DId they already signed him ? I can see on articles that he is still in talks with Monza football club but nothing official yet. Honestly , Cavani deserves way better and a better team but when you see the project in Monza and what the board is trying to achieve, we can think that the project is very solid and on long partnership. Also , signing experienced players , would benefit the young players , fans and also reputation of the club.

But what about Juventus and their signings ? If you ask me , Monza does it better this year than Juventus when it comes to transfers.

The deal hasn't happened yet but they are very likely to sign Edinson Cavani soon. Monza have already made many signings this summer. This would be the most attention getting one without any doubt. When it comes to Juventus they have made an important signing by bringing Pogba to their midfield actually as they were having problems there. Di Maria is also a decent transfer for the attacking line. Actually I think they should sign a left winger also. They have Pjaca and Ake but these players don't deserve the starting eleven.

It's hard to stop players when they get the chance to play in a team that has more potential to win titles. Chelsea have won a number of titles including the Champions League title, and they may have offered Napoli big money in exchange for releasing the player.

On the one hand, it will definitely hurt the team by losing quality players, but from a business point of view, I believe it is always needed and that regeneration can be considered as soon as possible by Napoli.

Since Kalidou Koulibaly was not interested in playing for Napoli, selling him was the right decision for Napoli. Napoli sold Kalidou Koulibaly for about 40 million. This is a very large amount. Napoli could look for a new defender. Hopefully we will see a consistent performance from Napoli next season as well.

Yes Napoli have started to try it, at least it can be see with the arrival of three new players Anguissa, Olivera, and Kvaratskhelia. But if view as a whole, it is still not comparable when see the number of Napoli players who decided to leave this season. Currently there are several names that are linked to become the successor to Koulibaly's replacement in the Napoli defense.
Now at least there is the name of South Korean defender Kim Min Jae who plays at Fenerbache and there is also the name of Eric Baily who is said to be a patcher in the Napoli defense.
It's true that what you say will be very difficult to do because finding a replacement with a fairly minimal time now will still be difficult even though there are already several names out there.
