I hv a question. Is the withdrawal of ethereum only takes place on Monday and Thur as shown in page 1 here? because I hv sent a withdrawal request for ethereum and waited for more than a day

Trading Tip of the week: Limit Order

A limit order is an order to buy tokens at a specified price, or to sell tokens at a specified price. Limit orders give traders control over the price at which their trades are executed.

However, since limit orders do not turn into market orders (unlike stop orders), they may never be executed. Thus, limit orders are utilized when a trader values price control over certainty of execution.

Limit is also a basic order type. To place a limit order, traders submit the following information to the Order Matching System (OMS):

Order Size: The amount of tokens to be bought or sold, e.g., 1,000 QASH.
Limit Price: The price a trader is willing to buy at or sell for. the order is triggered.
Direction: The nature of the order, specified as BUY or SELL, e.g., buy limit order vs. sell limit order.
The following is an example of a limit buy order:

BTC is at $15,000 USD and you would like to buy, but not at the current price. You suspect that the price of BTC will eventually fall to $13,000 USD. So, you set a buy limit order for BTC when its market price hits $13,000 USD. If and when this happens, your limit order will be filled.

A limit sell order works in a similar fashion as a limit buy order, but in the opposite direction.

BTC is at $15,000 USD and you would like to sell, but not at the current price. You suspect that the price of BTC will eventually rise to $17,000 USD. So, you set a sell limit order for BTC when its market price hits $17,000 USD. If and when this happens, your limit order will be filled.

i did it. 13 hours ago. also make a withdraw.Has not been sent yet.smells a little bit of scam. How is it possible that money just disappears.
And that's not a payout after 13 hours.

I hope in the next 12 hours it is solved. you are far from seriousness

I too am having trouble with this exchange. And after many emails, commencing prior to Christmas, I still have no response. I also have no withdraw capability after completing all verification requirements weeks ago. Thus my money is stuck, and no one will respond to my concerns!!!

Quoine are a scam they take your money their prices are false their coins are overvalued and you cant withdraw after you are suckered into using their exchange. One more thing they dont reply to tickets their support is non existent (classic sign of a scam) aside from appearing to offer public support when people post complaints like this they wont fix any issue with withdrawal they just keep your funds. This exchange should be banned from trading. Their employees are dishonest thieves. For anyone who has bought on Quoine or their other exchanges you have lost all your money you wont get it back.

I registered at Qryptos on 2018/01/01 and in Qryptos Help Center it says it takes 1-2 working days to get verified. it is 2018/01/05 and my verification is still pending.
I sent e-mail to support@quoine.com (my request ID is 108411, but I can't even log in to quoine.zendesk.com to see it, my credentials doesn't work there...), panda@quoine.com and katherine.ng@quoine.com. I also wrote to SR - QUOINE| MKT & CM on Telegram, but no answer. Can you take a look at it and solve it please?

I have a deposit that's been in limbo since 22nd December 2017. My Bank says Shizuoka Bank has received the funds but Quoinex has not funded my account. Sent multiple emails and support requests (#105449, #105421, #100953,#102879,   #92649 but I have not gotten a single reply. No phone numbers available  to contact anyone. Starting to get worried that my funds have gone into a big scam. anyone knows which legal entity is Quoinex registered to and which country is that entity resident in?

Maybe we should get a lawyer to solve all thoses issues. They are supposed to be regulated in Japan, so maybe if fsa.go.jp ( Japan's Financial Services Agency ) receive a lot of emails and complaints from customer they will do something. Try to check that :  http://www.fsa.go.jp/en/contact.html

I have a problem with Quoine exchange not providing any usable trade reporting for accounting purposes. All other exchanges do this no problem ( I use cointracking.info which is very very good).  There is a trade report tab on Quoine which says that it will email you a copy of your trade report. What they send unfortunately does not include any crypto to crypto
trades, only fiat to crypto or crypto to fiat trades.  If you trade the QASHBTC pair, those trades will not appear on the trade report. (This probably explains why I have never received a trade report from Qryptos exchange, since all those trades are crypto to crypto.)
   Nowhere on the website are any double entry trades listed. Everything can only be viewed from the point of view of one currency at a time as single sided entries without knowing what was on the other side of the trade. There is no way to copy and paste this info off the website into a spreadsheet ( like you can do with every other exchange I've tried.)
  All you can do in MANUALLY write down every trade from the point of view of each currency, and manually match the trades based on time and similarity of trade ref numbers.
This is ridiculous. Please try to catch up to professional exchanges, and produce at least a minimum five column trade report
e.g.  Buy Amount,  Buy Currency,  Sell Amount,  Sell Currency,  Date/Time

I completely agree - I opened an account at the end of the year and put in a bit more than 2 BTC. Unfortunately I did that having read the experiences here. I didn't expect that this could happen (Bitfinex is awesome in comparison). Same story to me: support question wasn't answered, account verification still pending, funds stuck (or maybe lost?). Sounds like legal action is an appropriate approach now ...
