I think bitcoin is here to stay. Bitcoin is now being increasingly favoured as an investment being it long or short term. Bitcoin is steadily outpacing generally accepted investment assets like gold and real estate in terms of value. Bitcoin is now being recognized by not only occasional individual merchants, but some industry giants like Microsoft and Tesla. With limited supply and ever increasing user base. Bitcoin will strengthen. With that in mind I would suggest that Bitcoin doesn’t tend to disappear overnight with no trace left. There is tough competition to bitcoin from other cryptocurrencies. But I believe bitcoin will profitably coexist with them.

Wow! that's sound a hell of a prediction but i don't thing the bitcoin price will go that far in the future as it seems impossible because there are lot of factors which determine the price and there is also possibility that bitcoin price may not increase in future so it is very difficult to predict the trend and price of bitcoin.

As long as there are traders trading in bitcoin the value of bitcoin will never go down. Moreover many more people have been joining the bitcoin business which is the main reason the value of bitcoin has been increasing very quickly and rapidly. So, in a simple word, as we will care about bitcoin in a result bitcoin will care about us. So keep invest and get a large amount of income in a future. Last week it was 2300+ USD now it’s 2599 USD.

Even there will be a lot of traders, the price of bitcoin will not become stable on its price because traders are just taking advantage of the price volatility and there is no assurance that they will make the price stable at your desired price. If there will be a lot of users and if the majority of them will become an investor or bitcoin holder for long term then it can make the price stable for sure.

Bitcoin itself is big prediction because in the year 2008 nobody don't know how bitcoin will survive in this critical world. But today has changed many government sectors from all over the world. We have many choices but sometimes prediction will not come true because Bitcoin is an online currency now countries are making it as legal but how far this can go, nobody, doesn't know because everyone is predicting that bitcoin will reach to more than 50,000$ but no idea about it.

There are many predictions about Bitcoin five years later. I think Bitcoin will grow stronger now. Not only will it develop in terms of rates but also become more popular, it will become a fast, compact, secure online payment method that is widely used everywhere. Besides, it is easy to be diluted by other digital coins. I am afraid Bitcoin will be controlled by the government and banks increasingly tight and sometimes taxed

Right now i think that bitcoin faces a great battle to happen in August 1st update.

I honestly believe the price will tank in the short term and cause a big backlash to whatever coin splits from this. I think this will have a hardfork, we will see a new coin maybe ChinaBitcoin or whatever they call it. It happened to ETH with ETC so Ithink the precedent is there already. Too many factions not wanting btc to continue with terms they all agree on.

There are many predictions about Bitcoin five years later. I think Bitcoin will grow stronger now. I doubt that the government will succeed. How can I control bitcoin if it is invisible? Stock exchanges are located in different jurisdictions and cashing bitcoins to reach the government account comes already the national currency.

Bitcoin depends only on user activity, but I think that it will grow and become even more popular. Many have already decided to accept it as payment for goods or services.

That is one factor and it is very important, but bitcoin also depends on its fundamentals, basically how good the technology is compared to other coins, bitcoin right now is still a very good coin, even if some new developers of new coins have found new ways to do something, like LTC gets you faster confirmations while monero gives you anonymity.

I don’t think so there is any currency that can pose any threat to shining future of bitcoins. No technologies can bleak future of bitcoins. Where are you basing the exact prices from? Or from the start why you even think it will increase in the upcoming years? Because I am so confuse on people having bold predictions without proof. And I don't think that the halving will have that great or immediate effect on Bitcoin, look at the halving last year we have not notice any effect on the price whatsoever.

Well, they say that bitcoin's future is bright. Since we're just in the adolescence stage when it comes to bitcoin, we'll definitely experience rise and fall of its value. But since it's not yet ripe, I am expecting or lets say praying for a ten folds of increase of bitcoin value for the next 10years. But seriously, we haven't seen the climax for its value surge so yeah it is possible in ten years time. All we need is time and a lot of patience.

I think as time pass bitcoin is becoming more stronger. we have experienced a lot of panic selling in previous time, but now the investors know the nature of bitcoin and when we see the price start decreasing then do not start panic selling but give good support to bitcoin. so we can expect that in future bitcoin will become more stronger and will have more good future. because  the interest of the people in bitcoin is continuously increasing.

To predict the price of bitcoin is not easy, in fact, we could say it is almost a useless thing to do since it is so difficult and there are so many factors not allowing us to make accurate prediction, however there are two factors that will make the price grow, one is the activation of segwit and the next will be the halving so I think it is safe to think that the future of bitcoin in regards the price looks very bright.

Bitcoin will bring change to our lives very soon, government might take control of bit cons as it is rapidly getting famous in every country.
Until now, there is no had and fast rule implied by the state but when it will become more powerful, then the state might imply some rules according to their benefits which they can earn from bitcoins.

First of all it should get legal status in all country then only users can use bitcoin as currency without fear of law problems. Like Japan and other country have started to give bitcoin legal currency status and have even withdraw tax on bitcoin transaction which is very good and if all big country start the same way then very soon we will see bitcoin as currency and used by every one like fiat currency.

It is going to be an awesome year for bitcoin and each year that will come is going to be the best part of bitcoin. I won't say that there will be more campaigns though it's applicable because projects are going to come out soon and it will have a positive impact to bitcoins price.
