2261  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to avoid depression? on: January 06, 2021, 12:52:32 PM
Most importantly thing to do if you are feeling depressed at least for me is to make myself stay active.
This is going to be harder cause of Covid but as long as you have access to internet there are plenty of ways to keep yourself busy.
Exercising outside and talking with your friends is a good way to avoid depression.
2262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: January 06, 2021, 12:33:45 PM
To be honest this thread serves as a inspiration to me because I like to enjoy alcohol more then I probably should be.   But this Coronavirus has caused me to drink more then normally do.

When I am finished with my work today and go to my liquor market this evening I will think about how much I can be saving and if I buy Bitcoin instead.  My bank account will appreciate me and so will m y liver.
2263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: January 06, 2021, 12:23:23 PM

It takes a while to drinking after the vaccine!I will be greedy!

This is the 1st time I know someone who has gotten the newest Covid vaccine.   I think we all want to hear more about it.

Let us know how you makes you feel in upcoming days because there are many like you who want to take it but we are not sure it is necessarily needed.
2265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: January 05, 2021, 10:11:50 AM
Yes well, cardano will overtake ethereum in a few months. Replace it even.

Cardano has a mertketcap of $7.2b compared to the Ethereum marketcap of $119b so 17 times more.  I am not so sure i agree with you statement.

It is interesting to note that there could be 1 million ADA wallets in 2021 since Dec. 16 to Jan. 4 averaged 64 wallets created each hour.

2266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit $50k? on: January 05, 2021, 09:57:03 AM
It will hit between 40k-100k, if it will get above 100k I'll be very impressed

Yeah I think this is a good accurate price prediction.  The only question is figuring out when we will see a price of 50k which is not a easy task to determine.

Getting above 100k would be impressive you are right but i think thats a realistic number that could happen sometimes before end of 2021.
2267  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you want from 2021 ? on: January 05, 2021, 09:48:08 AM

I know we are all hoping for a better year, even if you did well in 2020 it can (and will) get better.

What are you hoping for, wishing for, or are going to MAKE happen for you in 2021 ?

Well other then the obvious thing of Bitcoin being worth 100,000 each coin I am hoping for my close ones to remain healthy through these unknowing times.
Every day is something different and new so for the time being all thats is important is to remain my sanity and see what happiness with Corona virus.
2268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Tesla Fight! on: January 05, 2021, 09:38:09 AM
As of now 1 BTC = 43 Tesla Shares and vice versa.

Would you exchange your 1 Btc for 43 Tesla's? I mean Tesla Shares not Tesla cars  Cheesy

There is no way in this world I would exchange half of 1 Bitcoin for 21.5 shares of Tesla or even any stocks for that matter.  Stocks were never my thing and for now to sell in this Bull market to invest in a stock is not a smart idea in my opinion. We have seen some big gains recent and people think a correction will happen soon.  But to sell now for something like tesla stock is out of my question.
2269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation on: January 05, 2021, 09:29:51 AM
XRP investors are asking that the Courts dont consider Ripple a security.  Petitions are being signed that their XRP not be held by the SEC.

2270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have my 600$ stimulus check, good time to buy btc? I plan to hold for the short on: January 05, 2021, 09:22:26 AM
So quick back story I'm poor/disabled and trying to make a few extra dollars since I'm out of work. I made a $h|tload back in 2017 but that wasnt so much skill but beginners luck and the bull market but I made a lot of day trades and more then just letting the money sit. Recently I found my trezor that I presumed lost and I bought BTC when it was at 18k recently in Dec and watched it grow, I took some profit: $577@ 29k because I thought it was a bubble but now I want to reinvest that $577+$600 stimulus check and keep it in the market for at least a month if this bull trend continues. I feel though like this might be the top right now.

I wish I could make a poll to see what the majority of people on this site are doing. Should I buy right now? What would you do if you were me, the $1100 is money I can afford to lose but willing to gamble it.

If people are buying bitcoin and planning to sell it in a month until the bull trend continues then you might be in a for a unpleasant reality.
If someone is 'poor" and expecting to earn profits in 1 month cause of the Bull run then it might not end up good for you.  Save your money and dont rely on bitcoin market for fast profits.
2271  Other / Off-topic / Re: Curved pc monitor on: January 05, 2021, 09:14:31 AM
they told me very well about the curved screen monitors/tv they say that have a wider view and do not tire the eyes, i'm tempted to buy one, what do you think? best model? and how many inches to use for the computer?

