Ireland beat UAE by 4 wickets in Dubai. Matches between 'minnows' can usually go either way, but Ireland are a strong team. They are the favourites in the tri-series being played between UAE, Ireland and Scotland. It is good for the cricketing world if Ireland improves and they even have a couple of matches scheduled against India in the first half of 2018.

But these teams can give good entertainment in limited overs games because this can go in any way for test these are still very low quality as they need too much hard work for this playing only twenty/20 and ODI's are much better for them but ICC give test cap to Afghanistan and Ireland which is not wise decision

I'm looking forward to the 1st ODI match between Australia and England. I'm actually going to this match as its in my city, I just hope England put up a better performance then what they showed in the test series. England do have a good one day team so it should hopefully be an even series with Australia most likely winning but I hope it is a lot closer then the test series.

We have best examples of bangladesh and afghanistan, they got the chances and they proved their capabilities to the world by defeating top teams and performing consistently at international level.

Actually South Africa bowled well, 1st innings India bowled out 209 runs and 2nd innings just 135 runs. The advantage for South Africa as they scored 286 runs in 1st innings, or else India may win this match. But Philander bowled superbly in 2nd innings.
The difference between the two teams is that South Africa played bowled really well to restrict India in the first and second innings and both teams were struggling in the second innings and the first innings lead gave South Africa the edge, the entire series will be between the Indian batsmen and the South African bowlers and i am going with the home team. Everyone knows that India so far never win any test series in SA so by looking at last match Indian performance this time also there won't be any big difference. They will lose this series for sure and they can't even try to draw the test match because of these fast tracks most of the matches may end in the 4th day itself. Only rain can help for the Indian team to get any match draw in this series. Yes Asian teams will struggle to bat in fast tracks. but Indian team is good to compare other Asian teams I don't think they repeat history once again in this series. They will bounce back in next test match. One thing I will agree on this fast tracks it is tough to make any match Draw for the Indian team. This series is probably going to repeat the history, India won't bounce back. Performance of Indian batsmen in last test was below average. The only good player on fast tracks in their team is Pandya, he looked better than Kohli in batting. At least he plays carefree. From tomorrow we have the 2nd Test Match at Centurion. It will not be easy for India to bounce back and as per Greame Smith SA will the series by 2-0. I also think the series will be won by SA. It will be good to see how many players do India change in tomorrow match. Will they change any bowlers will be interesting to watch.

2nd test b/w South Africa vs India, this is an important match for India to save this series. If they lose this game, i think it will affect on there test ranking. Let 's see they will bounce back or they will repeat the history.
3rd ODI b/w NZ vs Pakistan, This is also an important game for Pakistan if they lose this game they are going to lose series too. NZ is leading this series by 2-0.

After losing the first game against South Africa, India's captain is taking some steps and changing the playing XI tomorrow. Also maybe the opener can get changed by some other. The 2nd test is the deciding test either way, to win or to survive the test series. Previous test was too one sided, as a cricket lover didn't enjoyed it, expecting some thrill in the 2nd one. NZ vs Pakistan, mostly NZ is going to win and claim the ODI series. I am not underestimating Pakistan but as per there previous and recent games, I feel they are lacking some good performance and thus making them an easy prey for New Zealand. Personally I have a soft corner or follower mindset for New Zealand, so I would love to see them win

They have made a good start, reaching 80/1 after 19 overs. They look poised to set a target of around 300, which will be a tough ask for Pakistan. Pakistan are not good travelers and the series hasn't started well for them.

That means this match also may end in D/L method. If that is the case then it all depends on how many runs Pakistan need to score and how many over they will get to bat.

Ireland really struggled against the UAE, and the latter had home ground advantage. At one point, they were at 5/91, before Gary Wilson and Ed Joyce rescued them from complete humiliation. Irish batting still looks quite weak, with the exception of Stirling, Joyce and Wilson. Perhaps Eoin Morgan should move back to Ireland, since they are a test nation now.

New Zealand scored 258, and would have been disappointed with that considering how strong they started. But Pakistanis still managed to lose by 183 runs. Boult took 5 wickets for just 17 runs and Pakistan folded up for 64 runs. They certainly don't look like current Champions Trophy holders.

That's the problem with subcontinent teams can't cope up with the overseas bowling friendly pitches they will struggle to score runs. Not to forget Trent Boult bowled superbly and he was unplayable with his pace, line and length. Pakistan has good bowling attack but batting looks so vulnerable.

Yes Africa have a very good record but what surprises me is there was no grass on the pitch, I'm bit puzzled. Also you're mistaken Pandya is playing. Again Rahane has been punished, bhuvneshwar picks decent wicket and left out, bit harsh on him. I won't rate the team selection really good. Given Africa record I'll make a call on Africa to win it. Unless Indian batsman can really make it count it's a loss for India.

Good start by the South African openers as they have managed to score 78 runs without loosing any wickets, it could be considered as a decent start. It seems that indian team management did not learnt anything from the last match, not only they benched rahane but also forced bhuvneshwar kumar to warm up the bench. This is really poor team selection and team is not looking balanced at all, South Africa has another very good chance to win this match ans series as well.

India have managed to get a wicket through Ashwin, but it does seem like it is going to be a long time before they bat again. South Africa have reached 145/1 and Markram seems to be closing in on his century. Amla looks assured at the crease as well. South African bowlers performed very well in the first test and India's batsmen will be dreading facing them again.

SA have started this test match with a strong and they are already 233 runs with just 3 wickets felt. Amla is playing at 75 and will make the century tomorrow so I think SA will be aiming to reach near 500 runs + and will try to make India all out as quickly as possible to put them a follow if possible.

Yes he missed his century bad luck, and SA is in a good position now they scored 236/3. Amla and captain are batting well I think they can make 400+ runs in 1st innings. India made few changes in the team I don't think it will work out and they win this match. NZ won by 183 runs against Pakistan in 3rd ODI. Again one more worst performance from Pakistan team.
