There are a rumors that I think are quite surprising, Luis Suarez, who currently doesn't have a club, has been linked with AC Milan and AC Monza. Maybe, for Milan this is normal news, but for AC Monza, it is a surprise, because they have just qualified for Serie A, even though they are led by Berlusconi, I think it is quite difficult for them to be able to sign Suarez. If, AC Milan is really ready to sign Suarez, then AC Milan have a chance to get him easyly.

Luis Suarez to AC milan is a good deal for both parties, despite his age he still has some abilities and physicality,he can still score goals and contribute to the team. AC Milan will also have a much stronger squad with Ibrahimovic, Giroud and Origi though it seems AC Milan is currently surplus on attackers at the moment and the move looks unlikely to happen a move to AC Monza will be preferable in that case.

Milan have made an offer of 4 million euros per season but the offer has not been confirmed whether Luiz Suarez is interested in Milan or other clubs.
It was also reported that the United States club was interested in Luiz Suarez but in reality it was impossible for anyone to say it didn't match with Suarez, maybe that was a reason for them.

Napoli have lost one of their most important players by this transfer. However 40 million euros is a really nice amount of money. They can sign a new decent defender by using this money too. Napoli had a good season last but I expect them to improve themselves more. Because we have started to see different teams being the champions so they should also take advantage of this situation.

At least in this case they received fresh money that could be used to overhaul the defense for next season.
But it's a pity if we look at it before because Kim Min Jae, who was Napoli's target for Koulibaly's replacement, is now no longer available because he has gone to Ligue 1 with Rennes.

I really agree with you on this, koulibaly is one of the best defenders in serie A and also in his team, and selling such a defender is a big risk for the team, cause they really need to find a active replacement immediately, cause He was playing a big role in the team, and such a player really need a perfect replacement. Napoli really needs to bring in a quality defender that can be able to replace koulibaly role in the team, though it won't be a easy research for them but I think there are other top quality defenders if they really want a perfect replacement for him.

Milan with Paolo Maldini is very smart on transfer market. They filter the market with help from scouts to find list of good players but temporarily have troubles in their career. They knock doors of those players and convince them to join Milan from a loan or very cheap transfer. Some of them have relive of career in Milan. Leao, Theo and more. They contributed to Milan Scudetto last season.

Suarez is a very good striker and he can play well in Serie A. No issue with skills and age lf Suarez of he joins Serie A.

Yes Chelsea do need defenders, and Koulibaly is one of the players who are on the radar that Chelsea are looking for.
