Saving will be more profitable in future, if you sell right now then you will not able to make some good money from it as the price is not very good now, so if you hold and sell at the time of halving, you can earn good money.

I don't think that we should forever hold our coins without selling it, that would be the worst way to treat your coins, as only holding will not allow bitcoin to grow in future so it would be good if we keep on selling and spending our coins as and when required.

No way the base for Bitcoin is around $400. It is around $500 and you'll see it yourself pretty soon. If the base were around $400 like you said then it is time to sell now because it is still over $400, but I don't think that anyone who is selling now will be satisfied with his decision in the future.

No one can guarantee you when the price will rise, its just a speculation moving around us, some feel that it will increase at the time of halving, but nothing is guaranteed.
