421  Economy / Speculation / Re: One more dump before halving? on: November 23, 2019, 10:23:26 AM
Here an interesting statement from a well-known crypto investor and advisor:

https://twitter.com/woonomic/status/1196473964014424064

He claims that with this halving event the situation will be completely different and we cannot expect price increases. It is possible that we will have one more bear market before halving.
With every halving we experience almost similar pattern of growth. There will be drastic drop in the price of bitcoin, and followed by the same there will be some steady growth for a while. So the growth associated with halving can be experienced after few months of time. Upon this there will be continued dumping in the market which happens same as that happening rest of the days.
of course people now are tend to think and predicting this is a bearish lol.
if you scroll back to 4 or 10 days ago , you will see a lot of people with strong believe that before halving there should be a slight move up triggering the bullish run haha i feel like watching an opera with bunch of rookie actors on the stage.

there is only two halving has occured it was in 2012 and 2016 , just because both halving ended up with a skyrocketing price doesn't mean it will form to a pattern a similar situation , i have explained about this many times to people who wondering but who i am lol i am not wooconomic the one that well known crypto investor and advisor haha , just ignore me.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did China really crash Bitcoin again? on: November 23, 2019, 09:16:23 AM
lol why always china?did Chinese government owns the whole market?please stop being noob we all know that the volatility of cryptocurrency is the main reason why market comes up and down,it only added some news to have a impact but the truth is most of the time manipulation causes those.

weeks ago we are very thankful for what Chinese president says towards blockchain and crypto and now just because there is a small changing of trend the blame is towards them again?nope i don't think it is the reason behind this fall.
haha that is what i wondering these days , people seems tend to become a good sheep , a good boy who follow every single media trap.

bitcoin price up blame china , bitcoin price down blame china again media said and people say yes! what a small-minded we are. get your brain work on research , do your own assessment enrich yourself with knowledge and you can be the one who manipulate the market itself!
there is nothing to do with china this time , it is pure an organic move possibly triggered by big whales.

making people panic sell as usual , this is a classic cycle , we should anticipated this, i did.
423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 23, 2019, 08:32:19 AM
we will not forget that achievement , ac milan should make a bet on him with that managerial history.
give the man 2 or 3 years , even if he did not managed to become a serie A title major contender, at least maybe bring ac milan to champions league stage is a reasonable target.

one manager out means there will be a domino effect very soon, let's see who's out and replaced by pochettino.

Agree.

The problem is the level of AC Milan.
Actually Milan is a team that can't compete even for the Europa League cap, so next year it will be probably a not Euro matches year...
yes.

but again here is the fact about ac milan , the last time they managed to compete so tight with juventus and inter milan is on 2012-2013 season where they finished at 3rd, juventus was the winner.
and the last time ac milan win the serie A title is on 2010-2011 season under allegri -ibrahimovic was there- where juventus finished at 7th, guess what? juventus win every single season from 2011 to 2018 - 8 serie A title in a row! - , they finished at 7th in the last two season before - 2009 and 2010 -.

the history speaks for itself. this gonna be a worthy bet to appoint pochettino for ac milan, i insist  Cheesy.

425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 22, 2019, 04:55:27 PM
ac milan was a top team , not long time ago .

It will take a long time for a very long time.
If I can remember correctly in the last 5 years they got around -500m € as lost.
So it will not be easy for them to recover this lost and then rebuild, it will take at least 5 more years to start to do something.

don't you remember that pochettino is the specialist of spending very less amount of money to make a transfer and transform the very ordinary mediocre club to a top class club that reaching the champions league final with 0 signing during his 5 years tenure at tottenham?

we will not forget that achievement , ac milan should make a bet on him with that managerial history.
give the man 2 or 3 years , even if he did not managed to become a serie A title major contender, at least maybe bring ac milan to champions league stage is a reasonable target.

426  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 22, 2019, 03:24:31 PM
Money laundering using libra is basically the same as you used conventional bank to launder your money both are centralized and could easily trace you back if the government demands, not to mention that they are implementing blockchain which could expose every transcation happening from the very first time the blockchain created until the last block.
Considering facebook has sold its data to other people in exchange of money before, Libra is a tricky one. Good part is you would be capable of using something trustworthy in the sense that we all know facebook won't scam anyone with Libra, it will be a decent stablecoin that we all use and will be quite easy to send and receive money from/to each other and that is the good part.

