Bayern Munich undoubtedly are the best club in Germany and they possess the best players in terms of quality and delivering great performances in the country as well.
However I think Borussia Dortmund had a better chance to end Bayern Munich's dominance in the league by winning the title on the last day of the league season but wastefully threw away their best chance to win the Bundesliga in 11 years.

Yeah this was a really big waste of Dortmund. It was like Bayern Munich handed over the title chance to them so many times during the season. Especially the last time was a huge opportunity for Dortmund. But Terzic couldn't make it to the title after all that title races for a whole season. That start against Mainz was telling us so much thing.

Bayern Munich can win the Bundesliga title even while they are having an inconsistent season. This is just unbelievable. Maybe we watched a thrilling title race to the end but I didn't like the ending at all. If this dominance of Bayern Munich was brought to an end finally then it would have been a really special moment. Maybe this would have even increased the level of attention to the Bundesliga.

I think we should not forget where Borussia Dortmund is coming from. In the late 1990s and the early 2000s they were at the same level as Bayern Munich or maybe even ahead of them a few times. In order to do that they had to make very high debts though which almost led them into bankruptcy afterwards. Then Jürgen Klopp came and the club has risen again and they even made it into the Champions League final back in 2013. Still they are pretty far behind Bayern in terms of financials.

It's more than two decade ago. Lots of things are changing right now. That's why dortmund was using strategy to sell the player after developed it as a way to stabilizing the financial of club. Dortmund is not as rich as bayern. It must also think the expense by the club as well.
Bayern is always raiding dortmund's player which was also making the club to be even weaker when it comes to the new season. This strategy is a very bad strategy since dortmund was the only potential competitor in bundesliga for bayern.
Buying the good players from dortmund = winning the league for bayern. The investors must be going in. Bundesliga will always be like that forever without the hand from investors to build the clubs.

Why change dortmund's attitude? There's nothing wrong with it. The only problem is on the DFL itself by preventing the clubs from getting more investment from investors. Dortmund was doing it caused by it's not a rich club. It used the money to sell its player as a way to keep its financial better. There's no way that can be done by dortmund other than it caused by the income from playing in bundesliga was not enough to pay all the expenses.

It's caused by bayern was the only team that consistently buying good players from its competitor. Destroying dortmund from buying its good player has become the main strategy for bayern to always consistntly winning the trophy for more than 1 decade.

No guarantee even if haaland is still playing in dortmund and the club can win bundesliga trophy from bayern. The fact that if bayerns are still keeping its record in the bundesliga to win this league for more than 10 years in a row.

Well, this is a good observation but it doesn't seem to me as it looks and these transfers are to and from of the two clubs, so it's normal with football. Aside from the fact that clubs' targets are not only about winning, money making is also a good consideration, clubs' speculation could either work or not. And those players that were much younger and not performing well or those that were not performing to expectations might suddenly become a golden booth elsewhere after their transfers. So this is not new and can't be the sole reason Bayern wins Dortmund often even as both are keenly contesting each season. Transfer regrets often happen in clubs.

I agree that Dortmund must change their transfer attitude and keep their key players, to get the title and make fans happy. Moreover, when they win the UCL I think they will not only win the title, but also have money because maybe they will get a big sponsor. Instead of developing players and then on the table they sell them. That's right, it's not a good attitude because if they can keep players for several seasons maybe the selling price will also be high, and they can earn more money later.

It is true that Dortmund often sell their best players for a reason, but it is very bad to sell their best players to rival teams. because these players certainly know Dortmund's weaknesses so that from several players who were sold by Dortmund and bought by Bayern Munich, they certainly have many opportunities to beat Dortmund.

I agree with you, the absence of haaland even Dortmund can be that strong until almost the Bundesliga last season, of course it is a very great improvement from Dortmund.

Therefore, Dortmund should get rid of old habits and start with big ambitions to win the title. Indeed, even though Dortmund always sell their key players, but Dortmund can also always get good results by consistently being a competitor in the title race. Therefore, I personally really believe that if Dortmund can retain all of its key players then Dortmund will be able to win the Bundesliga title and possibly other trophies.
