I don't think Isner will get too far.
agree for Isner that it is a long shot by far, and he is old but, I am practiacally brainstorming whom to put money on, to win the tournament it is easiest to play Djokovic, but reward is too low Murray is out from Queens, so basically two weeks are too much for him still, Norrie losing Dimitrov made me to think about someone else than him, and all are above 10, so all are long shots Yeah, it's difficult. Two long-shots (at around 80) who might be worth a look are maybe: Dan Evans, he's British, and has the game to fight with most players... and will be seeded, so will avoid the big players in the first couple of rounds. Sebastian Korda is up-and-coming and looks quite good on grass, his best ever slam performance was R4 at last year's Wimbledon. I'm not sure about either of them winning the tournament, but they might be under-rated. Another outsider (at 100) is Jack Draper, another Brit (20yo), who beat Taylor Fritz pretty comprehensively on grass the other day. Don't like the fact that Murray had to withdraw due to abdominal injury. That screws with my plan to force him in Wimbledon. I never play outright winners before the tournament starts. I prefer to take them or handicaps on every single match as they come. That way I can adapt from round to round after seeing players perform.

At Queen's Club Championships the match between Ruud and Peniston has just ended, with a clear defeat in two sets for Ruud (tie break both sets). Bad performance for the Norwegian (seed player number 1!) , absolutely not at ease on this surface (he slipped a couple of times and missed sensational shots). Definitely a long way from the form condition shown at Roland Garros Peniston could be the "Van Rijthoven" of this tournament?

yeah, but you are basically following each and every match on tennis, from what I can see and read here and that is required if you want to force players day-to-day for me, that is simply not viable, and that is why I will put outright winner before the tournament, and follow it through the tournament with few bets (and putting Djokovic is no value for me, it does not bring any entertainment) anyway, all this with beer money, nothing more, nothing less, mainly for fun nevertheless, it is always good to hear some tips from you

''US Open: Russian and Belarusian players allowed to compete in New York''''The US Open will allow Russian and Belarusian players to compete later this year after deciding not to follow Wimbledon's lead in banning them. Players from the two nations will have to compete under a neutral flag at the final Grand Slam event of the season.''Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/61804940So now we know the conditions under which Medvedev and other Russian and Belarusian tennis players will be able to perform at the last GS this year in America. I suppose this request will not be a problem for Medvedev and other Russian and Belarusian tennis players and that they will agree to a compromise so that they can play in America. Lately, there's a little too much policy in sports, especially in tennis. What do you think?

Its definitely worth watching him, he plays Cerúndolo on Thursday and he is classed as a clay court player or at least he favours clay so there could be an opportunity there!
I know there is talk about the British lads doing well but Evans is already out, losing to Berrettini who is growing and growing into the grass court season, definitely one to watch along with Cilic who plays Bublik tomorrow. Draper plays Ruusuvuori tomorrow, the commentators on Amazon Prime recon it will be a very close match there as Ruusuvuori is kind of under rated.

Berrettini definitely has a chance at Wimbledon, but he's fourth favourite, so I'm not sure there's a lot of betting opportunity. I think there's a danger with Draper after his eye-catching win the other day that the press will start to get carried away and hyping him massively. There may be good opportunities to bet on him at Wimbledon depending on the draw, but this is only for so long as he continues to fly under the radar. It might be better for Wimbledon betting if Draper loses against Ruusuvuori, to lower his profile a bit and dampen expectations.

agree both ways it is better for odds and he will have more time to rest before Wimbledon starts there is only a handful of players that can win tournaments in a row, and I do not see any of them into underdogs, it is better for them to lose early this week, better chances to survive first rounds at Wimbledon with that in mind, I am close to put money on Norrie, Berrettini is too low odds, and with another good result, he will came in tired on the tournament

What do you think? @Daniel91 this is a welcome news as athletes should not suffer due to political reasons, and I’m sure that the Russian stars will be open to play under a neutral flag. However I expect them to be booed a lot and even face protests by fans condemning Russia’s action, hence they’ll have to consider all the aspects before agreeing to travel there and play.