However bad part is, will everyone know what we spend out money on? Will facebook have a list of data that shows who spends what? Not even big stuff, like for example a list of women who spend money on makeup, that is quite common but do we really want that as a list in the hands of facebook? I feel like nobody will want something like that to be honest. So you gotta weight the pros and cons.
unfortunately those people who know and understand about the facebook data sales scandal are very few.

i mean for the common people they won't bother behind what was happened as long as the next product is fit for them. i personally will glad to welcome and use the libra currency if only they did not centralized the currency itself which they did centralized.
it is not tricky but pretty obvious that facebook with its libra is ready to make their first attempt to conquer the whole world financially.

we are too naive to realized that sooner or later anything in our hands will be a facebook product.
427  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. 🏆 on: November 22, 2019, 01:50:26 PM

All I want you guys to do is pick the correct score of both matches!  It might seem challenging but both matches could be low scoring and tight!

Whoever gets both games right will win a Watford & Sportsbet.io branded Football sent to them directly from my desk.   Cool Cool

If no-one gets both correct scores right, Ill accept one correct score from either fixture with the Flamengo game taking precedence..

well there is no harm to give this a try  Cheesy

My Picks:

WATFORD 1-1
FLAMENGO 2-1

I do really want to see watford to continue the good comeback to stay away from the relegation zone, i really do hehe this is just my prediction considering burnley many times held the home team who basically a mediocre / bottom teams like against wolves 1-1 against brighton 1-1 and against aston villa 2-2 .

good luck to everyone else!
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When the market goes down remember this... on: November 22, 2019, 12:40:29 PM
The last week has been a little bloody... And yet, after all we've been through, I have grown numb to this feeling. Stress, sleepless nights, etc... these are all a thing of the past. In fact, I just had a delicious breakfast with my girlfriend.

For those of you that are scared of the current situation, awaiting for a sell-off, its best to remember the long-term benefits that Bitcoin and crypto bring to the table.

I recently wrote an article outlining the most important ones. Instead of getting sweaty palms thinking of the next 24-hours, use your time wiser and educate yourself by reading my post: https://paybis.com/blog/benefits-of-cryptocurrency/

Hold onto your BTC, we are the future millionnaire generation.
This is usually a routine phenomena of Bitcoin Market. Everytime BTC goes down people get worried about their life savings invested in this currency while everytime it goes up people start to think that this is start of another bull run. I think as of now we should be confident enough with potential of bitcoin many times it has risen back from rock bottom to shine again. Last time we saw btc going to 3500 and then coming all the way up to 10k. I think most of the times we lose money when we try to sell when price is falling and buy it on later because it's pretty hard to predict the market with bare eyes like this unless you are a good trader.
that is true , keep in mind that bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency is a high risk investment.

if you can not afford to lose , you are not belong here. put the money that you can really forget in case something bad happened , a situation like this for instance , people have to get used to this crypto currency market where the volatile is always high.
don't blame anything but look at yourself , you are not ready when you are now crying over the bloody market crash .
be cool and think with a clear mind how you can take an advantage out of this.

last month people are so overconfident and now all of them suddenly talking about the next bottom , the dip , the crash etc. what an immature community haha
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 21, 2019, 04:40:04 PM
New poll up.  Please vote or vote 'other' and post which club itt if you don't think it's either United or Real.  Poch is like the hottest managerial prospect in Europe right now.

I vote Man United.  United can't wait to kick Solksjaer.

As said in another thread the perfect choice for Pochettino can be AC Milan.
Ac Milan needs a good coach to restart.
Pochettino needs a good amount of money for his next team, Italy is in his family story, the only question is...
Does he wants a top team or is ok with rebuilding a new one??
ac milan was a top team , not long time ago .

so to rebuild this team won't take really long time for a manager like pochettino who has successfully send tottenham to a champions league final, it is just the matter of fit or not as ac milan recently always appoint a non popular top class manager.
there is no better option now for ac milan to assign a new manager for a new revolution.

i vote for ac milan , juventus and inter milan need more pressure for the title race .
430  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price manipulation are becoming too obvious now. on: November 21, 2019, 11:23:57 AM
sure not to make the price too volatile, because that would scare merchants and it will hamper merchant adoption. So, how low are we going this

