1261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BRK] Breakout Chain | Coin Sale Complete | Multicurrencies | Gaming + eSports on: July 28, 2016, 06:55:25 PM
@Bitchipper - You read one post of mine, which was constructive and not complete BS FUD and you have the rights to doubt ANY claim I make? Even one as innocent as Ive played online poker for over 10 years?

Give it a break dude. This software isnt any better than Fulltilt or pokerstars was back when it was still legal to play outside jersey and nevada/etc/etc.

Im not FUDing. I am an ICO investor that lost on this ICO (but like techbytes, and any decent investor - I didnt bet the house and this is a small managable loss). That being said, I also made over 5k BRK from the freeroll tourneys over the last month so I am holding the free bag even if its dumps to 0...

Why dont you relax a little bit and process what is being said here, not just instantly vomit back at people.

Sigh, you are just mad because you are down on you're investment. No reason to FUD the software because you couldn't see it coming. Congrats on your big freeroll winnings though, that 10 years experience is really showing grinding those freerolls.  Roll Eyes

The poker platform was just purchased software (so, im told). So im not going to sing praises about how awesome it is... Ive played for over 10 years online, and this is the same generic software - But its familiar and that resonates well with me.

Just get it working and put some buy pressure on BRK so the markets stabilize and investors finally see an end game situation.

The same generic software huh? Doubt you have been playing online for ten years. It's not just generic, sure it could have been bought but it's different and somewhat better than other sites that have been around for a long time.

At the end of the day you have to remember that the Devs promised a gaming ecosystem built with the ICO funds. They did not state anywhere that you would get 10X investment returns 24 hours after the coin launched.

Honestly silence speaks volumes but if the real money poker/casino are actually still in the works and delivered when expected the coins will moon. Like I said before it is up to the devs, they can actually create something here that could be worth a fortune or they can run away with ~1000 BTC.

I plan on holding 5k of each coin until it moons or crash and burns.

This.

I figured the coins would tank after launch, remember that most of the people within crypto-currency are not gamblers or poker players. Look for this project to gain slow momentum and growth.

So what you guys mean is that we still have to invest more for this coin while the dev abandoned it already? If this is what you've been doing now, thats very generous of you.  Let me just say thanks to you on  behalf the the dev.

How do you know the developer has abandoned the project?

Hi, just an outsiders perspective here as i've seen this coin pump and dumped on bittrex.

Cryptocurrency is supposed to be decentralized, but your system is centralized with BRK coins.
So it puts the BRK app in the same "need for trust" category as placing your money in a bank.

You have MAJOR competition in Bovada as they accept bitcoin and they credit your account as soon as your transaction is broadcast on the chain.
Bovada has a proven trust track record and pays out in two weeks, they win the trust game...

*I dont work for bovada

edit:

http://breakoutenterprise.com/brand-ambassadors

Wow, nice endorsements though. Why the need for this app to have it's own shitcoin? Why not just create the app and accept bitcoin, xvg, fiat, etc?
Why do i have to buy chuck-e-cheese tokens?

Bovada runs off shore and everytime someone deposits fiat they shadow those deposits with some arbitrary claim that it's not "gambling". I have so many friends that can't deposit because their bank won't let them, then they get the run around with their bank and bovada support. Bovada really isn't that great of a poker site, they just filled the void after the DOJ seizure of the big poker networks.

You are right that they do accept bitcoin and the deposits are fast, and yes you are also right that their fiat withdraws are prompt. But they have zero endorsement, that's the enormous kicker here.

I understand the arguement of "why not just develop the app and use btc". It's a good point but I think with the platform having it's own coin it gives more incentive for big investors and more leeway for the developer.

I am confused, what does IOTA have to do with James and SuperNet?

I always thought those banner adds that have the captcha image on them were clever, although scandalous but still clever.

1268  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Can YOU easily make about $1 per day (~150,000 satoshis) in Micro Earnings? on: July 24, 2016, 08:17:59 PM
If you put in 10+ hours of faucet claims across all GOOD btc faucets and alt faucets like doge, dash,  ltc you could probably make it happen but you wouldn't be able to actually get all those coins into $1 us dollar.

If you included signature campaigns and playing freeroll btc tournaments you would have such a better chance at getting there.
1269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: July 24, 2016, 08:03:50 PM
Someone is playing dirty Smiley

Both ETC pools are under ddos. My rig will not connect anymore...

Anyone knows of a third one?

http://ethc.epool.io/

Edit: working now on: https://ethc.coin-miners.info/

Not surprising, I would anticipate more and more dirty play in this. Apposing sides just going to go back and forth, personally I am staying out of both until things clear up.

Is there a post somewhere that goes into detail of the dmd 3.0 roadmap?

Nice faucet, wish adsense would come back around to btc faucets.... a shame really.

1273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] deCLOUDs - The Precious Metals-Backed Crypto-Platform on BlockChain on: July 22, 2016, 06:59:14 PM
Very interesting idea and concept, but like the last post points out....we need more info Undecided

i would have to say that if you read most of the pages you should already have enough info to understand that they are not a viable excuse for a investment.
they advertise that they are backed with precious metals but the fact is, they have none!
if they are not backed with what they already advertise, then the only thing that is backing this coin is

the funds they make people pay for their coin in their ICO.

the only thing that will happen is the dev wants everyone to pay  for something without even investing in it himself!

this coin is not worth any investment

I would agree with you but your signature suggest you are bias....from what I can make of it there is some early FUD on the project. If more information comes out it could be legit.

1274  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwCpoker.eu | No Banking, Only Bitcoin | Bitcoin Poker 2.0 LIVE NOW! on: July 22, 2016, 01:43:08 AM
So this site got revitalized? Figured Betcoin kinda secured a monopoly on BTC poker. Maybe nitrogen could compete but no one plays the guarentees, just novice players jamming pre flop in the freerolls  Cry

It's really a shame, blockchain tech is the best thing the online poker industry could ever hope for yet rooms still lack big volume!!

On the other hand I think that the BTC sports betting industry is booming!

1276  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 22, 2016, 01:33:43 AM
Price seems to have lost a lot of steam. Sideways for months again maybe? Which wouldn't be bad thought if we can keep these levels without major dumping action.

At least from an investor point of view.
As a active trader this is horrible.

Agreed, boring sideways action since the halving. A lot of people felt the halving was a big let down albeit the huge gains from the start of 2016. Kinda shows how people anticipate movement in bitcoin ya know?

"well geez it's bitcoin its gotta go up 10x!"

Having said that I will admit I am a hypocrite and I expect price to go up substantially in the coming months. Wasn't that the way the last halving went? Small gains around the actual halving followed by huge spikes later on?

Thanks edward jones ill put that down in my diary  Roll Eyes....and given the history of ICOs in crypto 10 vs 6 makes a big difference.

Well, if you are only in for a quick speculation, then maybe 10 vs 6 makes a difference.  The real history of Crypto shows just the opposite is true. LT holders who select the winning and commited dev teams are rewarded with very large gains.

Anyway I have done enough arguing with trolls and malcontents in my years on this BB to know that those who complain most simply create themselves as the serial losers.

Ya ok man whatever, you started it with the snarky remarks yet then call me a troll? Your a 50 year old troll stfu

Wow ...  bitChipper by name... you will not do well with that attitude.

My information is good and well researched + I am unfailingly polite. I never call anyone anything.

Your an antagonist, from your first post were subtle insults. If it were me I would have said, dang man tough luck sorry you missed out. The baby boomer troll.....pathetic.

ICOs in crypto are notorious for crashing way below the initial asking price. That said how could I be optimistic about paying more per VRM? But whatever I am not going to argue this.
