Most people will lose on the gains because they don't have the patience to wait. I think a lot of people is either going to sell before the halving or after, around that time an huge pump will happen, only to discover a year later they lost money if they just held.

Everyone will have that he/she deserve. Who believe that bitcoin will have high price for sure will not sell it before the halving. Who think not (I have read some posts and thread who mention this possibility) maybe will sell - if are in need; have no meaning to do otherwise since don't believe in the higher price after halving. Then are even those who don't know what is the halving and that will happen because have days who have heard about it. When they will understand what is the halving and when will happen will late for them to understand what this does it mean. I have a friend who frequent faucet time after time or various games which gives satoshi. Its main aim is to arrive to have 1 bitcoin doing so. He known bitcoin since almost 1 year or 1 year and half. He don't know what is halving. I bet that is not the only (from them with so time with bitcoin). |

Honestly i think we are in for a treat this year.
The price has gained a lot of support. While we were at 220 USD in the beginning of this year, there is some strong support at 420 USD now.

Honestly i think we are in for a treat this year.
The price has gained a lot of support. While we were at 220 USD in the beginning of this year, there is some strong support at 420 USD now.
I got to know how we are growing. At the beginning of the year we were at $220 approx and then before a week we reached $460 mark and then again Bitcoin dropped to $420 and still it's struck at the same value so when you analyze this what you can understand is this year our value has almost doubled because now there is no way to go back to $220 again it's impossible and when you look at the speculations the worst downfall will be around $350 so we are growing stronger day by day. |

although 2015 is a quiet year, but as u can see the price of bitcoin is rising steadying throughout the year. so for 2016, if the trend continue to be like that, it will be a huge news and definitely a great investment options and it will result in another boom which again will cause many casuality.

I would like to believe you but for me everything with bitcoin is so unpredictable. For now i am just enjoying this high price and selling my coins for profit. bitcoin is never predictable for it immediate price. but if you look at the big pictures for the yrs, it has grow steadily in terms of price and in term of reach out to people. and so you can more or less guess how it will be in 2016. but will there be extreme up and down, we cant really say. |

Yes, 2016 would be the year of bitcoin, it will be priced up to its true potential. Bitcoin is going to get it's second halving, which must be a biggest event in bitcoin ecosystem. The increasing user base must be the another reason, many people are predicting 2016 would be the year for bitcoin. |

I am very positive about bitcoin's future. There are plenty of fields were ew can grow
- More investors gettinginto bitcoin
- More merchans accepting bitcoin
- More users joining the revolution.
Everything can grow in the Bitcoin economy, there aren't any limits to what can be done yet. We haven't fully exploited any facet. Its more users, more merchants, more investors, more miners, more developers, more entrepreneurs, everything can continue to increase. That's correct. Many fields are not explored at all. Having some team of manager assigned would be very great. So they can focus on 1 task which is to expand their field of expertise. |

Every new year we are optimistic that that year will be all about bitcoin. This time 2016 can be the year of bitcoin if many big companies will use/implement bitcoin as one of their payment method. |

yah that always have been the case cuz we all believe in bitcoin, however from what i see in 2015, it makes me believe more in 2016. it is rising steadily now and it shows that the market for bitcoin is getting stronger day by day. so having that, 2016 is a possible year that btc will be great. Every new year we are optimistic that that year will be all about bitcoin. This time 2016 can be the year of bitcoin if many big companies will use/implement bitcoin as one of their payment method. |

I see it going up steadily now and very slowly, which is a good thing too see  As most won't agree with that. But the trickle of increase is better going in that direction than a sudden and immense drop is shocking to say the least. And many would not like to see that happen except for the huge lighting ball at Time's Square tomorrow eve. |

I got scared when the price went back up to $400+ and I sold. I was expecting it to jump back down and I could buy back at a profit, but I was wrong!! I do not have much to spend when it comes to investing with Bitcoin, but I save when i can. After watching it for a bit, I now think it will get higher as the new year comes in. |

I got scared when the price went back up to $400+ and I sold. I was expecting it to jump back down and I could buy back at a profit, but I was wrong!! I do not have much to spend when it comes to investing with Bitcoin, but I save when i can. After watching it for a bit, I now think it will get higher as the new year comes in. Do not blame yourself for selling because price movement is uncontrollable. So just forget about it or you will be upset. I sold two months ago for 290$ and after a week the price reached 500.  so it happens a lot |

I really really hope that this happens I plan to buy as many bitcoins as I can as soon as I can and ill only sell them at $1000 then buy more again and sell them only at $5000 many years later
