Confused why this was asked on a Bitcoin forum.   Sounds like you might bat for the other team.  Just love yourself for who you are.

For your next LINK video you can talk about their new service for Ethereum "Verifiable Random Function (VRF)".
This is the DEFI lottery that is currently using it to make random outcomes in games more decentralized  - https://app-v3.pooltogether.com
2503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Chiliz (CHZ) - A digital currency for sports powering Socios.com on: October 25, 2020, 04:57:13 AM
Socios.com has now launched a Visa Debit Card.
The idea behind it is to earn $CHZ cashback from purchases for fans to support their favorite football teams.
For now it is available in Europe and deposits can be made in EUR or GBP wallets on Socios.com.
2504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave Browser: Now users can earn Basic Attention Token (BAT) for viewing ads on: October 25, 2020, 04:50:10 AM
Brave has made a partnership with bitcoin.com so now Brave users can purchase the crypto through the Browser.

It makes me wonder why users cannot purchase Bitcoin and maybe there will be other coins offered with BCH.

Positive news for Kraken users in Japan-  Kraken has relaunched its Crypto trading as part of Asian Pacific expansion.

Kraken was pulled from the country 2 years ago so anyone living in Japan now has another option when trading their Crypto.

The current offerings are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, and Bitcoin Cash (JPY-denominated pairings.)

2507  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does money you have in the form of bitcoin need to be declared for debt IVA? on: October 22, 2020, 11:59:21 AM
Hi all,
I have some money in the form of bitcoin and I'm working with an IVA advisor currently to sort out a repayment plan to pay off my debts. I cant seem to find an answer on their website about whether I need to declare income from bitcoin? I don't want to have to pay more monthly, than I can afford, so can I just declare my salary? Has anyone else had experience of this? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you

If this is a creditor company you are asking about then you should let them know of you Bitcoin in your possession.

The last thing you are going to want if for the Government to find out and then you could owe fines for not being honest.

Hope things work out for you in this manner.

2508  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New phishing campaign uses Coinbase email on: October 22, 2020, 11:52:31 AM
Yes I am all so familiar with these phishing emails from Coinbase.

I dont even use the exchange but somehow I keep getting floods of emails with suspicious links in them.

If you want to be extra cautious just never open a email from Coinbase unless it is addressed to you personally.

2509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin debit card to choose? (least shady) on: October 22, 2020, 11:42:05 AM
The only Crypto card I currently have is Ternio Blockcard although to be honest I do not use it very much.

Main reason I chose this card is the 6.38% in Crypto Rewards that is offered.

Still I dont like to spend my coins unless I am making a purchase with a vendor that prefers Bitcoin instead of fiat.

2510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 22, 2020, 11:36:10 AM
I voted for NO and see Im not the only person (16 votes 50%.)

Im just curious why I never received this introduction email from Paypal as a person who has been using its services for many years now.

Wont be using Venmo as a Crypto wallet either when it becomes available.
2511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ZEC] ZCASH - All coins are created equal. Discussion Thread (Unofficial) on: October 22, 2020, 11:29:03 AM
The first ever ZCASH halving is less then 1 month away (November 18.)

This halving will also include upgrade Canopy-  to make their network more secure and to create the development fund for the project.

ZCASH is currently up more than 8% in the last 24 hours and if its halving is anything like the BITCOIN halving I think we will be rewarded nicely.

2512  Other / Archival / Re: Why you should not use Paypal for Bitcoin on: October 22, 2020, 11:23:42 AM
The Paypal announcement is good news for the all Crypto enthusiasts and we watch our wallets gain in value.

For me I am not using any wallet where I can not control my personal keys.

I have this feeling many original HODLers have this same mentality and anyone using Paypal to buy crypto will be a newb in the space.

But this is still very good news for adoption.
2513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: October 22, 2020, 11:15:40 AM
Now we have Paypal entering the crypto space and honestly I am not sure why Paypal will not introduce XRP to its 286m worldwide customers.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghous said in a article 'no keys, no withdraws' to show his disbelief.

Just in 2nd Quarter Paypal had $220 billion worth of payments being processed.

I will not be surprised if we see introduction of XRP by time of launch next year.
2514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: October 21, 2020, 01:41:33 PM
From my perspective at this moment, we can invest in chainlink. Until now it has shown its potential and made trustworthiness among its investors. Recently there is a collaboration that happened between solve.care and chainlink to deliver real-world data for blockchain healthcare services. Such good partnerships will truly emerge chainlink.

Or if you choose not to invest in it since LINK is now a 'Borrowable Asset' on Binance Loans.

I could never imagine ever taking out a loan on crypto but with the LINKS past performance history it might be worth giving it a try.

Im going to take a deeper look into this and the different interest rates and acceptable collateral.
2515  Other / Off-topic / Re: world and life is big joke on: October 21, 2020, 12:53:43 PM
everyhting is big joke.
so many things are not how we think so my advice is dont take nothing seriously.
i dont mean everything literally...but most of the things are joke.

specially this TRUMP BIDEN debats....i was listening this and its BS its like comedy show!
and many other things what are complete joke so my advice dont take most of the things seriously  Grin Grin

You need to ease up a bit but I ask you dont take offenses to my comment.

Try to enjoy the little and simple things in life and not focus so much on political drama.

You are not the only person to feel this way that they are a complete joke.

Lucky for us you dont need to worry unless you live in America where they will be affected the most.
2516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: October 21, 2020, 12:42:54 PM
More good news for us HODLERS with the new Ripple and Quant Overledger Gateway Partnership.

Quant network’s Overledger gateway will be added as a XRP validators meaning Ripple users twill be able to earn QNT tokens.

To earn QNT all you need to do us process transactions using Ripple.

More information on the company here-  https://www.quant.network
2517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Darkside Hackers donating Bitcoins on: October 21, 2020, 12:36:07 PM
I have mixed reviews for this situation.  On 1 hand the hackers are giving money to good causes in The Water Project and Children.  But they are giving away stolen funds so its a red flag.

Good for Children International to do the right thing and want to return the stolen coins but who gets them?

KYC for donations is rubbish-  this should not be required.
2518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: October 21, 2020, 12:31:41 PM
I once bought some ADA in 2018, before the total dump of all crypto currencies, tokens have never approached their ATH since. I think I still have some tokens on my old wallet, I do not touch them, because it makes no sense to sell them now. I was not following project since dump, not sure what the current situation is.

You are very lucky to have bought these tokens back in 2018 and I agree that now is not the time to sell.

Cardano and Litecoin are working on a Crypto collaboration (‘Velvet Fork’ Partnership ) so maybe we see price increase in both coins.

This collaboration will test cross chain communication between the 2 crypto currencies.
2519  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you stay positive in the midst of this pandemic? on: October 21, 2020, 12:24:59 PM
I'm just trying to live life as usual.Trying to do what you really want to do and trying new things.Sometimes the shadow of a pandemic disturbs my calm. It's very hard to live with, but we have to try to do our best.

I think this is the best we can do right now, holding on to our normally life as much as possible. Everybody has to make sacrifices right now. But we need to keep visualising that there is light at the end of the tunnel. There will be a life after the pandemic. We must remain positive as much as possible to make through these times. Especially now with the second corona wave hitting us.

To remain positive is the best thing to do cause I think most of us thought it would be over now (Corona Virus.)

We might be forced to stay socially distant and to wear masks going beyond 2021 to be prepared for anything (good or bad.)

2nd wave has hit but Im preparing for a third and fourth wave too
