I understand what you mean but the important thing here is that LaLiga, Serie A, Premier League have their own advantages and in these 3 standings they also have their own best players and regarding finances they also have their own wealth.

Monza has starting the league with no victory in the last 6 matches and everybody thought they will be relegated at that time but Silvio Berlusconi has decide to sacked their previous manager Giovanni Stroppa and his position was replace by Raffaele Palladino and apparently this is good decision and Palladino debut match with Monza was very fantastic because at that time Monza can able to beat Juventus and from total 32 matches with new manager Monza has been able to collect 13 wins and this also make they can able to survive in Serie A just like their first target when they got promoted and last season Monza is a giant killer because they can beat strong teams such as Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli but i still considers them as mediocre team and for next season it would be interesting whether Monza can finish at the better position than last season or not

AC Milan's performance last season was quite good. I think they have performed better than expected in both Serie A and the Champions League. But how they will do next season is completely unknown. There have been several important changes within their club. I think there will be a lot of changes in the players as well as the management. AC Milan will try to make the team more stable. Otherwise, they will not be able to survive in the competition. However, AC Milan is one of my favourite teams. If they strengthen themselves, Serie A will become more competitive. We probably won't see the dominance of any particular team next season.

AC Milan will make big changes next season, we don't know if it will be for the better or vice versa, Paolo Maldini left the management of AC MIlan and there are also many changes in the management of the AC Milan team, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is retiring and Sandro Tonali will be sold soon.
in the last few seasons the AC Milan team has grown to be better but unfortunately now they have started all over again by changing many people in their management.
Personally I am a bit pessimistic for AC MIlan in the next season with what they have done recently.

AC Milan's performance last season was quite good. I think they have performed better than expected in both Serie A and the Champions League. But how they will do next season is completely unknown. There have been several important changes within their club. I think there will be a lot of changes in the players as well as the management. AC Milan will try to make the team more stable. Otherwise, they will not be able to survive in the competition. However, AC Milan is one of my favourite teams. If they strengthen themselves, Serie A will become more competitive. We probably won't see the dominance of any particular team next season.

Napoli are again one of the biggest title contenders. At least they are according to bookmakers. They are right behind Inter comparing the odds. This must be still feeling good for Napoli to be shown like this. Because in the end they aren't a team that become champions more frequently than this. They waited for this moment more than 30 years.

Now we don't even know what will happen. Rudi Garcia is here and we will see if he can create the same bond with the players which Spalletti had. Let's say he did then they will need to preserve the squad quality as much as possible to be very competitive for the title once again. If they do both of these then who knows maybe they can win back-to-back.

And I believe that the oddmakers are wrong on that because Napoli won't be that good. I know that it looks like they might be, but they are not going to be because there is a good chance a lot of their players could leave. First of all we all know Osimhen is being talked for other clubs, that part is guaranteed, then there is Kvaratskhelia which could be sold as well, there is a potential for sure, Kim min-jae is also talked about for United as well, as high as 60 million last I heard.

When you are talking about 3 biggest players being sold, rest are good and all, and you will have a lot of money and replace these players, but how good can you even get? This is why it feels like it is not going to be that easy to repeat it if their players are sold.

You should put those odds into perspective, but I also had a look and they put Inter Milan first and Napoli second. But Juventus is close as third. I think it makes sense as Napoli is a stable team and this season was crazy but it doesn't need to be that crazy I guess in order to win the title again. They had 17 points advantage at some point and could afford to play less well in the end. But I agree with the ranking for the odds.

Inter are really shown as the biggest title candidate in the Serie A next season. This must be due to their general success this season. They didn't only qualify for the Champions League finale and fought well against Manchester City. They won two titles such as Coppa Italia and Italian Super Cup. When we look at the whole picture we can see that Inter were really successful this season. They couldn't be competitive enough for the Serie A title maybe but none of the others did something against Napoli's dominance either.

Inter's current look is really convincing for a title rivalry next time indeed. However the transfer moves this summer will also be important. If they lose important players then surely we would see changes in championship odds.
