I remember the person who invested in a faucet, and he is expecting a return of investment. Sadly the money was lost instantly. Parehas lang din dito actually, we are investing our time as well as our phone battery in return of unsure online payouts. Come on people, let us change our mindset about these kind of cloudmining or investment schemes. We are just risking ourselves in return of nothing.
1182  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to regain access to your accounts if you your Google Auth Device on: July 22, 2018, 07:23:08 AM
You can also just use a 2FA app that doesn't suck and let you backup your codes.

E.g: andOTP for Android.
How can I possibly transfer all of my 2fa's in Google Aunthenticator to andOTP for Android? Google Authenticator really sucks when it comes to backing up. If you accidentally deleted it you cannot recover it anymore, it can be really frustrating.
1183  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: TIP para sa mga LEGIT BOUNTY/AIRDROP on: July 21, 2018, 12:39:32 PM
Ah once may KYC yung bounty/airdrop need pala yun? Ang feeling ko is yung parang mag iinvest ka in the coin. Well, I think a lot of people could use KYC but still be a scam, is that a possibility too? Feeling ko pde din gawin ng scammers yun.
Actually, I have received worth $200 worth of airdrop, surprisingly that airdrop conducts KYC to their Airdrop participants to be able to determine the legibility and restricting multiple account as well as to filter those people whose country is not legal to enter cryptospace.

Of course, it is very possible that scam airdrop can conduct KYC. Parang ginagawa lang nilang pandesign siguro sa mga participants nila to make it look like a legit one. Beware also that the documents you are sending can be prone to illegal activities such as Identity theft.
1184  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Wallets (Tagalog) on: July 21, 2018, 12:27:19 PM
May mga nabibibili din po bang trezor wallet dito sa pilipinas.? Na mababyaran through coins.ph? Or depende lang po yun sa negotiation?  Tiyaka kahit secondhand na trezor wallet okay lang po bang gamitin?  Tanung lang po (: thanks din sa info marami pagpipilian.
Hypothetically, you can secure a trezor wallet by resetting and creating another seed phrase to be safe. Sa mga facebook group ata may nagbebenta ng hardware wallet but I did not try it nor recommending it. Sometimes it depends upon the person who is selling it or kung ano yung napagusapan ninyo.

About the OP, I am really surprised to myself that I have so many things to learn about the varieties of cryptocurrency wallet. I thought that I was stucked in using coins.ph, mycelium, blockchain.info and Exodus. But sadly, I cant give merits because I have nothing left in my purse, this deserves a merit. Thank you
1185  Other / Meta / Re: Most "generous" merit giver,I found till now on: July 21, 2018, 06:31:45 AM
How old are you? lol don't you know how to use ruler in paint to underline properly?
LOL Grin
QuestioningAuthority is a merit source and if you are a quality poster you could ask him to find your good posts and merit them.
I don't think that is a good idea, asking for merit is considered as merit begging right? Especially when asking thru pm's and posting inside the forum. You're very sarcastic men!
1186  Other / Meta / Re: is it ohk to award merit like this... on: July 21, 2018, 06:25:27 AM
There is nothing wrong with that. Actually he's helping other members to rank up at the same time he also teaches low rank member to do some research before posting. It is way more better method in decreasing the number of shitposting in our forum.

He's just teaching other low-rank members on how to fish rather than giving them a fish.
1187  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: TIP para sa mga LEGIT BOUNTY/AIRDROP on: July 21, 2018, 02:59:41 AM
Hello,
I always see you in Bitcoin2 bounty thread, I thought you are from other countries who fully supports Bitcoin2. Anyways, I am happy to see that there some concern Filipinos who gives reminders about cryptocurrencies. Anyways, can you create a thread about mining, on how to start please inlcude the different requirement that needs to be done before entering mining. Bounty makes me anxious about the time I invested in.
1188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: July 19, 2018, 10:08:46 AM
I can't believe in myself that I am posting in megthreads lol. I just want to vent out this emotion tho, because I feel like quitting because of the current situation of the market. It is very unpredictable and I might say that there is greater chance of losing than winning. Secondly, lots of ICO had gone into stealing other people's money. Third, there is too much spam in this world. Lastly, 80% of bounties are scam.
1189  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [BEWARE] Avoid putting this on your Profile Information on: July 19, 2018, 08:55:44 AM
Kaya ingat ingat tayo guys.
Also be cautious when quoting the whole post, it will make the thread looks dirty and messy.

A reply without a quote of the OP means you are replying on the post created by OP. If you want to reply to a specific line just quote and erase the other words never catches your attention.