I'm sure that the whales don't care about merchant adoption since all there care about is Bitcoin having a price on which they can be traded it on. Merchant adoption for them is nothing as long as someone in the exchange or another buyer is willing to buy their Bitcoin or crypto on the price they are asking because in the end money is really what they want. If we will consider the price movement we are experiencing now it would still be considered as too volatile for merchants to accept but the good thing is merchants don't follow the price of Bitcoin itself but instead they BTC follows the USD value of the product which can justify why volatility isn't a relevant factor for merchant adoption since BTC quantity quickly adjust for the prices set by merchants and it's really up to them if they want to hodl and handle the risk or liquidate and avoid it.
of course they have no clue about what actually could be done with bitcoin , they don't believe in the vision.

but they do care about how making money through the free market with what they call as a low capitalization compared to commodities market , making them to think that a couple million dollars could easily change the trend and guess it works.
there is a group of people who own billions dollar detected moving their 100000 bitcoins in early september 2019 this is pretty obvious one of the reason why by the end of september the price surge to $10000 easily.

and i still believe a lot of people with those buying/selling powers are in the game of bear now.
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: November 21, 2019, 09:55:36 AM
You will not find anyone who doesn't like Ethereum and Bitcoin! Recently the Seesia project looking very good to me! They have such a strong plan for social network with the cashback service! and even they are following their roadmap on target. I ignored their bounty campaign thought another shit project, but right now it has 3 million 24hrs trading volume! Another project is SERO, the privacy coin with a faster technology!
In fact, there are a lot of worthy projects. I agree with many that Ethereum is actually the best long-term investment. I really like their coin.

No doubt mate. Ethereum is the second-best coin in the crypto industry. Its price was 1400 USD in the bull run, so, right now Ethereum's price is not perfect, at least it will go to 500 USD! So, Ethereum holders are very safe to hold for the long term. In 202, there will be a Ethereum 2.0 upgrade, which will boost the ETH's price.
I think Ethereum new update will only make the value of ETH temporarily increase because the demand for investing in this coin is currently very low and some people are not interested in this choice this year. In my opinion there are now hundreds of other better options than this coin and you should take the time to learn more before making an investment decision.
while people busy looking for other opportunity in those new coins, ethereum will always be my second choice after bitcoin.

don't let your bitcoin and ethereum go , keep it save in your wallet add more coins to your portofolio without cash them out.
i heard about primalbase token that few months ago i think surpass bitcoin price at $10000 i guess if i am not wrong , the price volatility are carzier than bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency , the price of this token now at around $700.

other project is CLR , color platform is a korean based project that i just followed up.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that governments might one day ban Cryptos? on: November 21, 2019, 08:53:55 AM
Considering that the governments such as China have already tried to ban Cryptos. Would more governments do the same because Cryptos threaten the banks or the governments may want more control over what people use as currency and to remove all alternatives? What do you guys think, I personally think it won’t happen, but you might think otherwise.

China is now on the road to adoption, they didn’t succeed on planning to ban cryptocurrency because they see the potential of this technology and because of this I believe many country will also support crypto. Yes it wont happen because many investors are now coming in, they did that because they believe in something. Cryptocurrency will survive another milestone, 10years of existence already a strong start for us.
haha this is pretty epic isn't it?

to retract their own statement because they realized what they did to ban crypto was completely wrong , such a smart ass clown lol. china always act and respond things in extreme way well that is the consequence to eat your own words.
there is a lot of country around the globe indeed trying to ban cryptocurrency , it did not work out well most of the times , instead bothering to do that useless attempt they making different approach by adopting/creating crypto-based projects , wonderful isn't it?

haha this world is mad , too much lies hypocrite government.
433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 21, 2019, 08:05:59 AM
Well here are the weekend Premier League fixtures with my scores.

