If Bayern offers such an amount, I think Juventus would accept it. The numbers being quoted in media are mostly in the €60-70 million range. It's unlikely that anyone would activate de Ligt's €120 million release clause in the current market conditions.

The sum of €90 million might be a rumor, but it's not a rumor that Bayern is seriously interested in the player. Their Sports Director Hasan Salihamidzic was in Turin a few days age to hold face-to-face talks with the Juventus management. That says enough about how serious Bayern is. Hasan played in Juventus for 4 seasons and that's probably one of the reasons why he decided to pay them a visit.

Finally Chelsea has Koulibaly after many seasons since Sarri time. Unfortunately, Koulibaly now is not as best as he was a few season ago. Napoli can not convince Koulibaly to stay in Naples after a last failed season, no Scudetto even they did have good streak in early of season.

With this transfer, Chelsea can let Azpiculleta returns to Spain as their captain wants. He wants to return to his homeland and has a better secure for his position. Azliculleta does not want to miss his last World Cup.

Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca might join West Ham in the near future. The recent rumours link him with them these days. Actually PSG were also interested in him but I don't know if they still are. Scamacca is a young and talented striker. He has many years ahead of him to develop his performance more. It is going to be hard for Sassuolo to keep him this summer seemingly. He scored 16 goals in the Serie A in the previous season and this was his best performance so far. He can do better at a bigger team.

Representative from Sassuolo has confirmed this news that in the last few days PSG has officially bid Scamacca with 35 millions euro and why PSG want him because they want this player as the replacement of Icardi but seems Sassuolo hasn't accept that offers because they thought Scamacca value is more than that price and surprisingly West Ham offering higher bid than PSG 40 millions euro so this is interesting to see and which clubs will win this race but in my opinion if he moved to West Ham he had bigger chance to playing regularly than in PSG so although West Ham is not big team but he can get more minutes to play in that team

There are a rumors that I think are quite surprising, Luis Suarez, who currently doesn't have a club, has been linked with AC Milan and AC Monza. Maybe, for Milan this is normal news, but for AC Monza, it is a surprise, because they have just qualified for Serie A, even though they are led by Berlusconi, I think it is quite difficult for them to be able to sign Suarez. If, AC Milan is really ready to sign Suarez, then AC Milan have a chance to get him easyly.

In recent years, team is no problem for any player because they are looking for money if they are filling their desire then players can move into any team and person like Berlusconi going to develop a team which give him better results I am feeling it's not going to be any issue for him with his money we already have too many teams which are created and now having some good strength in few years, so they also can do this and having players like Suarez, Cavani and Icardi is never been issue.

If he is serious and have some serious desire for his team then surely we will watch in next two or three years this could be good team in Italy and Europe because Newcastle United is also on same way with PSG, Manchester City are great examples of success.

Also from another part I'm glad for him because if he want to win something he have to leave Napoli, that is a team managed in way to let his owner earn as much as possible.

This is a good news for Chelsea on their signing of Koulibaly as this bid to get his signature has been going on for a year now. I believe the defender will do well to fill in the space of Rudiger. To be honest, I feel he may be able to boost the defense line paired with David Silva and I look forward to a better Chelsea both in attack and defense.
 The blues would need to strengthen their midfield but for sure Thomas Tuchel will take care of those areas.

I think it will actually be difficult for Scamacca to replace Icardi. Regardless of what, of course, Scamacca also knows that even though Icardi is currently only an option if players like Messi Neymar and Mbappe don't play, his performance is still very good and he can still survive until now.
Now Westham is of course the right choice in my opinion, especially in this case apart from its higher price for Sasuolo, Scamacca will also not be bothered with the core line-up.

Basically, the high transaction value set by Juventus is what makes Matthijs de Ligt still at Juventus, if Juventus only set a low price then of course Matthijs de Ligt would have left sooner. Juventus still hopes for Matthijs de Ligt to stay for at least one more season, but if Bayern Munich are willing to pay the price Juventus wants then why not, of course we will see Matthijs de Ligt really leave. Tuchel has made it clear before that if chelsea want to compete for the title then they have to fix the team in the current transfer market, one of Tuchel focuses is improving defense after chelsea had to lose several defenders some time ago, now chelsea have signed Koulibaly but I think at least they need 1 or 2 more defenders to fill the current squad, while for the attack line, it looks like sterling will be a pretty good addition for chelsea, so I don't think if chelsea will try to bring other players to fill the position in the front line again.

I think Napoli looking for business and profitable with Koulibaly transfer to Chelsea reach above 40 million euro, not bad price for Koulibaly still on the top level as great defwnder for Napoli and have been 31 year old, keep extended Koulibaly one seaaon later I think have drop values and Napoli can't sell Koulibaly above 40 milion euro. Although very sad because Napoli not easy looking for replacement position leaving by Koulibaly actually he has been important olayer for Napoli last several season. Koulibally will begin new challenge with Chelsea and looks will get regular defender poaition depending how keep consistent performance or not.

Yeah, i think Manchester City were very close to signing Koulibaly some seasons ago, but Napoli somehow blocked that move from going through, i think at that period was when he was playing his best football, not that he has gone bad since then, absolutely not, but i think he was in a better form then, than he is now. But that would not matter too much, he is moving to one of the best football clubs, in a very entertaining and competitive league, so he can be as good as he wants to, it is up to him to put in the necessary hardwork and dedication, and he could see himself amongst the top 3 defenders in Europe in a few seasons time.

Juventus, Milan and Inter still convinced me enough for this season, but it looks like Milan will lose the title after the Juventus squad looks better because of Pogba and Di Maria. I'm sure Milan will fight to defend the title, but it looks like it will be difficult to stop Juventus who are developing at the moment with a number of new players.

Luis Suarez to AC milan is a good deal for both parties, despite his age he still has some abilities and physicality,he can still score goals and contribute to the team. AC Milan will also have a much stronger squad with Ibrahimovic, Giroud and Origi though it seems AC Milan is currently surplus on attackers at the moment and the move looks unlikely to happen a move to AC Monza will be preferable in that case.

The problem with Chelsea is that the team is very basic. There is nothing in the team that can stand out from any other team in the English Premier League. It really does feel like they cannot compete with Manchester City or Liverpool at the moment.

Similarly, Chelsea was not bothered by the teams below them or able to compete for a higher ranking than where they finished the season. All the players at Chelsea are capable of high performances, but they are not very strong as a team.

Even though the players at Chelsea are not very old it feels like they are just a bunch of “has been”. They are trying to create some positive changes, but only time will tell if they will be able to hold their own against Manchester City and Liverpool. or if Tottenham is going to be challenging them for a better result in the English Premier League with the new changes that Spurs brought.

I think all transfers have little impact on the markets to bet on who will be champions. It will remain that Juventus is the favorite along with Inter Milan. The arrival of Paul Pogba is of course great, but he has also shown that he alternates great matches with lesser matches. So at the moment we can't give an opinion on that.
