you mean 2009? but only satoshi at the beginning knew about bitcoin, there was no real way to mine along side with him, at the launch

so it's better to say 2010, for initial mining, and i remember one guy was doing 1k every 3 day with cpu only in summer 2010

In 2010 the price was 5 cents for a few months, I had enough money back then to buy up enough bitcoins that by 2013, I`d have few hundred million $ worth of wealth.

You would need to make a AV and antifirewall/malware prooft software that can go worldwide and expand. The CPU power from the average joe computer is nothing, you would need to go global. It's norealistic. All those Bitcoin miners are already neutralized by most anti malware software out there.

CPU power used to mine bitcoin is pretty useless but to coins like XDN or Monero that's something I have to say. It's pre-cracked so just ask them to allow everything related to software. I used to have a bot net of 400-500 mining XDN and make 1BTC/month
