Dude, Hamm's in reference to the Hammes' dude who is cryptohobo on this forum. I'll admit to making the mistake in saying that Horus is the cryptohobo on this forum of which he is not. I'm also leaning heavily in believing that Horus is not pr9me upon further review.

EDIT: Ahhh..  That's cool, so you just trade the BTC markets at OKcoin, Bittfinex, and Coinbase then?    I trade alot of alts, and cash out and sell on the bitcoin spikes, then buy back in and buy back into the alts.. it's the same pattern over and over, people like to say the markets aren't linked, but it's the same thing over and over..  I did hold alot more of my stake coins this time around though, but if it had spiked to $700+, would have been a different story..
 
I wasn't there, so I have no way of knowing one way or another for sure... and it really doesn't involve me, I try to stay away from stuff like that whenever possible..

With apologies, no I do not have any stake coins nor a satoshi of any alts. Nothing against them, just never got into them.

BTW, the extortion attempt on my part is ONLY real in Leroy's mind. There never was any extortion attempt by me to somehow quiet my stance against Leroy Fodor. I can easily provide proof of such with most everybody else here backing me up.

I have been unable to withdraw BTC from their sister website, Mintsy.com

Anyone else experiencing a problem with Mintsy?

They also have a questionable stock option listing at www.cryptostocks.com that I am sure the Feds would be interested in looking at. They are selling shares of their monthly bitcoin trade fee rake to fund the exchanges quest to be able to buy and sell bitcoin for money directly to and from bank accounts.

Basically DigitalBTC ran off with all the miners and revenues... Don't have an NDA with them haha. Cryptostocks is a whole other story not affiliated. Back in the day Vern was going to use them to kickstart the FIAT stuff. Apparently that guy ran off. So the Cyptsy folks have ZERO records of who owns the trade revenue shares. (its not a stock)

its not a stock and crypsty does not benefit from the trading of those shares. they did benefit from the original sale though.

Could Cryptsy's MN2 be a Bernie Madoff market of Fake Mining Shares?

First Cryptsy could have taken BitCoin for Madoff Madeup shares. Then they keep 5000 since they are fake anyways and Cryptsy accepted approx 92 BitCoin from half the total 10,000 shares at .0185 per share. Cryptsy baits people into the market saying the cost gets higher after 24 and 48 hours but that the market won't open till all shares are sold and that there are no trading fees until the market opens. So you will have to pay more later no matter what if you want in.

Early market open is a must since the shares are Fake! If they just held the market closed then they would have to pay from the 92 BitCoin they collected until all 10,000 were sold. This may be the proof there was no mining contract with a PetaHash level provider.

Cryptsy opens early only after 5,000 shares sold from the 10,000 needed to open and allow fractions to be traded devaluing and diluting the market. Cryptsy could use some of the 5000 shares they now set aside to plummet the market on open taking more BTC from buyers. Which it did and many users were not aware the market had even opened since only 5000 shares were sold. Then all they have to do is pay out meager mining rewards from the 92 BitCoin while selling occasionally to offset the payment of Mining Shares. Then Cryptsy Raffles off 200 MN2 for the sum of 28 BitCoin which were never part of the market and supposed to be held by Cryptsy. Someone paid a small sum of Cryptsy points for these shares and most likely sell to drive down the price even further yet these were not a part of the real market.

So Cryptsy has a big problem by raffling shares that were not supposed to be a part of the market, and if Cryptsy did have a real contract then Cryptsy was also paid for those shares since the market payout is 10,000 and not 5,000.

Both instances leave opportunity for Fraud. Since we don't know if the 5000 were sold and we do know Cryptsy would Raffle them which makes it plausible they would also sell them with no one any wiser. Along with the fact that we don't know how much of the Cryptsy points were sold by Cryptsy vs their users in the market.

Minsty was different...I guess it was supposed to be like MRR. An interface where buyers and sellers of hash could transact. with crypsty taking fees from both sides. also an easy way to generate more transactions for cryptsy as your mining rewards could automatically transfer to your crypsty account. Maybe a scam too or just somewhat good intentions executed really poorly. The interface was poor. The reviews of other miners were apparently fake. hash rates never came close to advertised....they were also late to the party as most users probably had used MRR or nicehash...and their platform sucked in comparison to both.
