Hello,
I did a creditcard withdrawal 4 days ago. It said it will max take 3 days to credit. I still didn't receive anything..

Hello Exmo. Two weeks ago I received error while creating withdrawal request. Balance was reduced by the withdrawal amount but the withdrawal request did not appear. I made ticket #323025 but this ticket has not yet been processed by the support service. Is there a schedule for processing requests? When will I receive my funds back?

transaction has more than 100 confirmations but eth didnt show up in my wallet
