My HEX16A2 finally arrived today (although it was an order that was supposed to be shipped 3rd. wekk of November...) - really dissapointing.

Also it does not have the molex power supply as described just a tiny screw terminals without any markings whatsover. This means I dont know which line is the +12V and which one the ground port.

Does anyone of you guys have an Idea?

I ordered in 4th of December 2x3 boards. Between two orders is 1-2 hour. First: SNOUOBCFN is with DPD economy shipment, the other is: VUMCRQDKX . Please merge this two order to one with DPD shipment.Thank you
I have a question: I ordered it 04-12-2013 and my question is when will be ship?
There is any solution to refund? In case yes, Get I my money back in BTC or USD?

Hey,
1. If you do have multimeter around you can check it out. There must be a shortcut between heatsink and minus.
2. Do not count on it unless confirmed but plus is the closest one to the boarder of the board

Hey,

I always measure it with connectivity tester before add power  

Please be careful when tighten or loosen since there is 1 capacitor closed with terminal

you need to google for speedy bulgaria, the tracking no of technobit is from speedy wich  is the dpd partner in bulgaria. speedy will show you the dpd tra king no wich gives a more detailed tracking at the dpd trackingpage.

I had the same issue but someone here at bitcointalk posted the above mentioned way and it worked perfectly.

marto, you should mention this at your order details for more customer satisfaction.

Are you live on EU or outside EU?

Non EU should  not choose DPD shipping.
