As a filipino citizen, it is really a great news.! Most of users are also waiting for their countries to accept bitcoin and use it in different transactions. Philippines is an open minded country and it is always welcome changes that would make their country better. yeah i think bitcoin is getting popular here in the philippines.  But its kinda dissappointing that some are taking advantage of the system and use bitcoin to scam its always on the news. thats why investors doubt bitcoin as a legit digital money

Earlier this month the Philippines government officially accepted the Bitcoin payment as legitimate but needed a clear and transparent legal framework for Bitcoin users.