We can't manage to reach top 10 cryptocurrency voting in Kucoin. Well, I think we can just move on about it and hope that the admins are working hard for tje betterment of this hardfork. Hoping that it would reach at least 1/4 of Bitcoin Cash price.
1191  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Filipino Guide] Ang Bitcointalk Merit System on: July 18, 2018, 01:08:48 PM
Statistics are when you post that much and didn’t receive any merits, then probably you need some information on how to post with quality. Yung maiintindihan ng lahat tapos makakarelate. As long as it’s no repeating post then I think it’s okay. Hopefully, everyone won’t be like that, 1000 posts and still jr member. Sad
This is an upsetting event. If I were him/her I would rather risk my time investing for my knowledge. It is shameful if you are stuck with the low ranks status earning a cent and still having no knowledge, yet expert in shiposting LOL Grin
1192  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Buy and Sell , Payment through coins.ph (btc,eth,php) on: July 17, 2018, 01:58:37 PM
The only problem I see is the trust system. You cannot sell your goods if you do not make at least one transaction so that people can see that you are doing your business for good and not trying to steal other people's money. If you are going to use social media as a medium for your business here are the few things to consider at alam ko na naman na iyon since pinapasok mo itong business na ganito.
1. Actual photos of your products of course
2. Background is a must, you must be transparent why you are conducting this online business. In your case state that you are making a new payments system which is coins.ph. Who knows baka lumaki iyan since bago lang ang crypto payment for other filipinos.
3. Make sure that you're products are at reasonable price, di pwedeng mas mahal pa yung price mo sa original price ng product. Bagsak agad negosyo natin diyan.
4. Transact locally, kung saan malapit yung mga taong pagpapadalhan mo ng product. i thinks this is a trial only for firstcommers to avoid being scammed.

Implement your own Rnr (Rules and Regulation)

Don't forget to indicate your bct username para malaman na ikaw nga ang may-ari. That will help in some cases, you can build trust easily. Transaparency is the most important. Smiley

Regarding in Escrow
I don't know much about that, but here is a thread that lists all the reputable personnel that do escrow services

I hope that I help in some ways. Cheesy
1193  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Little advice for the newbies or how to make btalk a better place on: July 17, 2018, 12:56:59 PM
Good read. But you also need to prove and actually do it starting by yourself. How can we make this forum healthy if we post a nonsense one-liner reply, it is also considered as shitpost. For example, we don't need to type "I agree" just to express in public that you say yes to one's opinion. I think you forgot that in order to have a healthy discussion, we must post in honesty and we make sure that we are relating to the topic.
1194  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Available courses on Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology from colleges and Univers on: July 17, 2018, 12:19:20 PM
Simple predicate, you cannot indicate, how can you graduate?
Sorry, it just bumps into my head.

I can't believe theyoungmillionaire has a humorous side but still witty LOL. Grin Good alliteration  Cheesy

Finally, I found a  great reference for online courses regarding cryptocurrencies. I am not satisfied with my knowledge about crypto lol.
1195  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [BEWARE] Avoid putting this on your Profile Information on: July 16, 2018, 09:25:00 AM
+1
I see the sincerity of your post. Correct me If I am wrong, You post this because you noticed that this member is from our country and there is a possibility that this member will deteriorate the reputation of quality posters in the Philippines. Sorry for the term, but because of this act people from other countries judged Filipinos as a 3rd World Country Shitposters. We do not want being tagged again as "Philippines Pearl of Merit Beggers"
1196  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can I do more than one signature campaign in my account? on: July 15, 2018, 08:43:38 AM
Just rearised that I have attained the height of a Jr member and very excited about this development that I can do more as a member of this forum.
How are you going to rank up if you are not practicing yourself in making quality posts? Look at your post history, it has a ton of Social Media Reports. If I were you, I am now changing my posting habits. I understand that you are also in need, but do not treat this forum like a milking cow.
With that being said, I want to know if I can do more than one signature campaign in my account as a junior member.
No! it is not and will never be allowed. Wink
1197  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [Filipino Guide] Ang Bitcointalk Merit System on: July 15, 2018, 08:19:33 AM
HAHA Cheesy It is very possible. And I know lots of bitcointalk users will reach that high amount of posting activities without receiving enough merit to rank up. It's just sad they are contented with their current low-rank account because they do not push themselves to create a quality post that contains a lot of knowledge. They'd  rather waste their time posting nonsense, rubbish, gibberish comment instead of creating a useful one. Angry
1198  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some parents can't say no to their children. on: July 14, 2018, 09:31:27 AM
You made a right decision mate. You do not let your child ruin his future with his own doings. When a child adopts the use of the cellphone or any other social media at the very young age, it is impossible for you to change this kind of routine when he is doing it excessively because it releases a chemical called dopamine that gives a feeling of "feels good" which is very addictive if it is not given a treatment at the very start.
1199  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: views and opinion about this forum on: July 14, 2018, 08:36:31 AM
Wow! Cheesy I am so happy to see that some of the members are now discerning the importance of merit system even though it takes time to realize it. Learn as much as you can while making money, but remember that this is not a 'get rich quick scheme' it takes guts and time in order to do and achieve that.

What a very nice day we have. I also spread this good news to my friends and now they are very excited. But how can anyone know that there is a Kucoin Voting Listing happening? I think the use of forum is not enough to inform people about listing? Anyways, here's my vote.

How about making a telegram group? Or is it too late?
