For me it is important to know who your real friends are.  People are very fake these days so make sure you know if you can trust someone when you are in times of needs or if they are only with you for the good times.

This is a real bit of nostalgia for me. I'm visiting a friend, and we are watching the 1956 film "Rock around the Clock" with Bill Haley and the Comets. I'd just hit my teens when that was released.

Good movie and for those that may not heard of this song-  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgdufzXvjqw

I love Jeremy Clarkson , he is not afraid to speak his mind and i love that Cheesy by the way ... this what he is saying can apply to something online  Grin Cheesy

This was good and funny and relatable and some of the comments from youtube are the funniest on the internet.
"Ah yes. The Prius; a classic symbol of loathe amongst hardcore petrolheads in the noughties."

That is a very cute pet dog you have there, I only can hope he has a full bowl of water in his cage next to him for when hes thirsty.
Maybe it is he looks mad cause he is in a car and thinks hes going to the veterinarian.
1805  Other / Off-topic / Re: I wonder what awaits us after drones! on: August 14, 2021, 07:28:44 AM
Drones are great and all and most certainly, it won't surprise me if we start seeing flying cars in the next 10 years.

Or artificial intelligence robots that can help people with various types of duties.

Also, an underwater bullet train would be able to travel at speeds of more than 300mps is something I believe we will see.
1806  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you feeling the pressure? on: August 14, 2021, 07:19:15 AM
I am feeling the pressure and anxiety as everyday news outlets report that the pandemic is only getting worse.
And with the government putting more restrictions on what is safe to do I feel like it will never be safe like before the pandemic.
1807  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you cope with the stress of trading? on: August 14, 2021, 07:13:51 AM
I focus on getting other assignments done throughout my day.  And I try not to worry so much if the market hits a temporary low.

And as weird and strange as it may sound, I can have a sense of peace with having to deal with the stress of trading.

Found this video the other day on YouTube while searching dog rips off a car bumper.
Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V6AIbarB9Hk.

I always get a laugh whenever I watch crazy catfights videos.

1810  Other / Off-topic / Re: What motivates you to work hard every day? on: August 11, 2021, 06:55:05 AM
Sometimes I like listening to heavy metal music that helps me get my day going.

I also think about how grateful I am for the family support that motivates me to further my education.

And whenever I see or hear about someone that has a disability.

It encourages me to change my perspective and have no excuses to go above and beyond my normal capabilities.
1811  Other / Off-topic / Re: future technology on: August 11, 2021, 06:33:10 AM
As technology further makes more advancements in our daily lives.

We will be able to complete tasks more efficiently that allows having more time for ourselves.

Repetitive work that requires a great deal of hard labor would become less difficult once we have intelligent robots that can assist us.
1812  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: August 11, 2021, 06:00:21 AM
Yes, I strongly believe that obtaining a higher education furthers your chances of getting a career.

It increases the chances of earning a higher income and have social recognition.

People who don't have a high school diploma are often not satisfied and would prefer to go back to school to pursue a degree.
1813  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do I convince my family that I want to pursue my career in Crypto space? on: August 11, 2021, 05:55:25 AM
I would start by presenting all available information regarding what is the crypto space so that my family can understand and fully have their support.
Then show them the many benefits that crypto has to offer and its changes in the world.  Also, explain to my family the available career options in the Crypto space.
1814  Other / Off-topic / Re: type of music when you get stressed? on: August 11, 2021, 05:52:30 AM
Lately whenever I am feeling very stressed out I like to listen to techno or electronic dance music.
The music can put you in a trance state of mind that allows me to relax and focus.
This is because of the unique blend of beats and sounds that usually you would not hear on public radio.
1815  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anxiety goes depression on: August 06, 2021, 11:18:06 AM
Fidget toys for anxiety is something I have tried before and was experiencing some calmness and peace.   Some I tried are the fidget spinner which I enjoyed but also Pocket slider puzzle and also the Newton’s cradle.
1816  Other / Off-topic / Re: What birthday gift for my mom? (Objects) on: August 06, 2021, 10:55:14 AM
I would get my mother a gold-plated mom heart birthstone pendant necklace.

She will appreciate it very much since I know she loves gold jewelry. And along with her birthstone, it is a necklace that she can wear when she goes out anywhere for any occasion.
1817  Other / Off-topic / Re: IMPORTANCE OF VACATION on: August 06, 2021, 10:49:44 AM
When you take time away from the stresses of work and daily life, it can improve our physical and mental health, job performance, and perspective.

Taking time off can be like getting a tune-up for the brain, improving your mental well being and cognition.
1818  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anxiety goes depression on: August 05, 2021, 11:17:56 AM
Through my personal experience with having to deal with anxiety, it is very difficult to do simple everyday activities.

For example, thinking of death and worrying about the immediate or long-term future.

As for depression, the mental disruption has caused people them to end their life.

Feel guilt or worthless because of being in a hopeless state of mind.

1819  Other / Off-topic / Re: Name a boxing world champion on: August 05, 2021, 07:29:45 AM
My favorite boxer is GGG and he would ko you out.  He is a very methodical and calculative pressure fighter. His precise balance along with powerful punches have always presented a difficult challenge for anyone fighting Golokin.

And even before becoming a two-time middleweight champion, Golovkin went on to represent his country Kazakhstan in the 2004 summer Olympics games. And was able to capture the silver medal for his country.

When I need to get a good laugh, I look up the most extreme contest.

This show features different competitors competing in various games for a grand prize.  What is funny about the show is the competitors who fail and get hurt thought out the course of the game.
