Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin

My prediction is that the bitcoin will take over the world on a long term.

That would be kind of funny. If people that used different currencies so that they could do things then they will begin to feel weird when they hear that they need to use a totally new thing called Bitcoin.

Electronic payments aren't that new though so I think that the people can get along with it.

It's funny for me that some of us her make predictions about Bitcoin's future without backing it up with supporting facts, that will actually make your predictions more reliable or at least believable as of the moment. Now making a prediction that a decentralized currency will "take over the world" would be simply be absurd as that is kind of a big prediction without you backing it up.

The biggest problem that bitcoin may encounter is the power grab to see who will controls bitcoin which is the desperate BU founder and the core devs that is said to be controlled by bankers. This bitcoin scaling may just be an agenda or scheme to set their control and secretly take us of our freedom which is decentralization but this will also be an speculation and there's no real proof. It all depends on the bitcoin community who decides which path what's best for bitcoin and the community, its really hard to speculate but as long as the people has faith in bitcoin this currency will prevail.

I mean a hardfork. Yeah it is possible to have that bitcoin 2.0 but lets just wait for the segwit voting. If that happen we dont need a hardfork for bitcoin anymore. segwit activation is much more good than a hardfork.

I support you on that thoughts. I also believe that people should not speak before they think, or do some research. Most of people predict something, but they do not know even one percent about what is going on. Most of peoples prediction could come true tho, but base of that prediction is their crave for more money.

I'm predicting it based on the recent trend of BTC. Even though that BTC's rates at the market as of this moment went down for minimal percentage compared to it's rates on the first two weeks of June. BTC's trend for this month it may rise again, and much more better compared to last month's rate. BTC will continue to dominate the since as I noticed every time the rates goes down, and once it goes up again it doubles the rate and sometimes triple. BTC's future is quite good.

What can I say or predict about Bitcoin, when I myself want to know more about the forecasts from all the participants and users of the forum. I have already been on the stock exchange for trading several times and This was my first jump. I really liked it, but the fact is that I'm worried about whether there will be continuation in the same spirit. I only hope for a better future.

I suppose as at when that prediction was made, Bitcoin was not yet in the imbroglio it present is meshed in. I am also very upbeat about the prospect of Bitcoin, but this impasse need be addressed decisively and timely, before the momentum to leap to a height of $10,000 per coin can be gathered.

By the time August 1st  would be just by the corner, I shall expect price of Bitcoin to drop below current price on account of  FUD, but that would be in the passing and so an opportunity for those waiting to buy at a cheaper rate again.

To me I think you are right that its price will goes to 10,000$ because  you seen its process that in the year of 2015 its price was 300$ and then it's grow to short time to increase 2000$ or 2700$. That's right its price will goes to grow but 10,000$ I think its take a very long time .

By the end of this year probably we will see the price of $ 3,000 per 1 BTC. There is nothing eternal in our world. Perhaps bitcoin is not eternal, but in the short term is beneficial to deal with this currency. Do not become a millionaire but a small income is still very long.

That would be a  nice price for Bitcoin since most people within this forum didn't really think that the price of Bitcoin will get up to it's ATH when it was 2015.

Nobody can make an accurate forecast of what will happen to bitcoin in the future. Nobody can predict what will happen to bitcoin after 1 August. Constantly floating rate for that currency also does not work on its popularity. All who will speak about the future of cryptocurrencies this is only an assumption and not a forecast.

I do not think there's anything to worry about the next segment or segwit 1st of August. Do not make much speculation about this.

I would not call the price increase bitcoin a sudden. This is a very expected phenomenon. Many investors are investing a lot of money in buying bitcoin in order to then profit from this. And I am sure that this is the right step. Bitcoin becomes stronger and more popular every day
