Quoine will under maintenance. Due to high growth resulting in higher system loads, they will be performing a system maintenance on October 27th 2017 at 7PM JST. Trading platforms QUOINEX and QRYPTOS, as well as all services, will be unavailable from 7PM to 9PM JST. All customers will be notified again when system maintenance is completed.

I added the QRYPTOS and QUOINEX services to the Cheddur app ( https://www.cheddur.com/) given the details I could find on their respective websites. So far not very impressed with Quoine/Quoinex. Took 3 days for account approval, 2 days plus and counting for initial deposit confirmation. From what I've seen on the forums, it looks like withdrawal times will be even longer.
It would at least be less concerning if "customer support" even replied to help tickets to even give a generic response like sorry for the delays or we are working on it. May be moving my trading to another platform depending on how things go after a couple trial trades and withdrawal to test timing.
Maybe I'll hear back from support after posting in here? lol

I cannot get to home page on the qryptos exchange website. This has been the case since I withdrew my BTC to a BTC address. It's been close to 24 hours and I still have not received the BTC. Is it normal not to receive BTC for longer than a day? Two days? It was nice that the withdrawal had to be verified with 2FA and email. Does this take time due to being in a cold wallet offline? Is it normal to take a week or longer to receive BTC from QRYPTOS to a wallet?

My account also took days to get approved by Quoinex...Not cool. Why register on Quoinex when you can get registered for example on Kucoin without any documents? How does Quoinex decide which tokens to list? |

Hi There,
I am having some issues with the time taken to verify my account in quoinex. I have submitted all the relevant documents more than a week ago but my account is yet to be verified. On the other hand i have submitted two tickets to customer service with no reply.
Could any admin please help.

I was verified after sending some messages. It was longer than a week. But it was a decent exchange when I got in. Like I said though earlier, I have been waiting 1 week for my BTC withdrawal. I am hoping this is due to being on a cold wallet. I have no clue. No customer service has replied. I am holding on to a little hope.
To QUOINE/QRYPTOS/LIQUID:
Please get back to me regarding my BTC withdrawal. Thank you.
UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS SINCE I WITHDREW BTC AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
