I think it's important to give affordable access to high quality CBD to those who have a medical reason. Vaping CBD has been shown to alleviate all sorts of symptoms for people who are dealing with cancer. CBD can really help those who are experiencing nausea, pain and low appetite.

I think it is completely normal to not have a partner or significant other especially in the day of age we are living. Many people will choose to be alone for their life to make their own choices and seek independence.

I’m an F1 fan and although I don’t catch it all the time, the São Paulo Grand Prix at Interlagos was amazing. Lewis Hamilton was awesome to watch, considering that he was disqualified and still overtook Man Verstappen. F1 is a thrill, it’s probably the most exciting sport to watch on TV in my opinion.

I think it’s wrong to judge someone based on their appearance. I think a person should be judged on their character and their actions. Sometimes it’s hard not to generalize people because that’s kind of how our mind works but I always try to take people on an individual level and not on their looks.

I enjoyed No Time to Die, it delivered the goods and I recommend it. However, after all the stress from the pandemic I was hoping for more of a fun escapist fantasy.
Whatever happened to Bond enjoying himself a bit with some beautiful women and drinks on the side?

I love traveling with a backpack, especially when I'm taking shorter weekend trips. I use a Sandqvist Sweden backpack, it's roomy, has a large laptop slip and comes with a treated canvas exterior that protects the contents from rain. I just love the look of it! It has a minimal design that's professional with fashionable leather details that continues to get compliments year after year.

My favorite iphone cases are from anything by Ideal. They have some really cool styles to choose from and the protective material they use is first rate.
I have dropped my iphone many times and have never broken a single phone with Ideal's cases. I recommend getting one with a wallet attached for your cards if you're into that type of case. The convenience of having my cards and phone in the same place is a game changer for me.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New York's Mayor-Elect to Take His First Paychecks in Bitcoin

I think it's fantastic that Mayor-Elect Eric Adams wants to take his first three paychecks in Bitcoin. New York needs a mayor that is interested in fostering a booming tech sector.
The fact that the Mayor Elect invests in BTC shows he's aware of the technological trends and savvy enough to see all the benefits of cryptocurrencies. I think his interest in BTC is a good sign he will expand the adoption of blockchain technology into many areas of New York's aging infrastructure.

Bitcoin has given me the ability to be more financially independent. BTC is a great method to store value and feel secure from the inevitable inflation that will arise in the coming years due to the pandemic.
It's also fun to be part of a new technological revolution. I have some interesting people into cryptocurrency and we usually have an instant connection being part of the community.

If you're looking for a good deal, I recommend buying a convertible in late winter or early spring. I got a great deal on mine and it was very easy to negotiate on price. There's just not that much competition from other buyers during that time of the year so you have more time to research, shop around and negotiate.

I think teaching children boundaries is a healthy and necessary part of developing them into functioning adults in society. However, I think it is typically unnecessary and counterproductive to punish kids in public. The added sense of shame and humiliation can leave them with trauma. The goal is to get children to take responsibility for their actions and learn a sense of right and wrong, it's hard to achieve this if they feel victimized.

Economy / Economics / Re: How is financial stability defined for you?
|
on: November 06, 2021, 06:41:47 AM
|
In my opinion, financial stability is getting to a place where your debts are low in relation to your income stream.
It can look very different to different people because we all have such different spending habits and lifestyles.
But the point is not being burden by your debts and/or not making enough income to support your lifestyle.

I highly recommend Freakonomics. It’s one of those books you can keep picking up from time to time and still be blown away. There is a bit of speculation presented as fact that can be a bit of a distraction for a cynical reader such as myself but that doesn’t take away it’s brilliance.

Healthy living to me means being conscious of what I put into my body and mind. It’s not about perfection but being intentional with my choices. I still allow myself some guilty pleasures like fries once in a while but it’s a treat.
