301  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Lyka App on: January 16, 2021, 04:15:38 PM

Anong masasabi nyo dito?

Too good to be true talaga. There's no possible way of income para makapag giveaways sila ng pera without proper sources such as ads, AFAIK they don't even show advertisements on their websites eh. Pure and flat social media platform ang offer nito tapos may 'money' involved which is alarming kasi napakaraming pinoy ang mahilig kumagat sa mga ganitong easy money schemes. Here's my breakdown kung bakit dapat maging aware ang lahat sa pagdownload at pag gamit ng app na ito (some is also based on the reddit post):

  • My worst found clue why this is alarming, if you would read their Privacy Policy, makikita rito na may mga blanks especially when it says anything about their contact. Yes they have their contact indicated sa page, pero blanko at kulang kulang sa may Privacy Policy mismo![1]
  • Their contact number is a HongKong Phone Line, location is a legitimate Office Centre named Servcorp (which is possibly where they rent their office), but the most shocking is...
  • Their indicated location in their website is fake! attachments are below;
This is the indicated location in their website:

This is the location when you look it up on Google Maps

  • So basically, their location is not even on the street name they've indicated! We don't even know if the number is legit.
  • They only accept Filipino users??! We don't know for sure. but if it was so, this is a total redflag.

Honestly, yung Data Theft is common, even facebook and google manages to do the same hideous activities as the Lyka did. For many users na nagtatanong bakit ganon, it is mostly for an algorithm that is used for suggestions and advertisements, a better user experience kung ikaw yung nagdedevelop. Yep, it is alarming to that point and on, but ang ugali talaga ng Pinoy is basta may perang invovle sige lang nang sige.   Undecided

Apparently, Peraswipe and MediaBuzz both can earn from advertisements and paid contents. Lyka can also do the same, but from this point on na wala ads na pinapakita ang Lyka, it is impossible to generate a revenue to be rewarded sa users just by simply downloading and engaging on it.

304  Economy / Speculation / Re: The best Bitcoin price analyst on the bitcointalk on: January 14, 2021, 08:46:51 PM
~

No one really expects that the end of 2020 would be the best ending year for the crypto market. Even I myself doesn't really expects the way BitMaxz and  guigui371 did. But in fact, it is really just a prediction right? Analyst is a term for traders that analyzes the market mostly in a short period of time. Still, I just hope they've hodl well that time so they can cheer right now in which the price is hits at 40,000 USD again.  Grin

In the end, this just proves that the crypto market is indeed moves in various unexpected ways. You can be a millionaire/poor today with your holdings, but you can be millionaire/poor after you've wake up.  Wink

~

You've already reached being a Sr. Member yet you still don't know the risks of dealing and participating in signature campaigns of bounty programs here in the forum? You should be aware that not all projects that runs a bounty ends up being successful as some can be legitimate but cannot reach their minimum quota for investment. Also, it is part of most campaign rules that the projects can often change their rules upon their choice and if payment from bounty is the thing that drives you here, I guess you'll find yourself wasting time on promoting projects that doesn't have any assurance of any outcome.
306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fake bitcointalk site (bitminers.asia) on: January 14, 2021, 07:45:52 PM
~
If anyone knows what is the best way to take these scammers down please let me know.

Just report them to their domain registrars. But upon looking at the attached link, it is just a fake thread post that shills and endorses the bitminers, even have had a faulty displays of signatures and suspicious users that talks good about it. We don't know if the maker of that fake website is affiliated with the platform as it can also be a way to destroy them. I don't know bitminers but looking at their website, they seems to be good. Can't really tell their integrity just by looking on their website. But if this occasion is affiliated with them, it is a clear red flag to their platform.
307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling advertising monitored closely on: January 14, 2021, 07:15:21 PM
What do you guys think ??

It's really a stupid and ballsy move to use such stuffed animals for an advertisement, a marketing idiocy. Yet, in fact, most gambling platforms were really strict in reminding their users that they must be of legal age, yet many still engage on such platforms disregarding its own rules and regulations. In fact, it is not only the fault of the platform and their advertising team, it is also the fault of irresponsible users whom still seeks to engage despite being restricted in their age.