I have saw many of these new curved pc monitors and even myself was going to consider to buy one.
But when I saw that the price was greater than 2 times the price of a old hd monitor my mind was quickly changed.   They are nice to have but more expensive then it is worth it for me.
2272  Economy / Speculation / Re: I doubt Bitcoin will dip below 20k again on: January 04, 2021, 08:38:41 AM
Too many institutions and big money behind it now!!!   Whats everyones opinion explain?BTC

Im in agreeing with you that we wont see Bitcoin ever drop to below 20k again.  And i cant say I have always thought about the price like this.
Current price is around $33k there would need to be trillions pulled out of the total marketcap.  I cant see it happening really but we never know for sure.
2273  Other / Off-topic / Re: C Ronaldo is unbelievable on: January 04, 2021, 07:28:07 AM
Ronaldo is a excellent player and has always been.  But he is more then this as he is very big on giving back to the community.

I remember a few years ago reading that he donated 100k to save a 10 month old who needed medical attention.  CR7 is a special person.
2274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ZEC] ZCASH - All coins are created equal. Discussion Thread (Unofficial) on: January 04, 2021, 07:17:39 AM
Even after being delisted from many exchanges, Gemini exchange ceo and billionaire Tyler Winklevoss still thinks ZCASH is most underrated crypto.

2275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin a deep pullback @40K? on: January 04, 2021, 07:06:35 AM
There is a saying that whatever goes up most come down. Some traders predicted a pullback @30K but got smashed. Can we see a pullback @40k?
Let have you thought on this...

I am not a person to call a 'trader' but I will admit I thought we would see a "correction" when the price of 1 Bitcoin was $30,000 but it seems I was wrong.  And it is Good to be wrong in this case.

So now it brings us to next big number of $40,000.  Since we passed right through $30,000 I have little reason not to think the same thing is going to happen.

Then when we get to $50k Bitcoin I think a major correction will come into play.

2277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FOMO has started for Bitcoin on: January 02, 2021, 10:43:52 AM
We might come across so many users posting unrealistic predictions about Bitcoin. We have already witnessed this during December 2017, so please be more cautious than ever before you invest into bitcoin by doing your own research and if you are ready for a long term investment then you may think of investing so that even during worst case situation you will get back your returns just like those invested during last peak and hodled it got it now. If you are looking for short term gain then give it a second thought.

Well I think what really matters here is what you would consider of being a 'unrealistic predictions about Bitcoin'.  I think 100k each coin is not going to happen but a price of 40k for coin is possible I believe.

Is this is considered being guilty of FOMO then well it is not something I am doing on purpose.  Its just a really strong belief and possible reality for the price.  There are many factors that lead me to this conclusion.

For anyone thats saying how Bitcoin will be impossible for the price to double by end of this year then they dont really understand how history and the halving will effect price.
2278  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2021 - will this be the year bitcoin? on: January 02, 2021, 09:22:31 AM
Looking at the current bull run its evident that 2021 would be the year of Bitcoin (not a prediction, just my assumption). But will this be the year to HODL the existing Bitcoin or do daily trading? If there is no drop in the value of Bitcoin then trader's profit will be lesser than those who Hodl bitcoin. What's your take on 2021 and how do you presume this year for bitcoin?

There are many very respected investors and 'experts' that think 2021 is going to be a rewarding year for those of us who continue to hodl our bitcoins.  And new future investors will want to get into crypto soon.

Making price predictions for my coins is not something I am much into doing but I have read some data that indicates that a six figure price for bitcoin in 2021 is very possible.
2279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bittrex delisting XMR, DASH and ZEC. Will this affect Bitcoin? on: January 02, 2021, 08:56:02 AM
If anything at all I think this is very good news to see these exchanges desisting privacy coins XMR DASH and ZEC.
If people are selling the coins for Bitcoin, thats even better. Now we can all hope that hodlers of these coins will exchange these coins for BTC and pump into the marketcap.
2280  Other / Off-topic / Re: HAPPY NEW YEAR on: January 02, 2021, 08:46:03 AM
Wow, wow, wow.. we made it. Yes we did, let's not to forget to lay focus on the basics. Our goals comes first admist anything. Most especially invest in yourself, invest in your skin, invest in your smell, invest in your fashion, invest in your room, invest in your food. Lastly invest in your books.. have expectations. Choose happiness over everything.

The New Years likes to bring many quotes and words of inspiration so we are not upset with your feelings of much happiness.

My only thing I am concerned about is 'invest in your smell'.  I am not certain what you mean with this but I am hopeful you will achieve it.