Anybody else want to make their opinions known?  Grin

-snip-

both teams to score for all of the matches? except the two watford and arsenal match ? i tend to agree with that.

crystal palace vs liverpool if you looking at the past meetings between the two it seems there is almost always a lot of goals scored , instead 1-2 maybe 1-3 or 1-4 for me in this match , over 3.5 goals or just liverpool to win for 1.4.
and for everton vs norwich city i guess norwich city will try to get out of the bad form through this match after suffering 6 matches lost 1 draw in their last 7 games and scored only 2 goals , maybeee 1-1.

tottenham hotspurs , manchester united and leicester city away to win all of them in parlay seems sexy  Wink
434  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So traders, how much You lose? on: November 20, 2019, 11:47:57 AM
If someone making profits from trading means there is someother person who lost the profit, the amount you can lose depends on your affordability and capital you are using which could be completely different to other person.I am not doing trades so I never bothered to calculate the profit or losses with the current market price.
that is a misleading information , what kind logic is that? are you a gambling-based trader?

trading is a speculative business at the first place, failed to understand this principle indeed causing you thinking about that "when someone making profit , the others lose it" you just missing the fact that trading is not kind of zero-sum game.
if you are refering your statement to this zero-sum game then you are completely wrong.

even though everyone can not deny that 90% trader are suffering lost , doesn't mean trading itself is sucks , despite the high statistics , a successful trader make money much more than the  90% ordinary work. it always worth the risk.
435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Ethereum? on: November 20, 2019, 10:08:19 AM
I think almost all altcoin is experiencing a decline like eth. since the first quarter of 2018 the bitcoin market has declined and this has had an impact on the altcoin market. plus the many cases of ICO scams make eth values increasingly fall. because some ICOs use eth. if there are currently very few ICO projects, then eth demand is also greatly reduced. I think this is one of the reasons eth prices continue to decline. I hope that when Bictoin splits in the next year the eth value will increase.
I am sure that Ethereum too knows that they are being affected by this and they need to do something about it since the only real use case that they have right now is still their china, except maybe the futures they want to introduce in their next upgrade which I don’t see as a product that will really drive the market as much as ICO did.

Their chain service for ICO is still a very good product at any time, but there is lots of limitation on it and this limitation is what they really need to first of all take out of their way first if they really want to have more growth in the value of their coin, because if they dint do something about it, they might eventually be losing their dominance to bitcoin and may get to a point where bitcoin increase will not affect them again.
it is not only ethereum, i guess most of the altcoins is underperforming .

so instead questioning about "what is wrong with ethereum" let's start questioning about "what is wrong with altcoins?" i am a big fan of this ethereum coin since the beginning , since they make a good move partenring with microsoft azure.
there is a trend where a lot of newcomer investor prefer to store their value temporarily in a stable coins like USDT , USDC and PAX that climb up to top 50 coins quickly these days , the big four like ethereum litecoin xlm and dash slowly get abandoned by the investors.

this is the most makes sense reason why for me, the whole altcoins has been underperformed not only ethereum.
436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: November 20, 2019, 09:19:58 AM
In case anyone cares, the play-offs draw will be held next Friday. Here's a link from the official UEFA website listing the 16 teams that will fight for the last 4 places in the next Euro:

https://www.uefa.com/european-qualifiers/news/0254-0d40fc7db8ee-f6fe04623679-1000--play-offs-who-is-involved/

I wanna see Israel, Bosnia, Norway, and Kosovo in the Euro.

Unfortunately, I didn't win the bet.
That sucks, but I really liked that 8 team acca (:

- Another single which I lost but thought will win.
Latvia vs Austria. Did not watch the match but at the half time thought to put some money for Austria but they disappointed.
I checked the odds earlier this morning and Latvia to win was at 4/1 odds I think, I thought it was weird, I mean, they lost every single game before today and scored only two goals, but it looks like Austria was resting almost their entire starting XI so, the bookies kinda expected an upset on this one.
IMHO israel and bosnia both deserve to get qualified for euro 2020.

the other that i consider will be strong candidates is Republic of Ireland and Norway, the Republic of Ireland actually did not play that bad during the qualification they just have too much unlucky games where it is ended draw mostly.
that is a classic mathematic bookies calculation, some people will try to bet on latvia or maybe draw -this is a worthy big bet- as they thought there is no way austria to lost against them even with a lot of key players rested, well it just happened latvia beat austria 1-0 lol and i think the odds was higher than just 4/1.

what a surprise? no we are know nothing while bookmakers kow everything haha
437  Economy / Speculation / Re: Devastating signal: bear market, 6.4k support, 12.4 resistance on: November 20, 2019, 08:32:23 AM

people need to understand that the latest spike from $7000 to $10000 was mostly is not organic move.