But honestly, targeting under 18 is really hideous. It is fine to have NSFW or disgusting advertisement as long as it is shown in platforms that has age restrictions, and of course with appropriate targeted audiences.
308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with 'Selling early' regrets? on: January 14, 2021, 06:44:52 PM
You sell something and later down the road, that goes multifold.

How do you deal with such things in positive way?

Keep in mind that profit is profit. Never regret something just because 'you can earn more' yet you've already earned fine. Such pessimistic traits often tend to drive us greedy in our trades which can soon be a constant loss. Dealing with it is indeed hard, yet it is a constant lesson and a character development. As for me, I've lost more than I've earned, yet I still keep moving and learning from such mistakes. I often take a day or two of break and reflecting with such regrets, especially if the possible income is more than 10x of what I've got. But still, it is part, and a lesson. So, being satisfied with a 3 or 5 dollar income in the next trades is fine.
309  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Need some help with creating a list of crypto forums to advertise my new pr on: January 14, 2021, 06:14:22 PM
Hey guys need some help with creating a list of crypto forums to advertise my new project there(not scam)
project is a cryptotracker similar to blockfolio

@northernradiance772  -tg

Just advertise here in the forum, yet you might be considering the price as ad banners are most likely be auctioned in here and signature campaigns is the most efficient yet complicated one. I only know this forum that really talks the variety of topics that regards to cryptocurrency and divided onto dozens of sub-possible topics in its umbrella. There is one that I wouldn't even dare mention as its community was just spam posting.. Again, this forum is your best option. Advertising in here would make a huge impact on your traffic as the numbers of users in here are gradually increasing whilst maintaining those that were active.
310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia on: January 14, 2021, 05:43:51 PM
I know that many are against the willingness and confidence of Garcia towards Davis, yet I think he can use it as a main motivation to work harder than he did before. Yes, Davis is indeed good and waaaay better than any fighters that fought Garcia, but keep in mind that Garcia's years of waiting for this moment is a huge motivation to defeat Davis. Furthermore, he seems to be in a good shape to face Davis soon and would be good to see where his ego would lead him.
311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Latest Metamask phishing site on: January 14, 2021, 05:13:21 PM
I know that we have seen hundreds if not thousands of fake Metamask, but here is the lastest, just 3 days old.

Good catch dude. It's just funny that they are still working hard to run such phishing websites and taking the advantage of the fact that there are tons of newbies coming onto the crypto world and first time using Metamask. Even the Metamask themselves are reminding their users to not share their private keys in any platform nor store it electronically. And even the metamask themselves doesn't really have a login website, it can only be accessed by either an app or through installing it as an extension. Hopefully, no one would be a victim of this hideous acts, in which might be keeps popping more and more duplicates soon.

Hardware wallets: sa hardware device lang naka-save ung private keys ng wallet mo. meaning, kahit may malware/virus pa computer mo, pag sinaksak mo hardware wallet mo sa computer mo e hindi at risk funds mo, dahil nga nasa hardware device lang ung private keys.
~

313  Economy / Gambling / Re: Complete Auto-pilot in Dicebot, Join me and we'll win together on: January 14, 2021, 02:18:00 PM
Wait wait wait, am I the only one that already noticed that the OP lost more than he earn?? The picture clearly says it all, he wagered for around 1ETH+ and he states that he only deposited 0.04ETH. Doing a simple math, it is clear that he lost .9-something ETH. It is simple, the number of loses is 1,903,776 while the wins are 968,584 WHICH IS a million far from his loses. The story might also be simple, the OP seemed to lose with his 'bot' and trying to lure people with the idea that he only  started with .04 while clearly and obviously, he wasn't.

The picture says it all guys, either the OP insist others to join him or not, it is clear that he's just losing with this kind of idiocy. Can't wait for another month full of regrets lol.

I didn't know how to check that before, thank you!

