Need help , my account has been banned from quoine , without any explanation , i'm from tunisia , and they tell trading have been banned from you country , quoine team didn't response in their telegram account

it's unbelievable i want only my cryto funds back . how can i do ?

Hello Dear,

i have deposited my IDR to your JTrust bank on 13th of January in the same day that you temporarely stop accepting this method for funds IDR fiat. I cannot still see my funds on my account, neither they were not sent back to my bank account. How you will solve this? It has been already hundred days since this issue and could be nice to find some solution. Coins are raising on their price at the moment and i wouldn't miss the rally.

Hi! You have to contact some CM in our support channel. https://t.me/QUOINE_Support . Please be aware about Japanese holidays:

Golden Week in JP starts this Sat (Apr 28) till next Sun (May 6) - so fiat withdrawals will not be processed during that time

Vietnam holiday: Wednesday April 25th, Monday Apr 30th and Tue May 1st. Crypto withdrawals on both QUOINEX and QRYPTOS won’t be processed during that time.

I made a deposit into my Quoinex account on the 18/4. It has been more than 10 working days and the money is
still not reflected in my trading account. I made a complain to Quoinex (ticket no 334957) but they just told me to
wait and did not reply me after that. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

what what what hey, from yesterday i requested at
27 April for withdrawal of some ETH and until now i still not received? and now i want withdraw some bitcoin, but the transaction is ETH status still processing? I want to immediately stop this stupidity and I hope no more of my contribution token and the coins listed in qryptos!

I like to know how long does it take for account verification even though they gave a period of 1-2 weeks. Bittrex took more than 6 weeks last year.

Basicaly verification takes 1-2 weeks. Sometimes it takes more time. For now we work hard in this field. You can check out our activity in customer support field in Mike Kayamori every week summary reports.

I submitted my verification weeks ago, clear picture of my passport and scan of the official papers from the public office. Now I log in to see how things are going to discover that my account status says "Banned". Not even a email was sent out to notify my about this and I still have funds in my account.

Is there any phone number I can reach this exchange on, I'm just getting more and more disappointed the longer I use your service.

I had submitted douments for profile verification on April 18th.  Its been more than 2 weeks and my account is still pending verification.  My user id is 447897.  I have raised a ticket with support as well.  Request number is 346925.

Please help...as i am not able to withdraw...
