What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin

The main problem for me is the uncertainty when confirming transactions. Sometimes it can take hours, sometimes minutes. I also dont like that the fees are not proportionate to the transaction size. A 1BTC transaction can use the same fee as a 0.0001BTC transaction.

That's the problem of almost all of us. The delay of confirming it's transactions maybe is cause by request by many users at the same time.
I hope the development team of bitcoin is going to improve it's problem and resolve it.

My biggest problem with Bitcoin is uncertainty and fear of fraud. Because I'm afraid to buy online for Bitcoins. I would even say that the fear of fraud, and not by Bitcoin. I'm afraid that will pay for the goods, and the fraudster simply disappear.

my biggest problem with bitcoins are that they are not secured enough so there are allot of hackers who can reach your
coins without doing anything and online payments are also not secured at all.So what he needs to fix is a better security.

That is one big problem for a long time. This is avoidable though, do some jobs that you think pays right and some good comments to read if it really pays up. Those who take long with this industry are the best one.

After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.

It's okay. I won't shy. 😂 Okay. Just like what im said. It is so hard for me to reach 1btc. I am trying to all my strategy idea to get that amount of btc. But it doesn't work. Anyone have any idea or any suggestions to make a 1btc? I don't have any experience to reach that amount. 😂. Because i would like to experience that kind of amount in my btc Wallet.

i doubt that it is such a bad thing, people can just avoid using such things and that would be it in my opinion, it is better to tell everyone that is going to invest into a hyip that it is going to be a scam

my biggest problem with bitcoins is that there are really small amount of shops to be honest if there were more of it i would definitely use bitcoins every day buying goods

Right but at the same time we also have to understand that there are fellow bitcoiners who earn a lot of profit with just this. I love how the price fluctuates and gives us opportunity to earn with it.

Exactly someone takes price fluctuations as a threat and some view it as an opportunity to make quick profits, and people will really hate if price remains stable for a long time.

Yes the price fluctuations and curiosity of guessing it brings entertainment to bitcoins and separate it from others.
I think I view it as a opportunity, but for me in bitcoins there is just one problem, sometimes confirmation time, that's it.

That is the problem with majority of us, but I think it will be resolved in future by the core development team, apart from that I don't see any problem with bitcoin.

Moreover you can send the funds ( I use blockchain and I can spend unconfirmed txn ) even when its unconfirmed, so not really a issue to be worried about, though yes we all hate it.

Yes exactly I was wondering the same, why is confirmation time a problem for most of the guys.
We can avoid that by paying a mere 5 cents extra to the transaction, even if not want to pay then still we can spend it.

it was not a problem with bitcoin but a problem of our own due not careful in assessing where a safe place to put bitcoin as an investment. for example: where we already know that by investing in ponzi or money game it is very likely to get scam but nonetheless we are investing at there and in the end we say if invest in bitcoin very unsafe. is totally wrong because bitcoin is very safe.

you should have to check well before paying for any good to any person that how much is that service legitimate. and there are a number of large stores you can visit there and have to buy things there.

I don`t have any problems with bitcoin, bitcoin is alright, and bitcoin have a potential to become best currency ever. I think just humans can make chaos with everything, in that light even bitcoin is helpless. I think if some group of people decide to destroy all this, they probably have a good chance for that if they are well organized. Maybe that would be impossible, but we are not united. There is many evil people here, and especially around the internet. People can hide behind computers and scam others easily.
Until things become safer for everyone, we need to watch for our self`s. We need to be careful where we send money, and where we invest. To whom we borrow, and to whom we can give our trust.

The fluctuations is the very lifeblood of earning for us traders so of course, we don't hate it. Rather, we absolutely love it.

I would have to agree with the confirmation time as the biggest problem with bitcoin because it has become slower and slower. At times, it takes my transaction to be confirmed at 4 hours which is obviously bad for business because we want instant transactions.

I think the problem of confirmation depends on the time you give the Fee in deals that you do, because most of it is now a lot of people are doing transactions (send) use Fee which is not recommended. So look at your transaction Fee

The fact that people have so hard time using it. I understand why people hate trying anything new, because of the risks associated. For example, I promised to pay one guy small amount of money as BTC, but he doesn't manage to set up a wallet. It should be fairly easy, but as a non-technical conservative guy I think he fears it. Don't know if there is any easy way to get over that fear.

There is a relatively easy answer to this, making a blockchain account is 1000x times easier than making a paypal account and if people have trouble in making blockchain account how they can use paypal and others ? In my view making a blockchain account is same as making an email account. No differences, virtually I do find.