Kyrgios and Tsitsipas are playing each other in Halle right now. Tsitsipas won the first set with 7:5. Interestingly, Kyrgios played two break points in the second set and is currently leading 5:2. It will probably be a total of 3 sets. I didn't think it would be that difficult for Tsitsipas. I didn't think it would be that difficult for Tsitsipas.

Kyrgios is back to his old self, playing one game perfectly with couple of very crowd pleasing shots and then arguing with that same crowd few games later and breaking the racquet. Looking forward to see Cilic play tonight. He has a though opponent and this match should do nicely to see how good he will be on grass this season.

There have been some news in the Spanish media recently that there is a possibility for Rafael Nadal to join Wimbledon. It is indicated in the Spanish News Agency (EFE) that the Spanish superstar started to practice already on grass court. When we take Toni Nadal's statements into account too it wouldn't be surprising for me from now on to see Nadal playing in this tournament. https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20220611-toni-nadal-tips-rafa-to-play-wimbledon

As we were discussing previously he has a chance of winning all 4 grand slams this year and he will not miss it if he is able to stand on that foot. I don't know how good he will be but I expect him to fight his way far into the tournament trough sheer power of will even if he has some problems. We could see a long break from him after the Wimbeldon, especially if he wins it. Then he does not have much to play for until US Open.

It might be better for Wimbledon betting if Draper loses against Ruusuvuori, to lower his profile a bit and dampen expectations. Well Draper lost today to Ruusuvuori in two sets so the heat should come off him a bit now. I actually played one of my Micro bets on Ruusuvuori to win @ 2.17 so that was nice. Kyrgios and Tsitsipas are playing each other in Halle right now. Tsitsipas won the first set with 7:5. Interestingly, Kyrgios played two break points in the second set and is currently leading 5:2. Well done to Kyrgios, I have stopped being overly interested in him and wont bet on him. I didnt see the match but Tsitsipas is not going well on Grass so far. A bet against Kyrgios in some way is always a viable option IMO... but not today !!

are you following Cilic? he was 5:0 down in tie-break, to win first set after all, than had clear situation in second set, to lose his serve on 4:3 with break, and Bublik is now again in match had to put small bet on Bublik just for fun, @6 it has some value, especially if they enter tie-break in second set, than third is all open

They were both holding their serves quite easy in the games I followed and of course I missed all the drama and breaks of serve Čilić struggling a bit in his first grass matches but winning them, which is most important. Bublik is a though opponent on grass, so win 2 sets is a good result even if it could have been a bit easier.

By the way, I once saw something about a match in which a player even trailed 6-0 in the tie break, and still managed to win it. If I'm not mistaken it was Jan Siemerink against Richard Krajicek. I think the great form for the players will only come when they step onto the court at Wimbledon. Then we'll see who's top. Nadal won Roland Garros without any problems, but I don't give him much chance at Wimbledon. The Russian and Djokovic are normally the favourites. These tournaments now are for preparation only.

Frankly, even if Nadal plays in the tournament I think that Djokovic would still win the tournament very comfortably as long as he doesn't have any problem like an injury. The betting odds are also confirming my opinion already. I'm still going to go for a surprise bet anyway for the winner and I'm going to wait for this for 10 more days. The name that is in my mind for now is Tsitsipas Stefanos

Personally Tsitsipas is one I'd stay away from. He'll be a high seed, so probably not very good odds... but his recent performances haven't been as good as his ranking. His record at Wimbledon is his worst of all the slams, and he's only once got past the first round there. He has the ability to do well because he's a great player, but I don't think his recent form or his Wimbledon record work in his favour.

Lol good to see he's back then, what happened to that decision about sanctioning him (I forgot the right word) after the abuse incidents in Miami? I thought they were going to sanction him or is that already finished. Anyway, your Croatian got through pretty straightforward in the end Good for his confidence going forward.

I never bet on him on other surfaces. Of course he has quality to get far on hard as well when he is in form but grass has never been good to him. Hell, he has 3 seasons where he did not win even a single match on grass and usually first round of Winbeldon gives really easy opponents to seeded players. Bet against him on grass whenever possible, works like a charm most of the time.
