Brusia Dortmund have been good this season but in the past this team inconsistency has deprive them the league, Brusia Dortmund is known for high scoring goal both tactical and skillful but their major problem is conceding in most match they play, this team has all takes to be the bundesliga champions but the haven't gotten it right yet, the really need to be more efficient in the defense in other to avert any reoccurrence in the aspect of conceding goals.

After getting some win streaks and dortmund has accepted the truth if it was playing draw against schalke which was placed at the relegation zone. I see there are still big chance for dortmund to surpass bayerna at this moment. The defenders were also becomet he main problem. If we have analyzed the result from some matches and i would like to say that if dortmund was also conceding so many goals too. The team was able to win against another club in bundesliga but at the same time that dortmund conceded so many goals against its opponent which was proving how abd the quality of dortmund defenders. Dortmund is now only having two points gap against bayern which will be so easy to be achieved. I personally think that if dortmund gonna be surpass bayern as soon as possible.
Bayern was doing well in the last match yet it's still inconsistent at this moment.

Can't believe this Dortmund team. They drew with one of the two worst teams of the Bundesliga. Just because Dortmund lost to Chelsea in the UCL doesn't mean Dortmund have to play so badly. Maybe it's actually a lucky 10 run streak, because this is the real dortmund we know.
Now Dortmund are completely depending on Leverkusen's game against Bayern Munich and have no other chance but to win Der Klassiker.

I'm not sure Leverkusen can beat Bayern Munich at BayArena in their next game and if you say Dortmund depend on the outcome of that game, I don't think that's quite right because Dortmund also need to win against FC Cologne at home. Apart from that, Bayern Munich will also continue to take advantage of every match for full points in order to secure itself at the top of the Bundesliga standings.

It is very difficult to expect Bayern Munich to lose this match, because Leverkusen is also experiencing difficult problems this season. Dortmund is the most competent competitor for bayern right now. 2 points are not so big. The gap in the middle season is far greater compared to it and yeah you were even able to see how dortmund was slowly climbing up to be even closer to it.

Dortmund needs to be ambitious in terms of their policies the German league is listed amongst the top 5 leagues in Europe but the competition they're giving to Bayern is it top notch they need to learn to keep their best players and not ell them out as if they are sporting Lisbon or Ajax their mentality is only on making profit not to win titles and as long as that is on Bayern will continue to win their league title..

I think not having the consistency is the reason why they haven't won in the last 10 years as well. They weren't bad teams so far this many times in a row, of course they had some great teams along the way, but what happened is that they lost to teams that they could win against, which caused them to lose the league as well.

Same will happen this year, Bayern will win because they win the games they need to win, and Dortmund lost points on a game that they needed to win and that's why we have such a situation at hand, we could have done a lot better and we are not seeing them potentially winning the league due to these type of games in the end.

But the problem is that it is not really about Dortmund, but about Bayern and whether they are going to make mistakes or not. After they did have some issues it now seems that Bayern won't make many mistakes anymore and then Dortmund should be there if it happens, but that is exactly the point: as soon as Bayern does make a mistake, Dortmund or anyone of the other teams isn't there.

When you lose points against Schalke, how are you going to compete for the Bundesliga title? You can't afford such mistakes during this period of the season. This is the time when Bayern usually is on point and they score while others make mistakes.

Union Berlin have won just one of their last 7 matches. They won the Europa League match against Ajax. Also we saw poor performances from Union Berlin in all other matches. Now Union Berlin is 7 points behind Bayern Munich and is fourth in the points table.

Union Berlin's performance is deteriorating day by day. Union Berlin's main weakness is their attack. Berlin does not have enough talented players in the forwards. And due to the lack of experienced strikers, we are not getting the expected performance from Union Berlin.

Union Berlin already have a better season than they could imagine when the season began. What they got recent weeks is common problem with small clubs that struggle to maintain their performance within a long season with limited player resource. They can not compare with Bayern Munich and now three clubs have 45 points, Dortmund also started to fall behind Bayern Munich again.
I actually think that only Dortmund will be able to compete with Bayern Munich in this season for Bundesliga trophy. Other three clubs will have to accept that they only are able to compete for top four positions.

I do not totally agree with you. Their overall weaknesses are well understood by their performances in recent matches. It also stands to reason that if they build a decent fund, and add some talented players to their attack, the Union Berlin team is capable of challenging Bayern Munich for the title. Union Berlin has this capability.

Also, I would say their coach is quite experienced. And he is doing very well this season. Although the Union Berlin team was not strong enough, their performance was quite good. The team will be stronger if the Berlin management spends money next season.

I was one of the people who thought Borussia Dortmund was going to give Bayern Munich a good run for their money this season but after watching them against schalke last weekend I had to tell myself the unadulterated truth that Dortmund still has a long way to go before they can be able to compete for the league again against Bayern Munich.
