own at 34/10 though huh!
The portugal vs france case is similar to yesterday match between uruguay vs colombia in world cup qualification.
Uruguay had a high odds @4.3 if i am not wrong while i was thinking "this gonna be a sure winning for uruguay , what the fffuck bookies why did they put that high odds on the favorite of mine lol"
And now france with that high odds @3.5 while i am thinking portugal has no chance to win this one.
What's wrong with the bookies thesedays.
119  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is a conspiracy theory on: November 14, 2020, 05:44:53 PM
That's an extreme conspiracy of yours, and it seems like it's filled with wild imaginations. I doubt that this will happen in real life, tbh. Well, printing money and a tax increase are possible but not to the extent that a war will arise. We've experienced several epidemics before this, and it didn't result in this kind of theory. Although it might take some time, people in the medical field are now working to find/create a vaccine. As I can see, people are starting to go back to their normal life even with the threat of the virus. It even looks like that they are not that afraid anymore compared to when it started spreading.

This can happen if the creation of the vaccine is taking such a long period, but since we are seeing news where they are already testing vaccines, I don't think such scenarios will happen.
The fear of getting infected with the virus is still on normal level now i think.
I can only imagine if the virus itself mutated into something crazy like trigger a canibalism like what we used to see in the sci-fi movies about virus.
People will have a real fear and all above conspiracy theories maybe could trigger a chaos more than just an economics collapses or nuclear war.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Regrets? Past BTC Sale(s that would look CRAZY Today! Poll. :( on: November 14, 2020, 05:22:31 PM
Some great stories over here love to see and hear these incredible ups and downs bitcoin price causing each of us regretting whether to let your bitcoin sold at the very cheap price or losing it because of some hack shit.
I was once constantly buying giftcard worth of $10 to $100 with bitcoin and when i see the purchase history there plenty of transactions of 0.1 bitcoin for $100 giftcard which if you convert into current rates you will get $1600 giftcard! I did it not for once or twice but many times
There always a regret when you look back and there is a lot of things that you could actually save it all.
Cannot imagine those people who hold thousands bitcoin but release it for a coupoe buck only.
