Hey EXMO,
BTC withdrawal problem occurred. I made a withdrawal in the morning on December 27th. The status in the exchange is "Paid", but there is no transaction id and no coins in my wallet. Two days ago wrote to support email (ticket #269058), still no news. Please check the ticket and resolve this problem.

Already 1 day has been transferred to my Waves address some some amoun of waves but still not in wallet! When i check wavesexplorer.com i see already transferred in 15 min. time! Why still not in my wallet??? And why your support not answering? Please solve the problem and tell me why from your side we are waiting to coin wills be in wallet? That is not nice! (Ticket: 273692)

Exmo, paid for BTC on the 18th of December, says paid, sent the BTC from them, nothing hit the blockchain never got sent to other side nore did I get a TXID to track it , sat countless hours in the support chat bottom right just to get told theres nothing I can do, must wait for an Email 1 to 3 days later, im sitting now 11 days later...still nothing, what is this bullshit, do I need to go to lawyers...?

Hello Exmo Team,
I made several withdrawals (BTC, ETH, ZCash) and they are stuck in "Verifying" status. In addition, Waves withdrawal is in 'Paid' status, however nothing is in the wallet and no transaction is on wavesexplorer.com. Could you please check it and help with resolving of this issue? TICKET #275962

I have not been able to withdraw 3 separate transactions for 6 days now (BCH, ETH, XRP). They all get stuck on "verifying".
All chat support can do is cancel the transfer (after waiting in the queue for 3 hours each time). This is ridiculous, please let people withdraw their money!

I get the same error when withdrawing ("error 10325: need to confirm the email"). Chat support told me to send an email to support@exmo.com which includes your EXMO username & email address and a request for account activation.