You should never buy miners without further researching on the platform where you'll buy it. Always remember that in crypto world. one must not be pleased with the idea of earning money with mining, or a passive income -- all with cryptocurrency. Do note that bitmain is one of the most trusted online sellers of mining rigs as they've proved their integrity already for years they operate. Sorry for you loss, but honestly, don't buy mining rigs. GPUs are wayyy profitable and cheaper and you can buy them in any computer stores. Just my two centz
315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lost 17500$ during recent downswing, Now completely broke. on: January 13, 2021, 08:35:43 PM
Though I lost so many times earlier but this one is bit tough. I was bearish on bitcoin when it was around 30000$ but it went up and up and touches 40000$. I lost around 1000$ and I was ok but I do not know what happens to me suddenly in the heat of the moment I decided to go all in with 100x leverage, with no technical analysis nothing, as I was sure about bitcoin reaching 50000$.
And that is it all my bankroll which I build from 350$ vanished my hard work of 6 month gone.
Now I am broke. But I know I will build my bank roll again over the course of few months but oh man this is tough.
I hate this feeling. Guys no matter what don't be impulsive in trading.

Every traders and starters went through that, and I know that feeling myself. But in fact, such loses is really a win -- a win in such way that you've learned your lesson and you've somehow invested in having that kind of frustration in losing in trading. But keep in mind, a profit is a profit. either you earn 10% or less, you must be happy. But one thing you must ensure on your self before engaging again in trading, do your capital/margin are those that you aren't afraid to lose? If it was so, the frustration would be less as you know yourself that the money you'll trade are just a small portion of your money and just your spare money.

You can still keep on trading, but never trade because you want to earn. Trade because you want to win and learn!
316  Economy / Gambling / Re: BETRAFT | Bet on any sport using Bitcoin! | Instant deposit-withdrawal | Anonym! on: January 13, 2021, 08:05:13 PM
Upon looking at your platform, here's a list of what I would love to suggest:

  • Have a much intuitive UI/UX. Having so simple front-end doesn't really make it worth visited, noting also that you are new onto the business.
  • Have a Curacao license, it is a much trusted license in online gambling platforms. With that, we don't need to know your company per se, the license itself would be enough identity that you can somehow be trusted.
  • Stop evading questions about your integrity and legitimacy. An anonymous betting platform like this really is hard to be trusted. Better build user trust through this forum, have proofs with the successful payouts and wages.

Your platform really have a good idea, yet question lies on your integrity and you must build it first before engaging on upgrades that would be unnecessary when the time comes that no one trusts your platform.
317  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Web-app to exchange cryptocurrencies through social networks on: January 13, 2021, 07:33:18 PM
~

One thing you must remember is that Social Media and Exchange Platform do have different purpose and ways to show certain data that would befit on a good UI/UX. Exchanges that comes with the idea of going in 'social network' like structure is often just a P2P platform, whereas it is common in various trading platforms as one of their feature. YET, you can have these unique ideas that were somehow complicated;
  • A twitter-like platform that doesn't use retweets/reacts but rather 'Accept (like accepting an offer)' and reply for a social interaction with regards to an offer.
  • A twitter-like that doesn't really post tweets, but rather a post like "Swap 116680 for 1BTC (Current price: 116672.75XRP/BTC)"
  • Categorize posts by offers of trading pairs
  • KYC required of course -- as an assurance and validity of the user.

That's all I can suggest. Hope you could get an idea from those that I've mentioned. Goodluck!

319  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buying crypto with Zelle on: January 12, 2021, 08:02:11 PM
Is sending money from your bank account using Zelle to buy crypto on a P2P site considered safe? How anonymous can it be?

Take note and remember of what Zelle's rules and regulation is with regards to online transactions. You might end up being called and questioned with your online activities once they detected some payments that might be suspicious to them. And also, apparently, using your credit/debit cards from your bank accounts already is giving your own information, no matter how they say they don't get your data. So it is really on your  choice and behalf if you would entrust your identity and bank info on that platform.
320  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Miners.EU Scam / Strange way of busniess on: January 12, 2021, 07:31:40 PM
And at that point i could of ordered from another supplier but everywhere the prices now are over 10k$ which puts me in a dumb postion

You shouldn't really accuse some business that they are scam if they've managed to return your money. Some businesses never discloses reasons especially if they had a fault with their operations or in their business per se. Scam is a huge word and a hard accusation. Not defending them nor have any connections with them, but why choose them instead of those reliable miner sellers such as bitmain?

Certain reasons why this occurs:
  • they've never reached the quota of pre-orders
  • they had an internal problem in their main business
  • maybe their suppliers failed to comply to their agreement

And with that said, I guess this better fits on the Reputation board, as this doesn't really isn't a scam at all.