THIS. People overestimate how BTC ran from 7k to 10k in a matter of a few hours, and only that. They didn't see how the market was unsatisfied with its sudden run, so they made it go back down, no matter how slowly it was. If the run back then didn't occur, I'd expect a similar price as of now which is around 8.5k tbh.
Yep. Bearish or +- stable until end of 2020. If big run happens won't be before end of 2020.
Bearish, please. I wanna enter more investment into the scene so I might as well wait for that possibility.
here we go again looking to get back to $7000 now hehe

it has been a week since the first signal that this gonna be a bear run, down for 5% and a little bit correction of 1% up and so on it seems pretty clear we are going nowhere but sit back at the $7000 or $6000 for long until the halving occured.
i am a little bit doubt to holding at $8000 in this situation , the pressure day bay day getting higher.
once again i wish i was wrong , targetting a bounceback to $10000 or crazy $20000 is a mission impossible , it could indedd happened but let's re-check the facts around , all of them did not support it unfortunately.

there is no harm to saving some cash for further drop possibility.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 20, 2019, 07:46:43 AM
Currently as it stands...

I see Manchester City winning that match but that would not dent Chelsea while they are part of the chasing pack. You are right Chelsea have played amazing football, I am surprised how easily Lampard has fitted in to the management role and how the players have bought in to the ethos. Well done to him for putting his faith in youth and taking risks even after the disastrous 0-4 loss at Manchester United on the opening day of the season.

I think Leicester will start slowing down and will not be part of the top three at the end of the season  but they will be 4th or 5th and it means Arsenal, Manchester United, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur will try to end up in that 4th or 5th place.

Chelsea will be third and Liverpool and Manchester City will battle it out for the top spot but that could all change by the end of the year.
did you know that lampard is one of the most intelligent footballer ? 10 years ago he scored over 150 in an IQ test with MENSA -a non-profit- high IQ society organization- putting him in the most intelligent 0.1 per cent of the population. so that is your answer  Wink lampard did a great job even at his first managerial career at derby county nearly deliver them to promote to EPL , guess what happened after lampard leaving derby county? they are struggling at 16th now.

i believe in leicester city team work spirit , their main strength that putting them on top 2 is the team work, they have done and prove it i guess when they managed to surprised everyone around the globe by winning the most prestigious league , they are on that track now .

that is very reasonable to put chelsea on third by the end of the season , i just expecting something unexpected like liverpool dropped to third and leicester & chelsea battle it out, what about that?
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I think all crypto is scam on: November 19, 2019, 07:23:59 PM
Though you are right, but some projects really trying hard to make a big step in the crypto world. I have seen some projects who keep updated their community with all the latest updates about their products and use case! Though most of the projects failed later, but we can't ignore their hard work. Many good projects already achieved what they deserved! Like ONE, MATIC, TOKO are new projects but if you follow their update channel then you know they are trying to make the vision possible!
and guess what is the irony? those projects with real use case and vision to change the world get abandoned.

the real project tend to offers less profit in the short term as they are focusing on the long term utility so it is not surprising that not much people get interested in the real project and prefer to choose a project that offering a non sense return, non sense promises.
you are the one who choose to get involved in the fake project , still blame the whole cryptocurrency space concept, what a tenacious dumb lol.

do a research thoroughly and invest with a mindset to not making money, you will find peace with this.

I have deposit small money, not sure to asking for upgrades my account. If there's has service assurance, they shouldn't let gambler for deposit without deal with KYC first.

Let it be discussion for the community.

Edited as additional : I have talked to Steve via private message, unfortunately steve unable to assist in this matter, you do as your part, thankyou.

Please note, I'm come with "Unrecomended" not talking about your website's scam. Aslo more words about "I worried about my data possible for sell or misused, who knows?" why you being sensitive ?

You got my mine, don't worries.
it doesn't matter small or big , i think sportsbet.io now well known asking KYC to its customer.

we have seen it pretty often these days people complaining about they are asked for KYC suddenly . maybe this is because of sportsbet.io become main watford sponsor and get the world attention include the gambling commissions.
very understandable that they have to follow certain sportsbook regulation as they have world attention already now, include KYC that seems done vigorously recently.

if you do not trust sportsbet.io to collect information through your documents , you can always leave , everyone can.
